合は、火炎植菌方法で行なわれていた。なお、この種の
装置として関連するものには例えば特開昭60−110281号
が挙げられる。

たスチームラインと冷却ラインとでジャケット付薬液ポ
ットの温度制御を行ない、ジャケット付薬液ポットへの
薬液供給を前記各ラインに設けた自動弁を介してシーケ
ンサーで制御することにより、達成される。

を備えた温度信号変換器とによりシーケンサーで制御で

るので操作性も向上できる。
