職人の手を必要とし、人手不足の現状ではコスト高とな

ベースの全表面にネットを貼着する際、ベースの全表面
に接着剤を塗布しておき、その上からロール状に巻かれ
たネットロールの引出し端から皺をコテなどでのばしな
がら押さえ付けてゆくことにより皺寄りなく貼着する技
術に関する記載が見られるが、接着剤を塗布してある壁
面や天井面に脚立上などの足元が不安定な状態で網目の
細かいネットを皺をコテなどでのばしながら押さえ付け
てゆく作業は殆ど不可能な方法である。

天井あるいは壁面を構成している継ぎ目や傷跡のあるベ
ースにプラスタ塗りやパテ塗りを行う前に、片面にのみ
粘着剤をコーティングしてある網目の細かいネット地を
粘着剤を外側として巻き戻し可能なようにロール状に巻
いたネットロールをベースに添わせながら転がしてベー
ス表面にネットを全面的に貼着しておく点に本発明の特
徴がある。なお、ネット地を編成する糸としては耐火性
がある太めのガラス長繊維などの無機繊維糸が一般的で
あるが、ガラス長繊維にポリエステル系繊維などの補強
用の化学繊維糸を撚り合わせた糸など無機繊維糸以外の
繊維を用いてもよく、また、網目はあまり大きいとプラ
スタ層またはパテ層の付着力が劣るうえに継ぎ目や傷跡
隠しの性能も劣るので、2〜10ミリ平方程度と網目を細
かくしておくことが必要である。さらに、使用するネッ
トとしては、ネット地の片面にのみ粘着剤をコーティン
グしたものを剥離紙を介在させることなく粘着剤のコー
ティング面を外側としてロール状に巻いておき、このネ
ットロールを転がしてベース表面にネットを全面的に貼
着するのが効率的な施工を行ううえで特に重要で、この
場合、剥離紙を介在させることなくロール状に巻いてお
いても巻き戻せるように粘着剤や繊維の種類を選択する
必要があり、この点では後記する実施例に記載したよう
なガラス長繊維を軽く撚り合わせた無機繊維糸を緯糸お
よび経糸として編成したネット地の片面にアクリル樹脂
と合成ゴムを主材とした感圧タイプの粘着剤をコーティ
ングしたものが特に好ましい。また、ネットをベース表
面に全面的に貼着した後のプラスタ塗りまたはパテ塗り
作業は、従来のこの種プラスタ塗り工法やパテ塗り工法
における方法でよいが、このプラスタ塗りまたはパテ塗
りを行った後には必ず表面仕上げを行うものとする。こ
の表面仕上げとしてはプラスタ塗りまたはパテ塗りによ
り形成されたプラスタ層またはパテ層が数ミリ以上の厚
い層である場合は表面をこて仕上げするだけでもよい
が、装飾粒子の吹き付け層や塗料層などを層着したり壁
紙を貼り付けるようにしてもよい。

は勿論のこと壁面補修の場合でも熟練職人の手を要する
ことなく簡単に施工できるので低コストで効率的な作業
を行うことができ、しかも、耐久性も増大できるなど種
々の利点がある。
