The rear cover is provided with an engaging portion that locks the left and right ends of the rod member in a state in which the rear half of the rear cover is bent over the front half. A pivotally mounted rear side cover is provided to extend rearward, and the rear side cover is pivotally adjusted to fix the rod member by bringing the upper inner surface into contact with the left and right ends of the rod member hooked by the engaging portion.
