More specifically, the male and female butterfly pieces constituting the hinge are skillfully modified. However, the present invention relates to a spring hinge / spectacles for a spectacle temple that allows elastic expansion of the ear hanging temple without requiring any additional parts due to the changed shape of the male and female butterfly pieces.

It is likely that a large amount of stress is applied to the frame of the spectacles, causing failure or deformation. Conventionally, as a proposal to remove such a bad effect, one coil piece of the hinge that hinge-connects the front frame and the ear hook temple is equipped with a coil spring and a small iron ball, and the other coil piece of the other hinge is connected. The outer periphery of the turn plate is formed into a cam shape, and when the expanding force is applied to the hinge, the turn plate presses the small iron ball to compress the coil spring,
There is a spring hinge of an eyeglass temple that allows elastic expansion of the ear hanging temple by a predetermined angle, and the specific content thereof is disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 58-13892.

Therefore, it is inevitable that it will be a major factor of cost increase.

At the back end of the receiving plate 32a / 32a of the female butterfly piece 32 for receiving the turn plate 31a, the claw 31b is integrally projectingly provided on the movable end, and the middle part of the female butterfly piece 32 is arranged in the longitudinal direction. The spring 32b is integrally formed by cutting into pieces, and the projecting end of the spring 32b is made to face the moving trajectory of the hitting claw 31b in the turn plate 31a, and the male butterfly 31 is turned in a combined state. The plate 31a and the receiving plate 32a of the female butterfly piece 32 are
A hinge connecting means is adopted in which the hitting claw 31b of the male butterfly piece 31 comes into contact with the spring 32b of the female butterfly piece 32 to receive elastic repulsion when relatively rotating about the pivot 33. By doing so, the spring hinge and the spectacles that can satisfy the above-mentioned technical problems can be realized.

To connect the ear hook temples 2 to the left and right ends of the front frame 1 by using the hinge 3, the above bracket is used. While the fixed part of the male butterfly piece 32 is brazed to the inside of 11, the male butterfly piece 31 is also brazed to the inner proximal end of the ear hook temple 2, and these male and female butterfly pieces 31 and 32 are pivoted 33 It is possible to perform a simple task of pivoting by. In this case, what is necessary is to form an interval I between the end surface of the hinge bracket 11 and the base end abutment portion 21 of the ear hook temple 2 as a clearance space that allows the temple 2 to expand. Yes (see FIGS. 3 and 5). When the interval I is left in this way, an outward force acts on the ear hook temple 2 in a direction to reduce the interval I to rotate the turn plate 31a, so that the contact pawl 31b at the movable edge of the peripheral edge causes the spring 32b to move. When it hits (FIGS. 4 and 6), it is bent inward.

ることは当然である。Although the embodiments of the present invention are generally as described above, the present invention is by no means limited to the above-mentioned embodiments, and various modifications are made according to specific design requirements within the scope of the claims. Needless to say, the ear temples 2 and the male butterfly piece 31 may be integrally formed, or the hinge bracket 11 and the female butterfly piece 32 may be integrally formed, or the male butterfly may be changed. The piece 31 is brazed to the hinge bracket 11, the female butterfly piece 32 is brazed to the base end portion of the ear hook temple 2, and as a material for the male and female butterfly pieces 31 and 32, a Ni-Ti super elastic alloy material or phosphorus is used. It goes without saying that a design change action such as adopting or using a metal material having high elasticity such as a bronze material belongs to the technical scope of the present invention.

It does not have a complicated structure such as incorporating it in a part, and the elasticity of the ear hook temple is a very simple structure that only links the hitch provided on the periphery of the turn plate of the male butterfly and the spring integrally provided on the female butterfly Since it can be expanded dynamically, the functionality and durability are significantly improved compared to the conventional spring hinges, the frequency of functional failures and damages is reduced, and the simple structure enables industrial mass production. Also improves the parts cost as a hinge,
By using this, it is possible to reduce the manufacturing cost of the spectacles used as the final product.

In a pair of spectacles formed by connecting the ear hook temples 2 and 2 via a hook so that the temples can be folded and operated, the base end abutment portion 21 of the ear hook temple 2 is slightly spaced from the protruding end surface of the hinge bracket 11 connected to the front frame 1. The ear hook temple 2 is fixed to the male butterfly piece 31 or the female butterfly piece 32 of the hinge 3 located at the free end side so that I becomes empty, and the periphery of the turn plate 31a of the male butterfly piece 31 is movable. A catch 31b is integrally formed at the end and a receiving plate 32a of a female butterfly 32 for receiving the turn plate 31a.
The spring 32b is integrally formed at the rear end of 32a by cutting the middle part of the female butterfly piece 32 in the longitudinal direction.
When the projecting end of the spring 32b faces the moving path of the hitting claw 31b of the turn plate 31a and the ear hook temple 2 is attempted to expand outward with respect to the front frame 1 by a predetermined angle or more, When the turn plate 31a of the male butterfly piece 31 and the receiving plate 32a of the female butterfly piece 32 combined with each other relatively rotate about the pivot 33, the contact claw 31b of the male butterfly piece 31 is female. The spring 32b comes into contact with the spring 32b of the butterfly piece 32.
The spring hinged glasses are characterized in that the temples 2 are bent so that the temples 2 for ear hooks can be outwardly and forcefully expanded.
