Further, although titanium has a large mechanical strength, it is very hard to be finely processed. Further, alumina crystals, which are widely used as ceramics used as a substitute for metals, have poor biocompatibility and have the drawback of breaking due to fine residual bubbles generated in the crystals. In addition, hydroxyapatite or a material containing it has been developed as a ceramic having excellent biocompatibility, but its mechanical strength is not sufficient.
In order to withstand a large load, the unit area needs to be large and cannot be used in patients with thin alveolar bone.

Further, in order to further secure the fixation to the living tissue, a concave portion is provided at the tip of the spiral portion or ring-shaped portion embedded in the alveolar bone. Furthermore, a notch for attaching an artificial tooth is provided at the other tip of the post type artificial tooth root of the present invention. The shape of the notch is not particularly limited as long as the artificial tooth can be securely attached. An impact absorbing material may be provided in the notch to absorb the impact caused by the occlusion.
As the shock absorbing material, a material formed of silicon rubber, urethane elastomer or the like is used.

r, the substrate temperature is preferably 110 to 500 ° C, the calcium phosphate molecule is physically released, and adheres to the artificial tooth root surface,
A PVD sputtering method for coating can be adopted.

In addition, since silicon nitride has extremely high corrosion resistance and extremely low chemical activity, it does not cause chemical or physical changes in the living body. Furthermore, although it is inactive in the living body, bone formation is observed around the silicon nitride artificial tooth root, and it is closely fixed to the alveolar bone, and also has a good bond with the gingival part, preventing bacterial infection.
