Description of the Related Art In the case of constructing an underground power transmission line, the pipes constituting the pipe are generally arranged in a plurality of rows and a plurality of stages in parallel with each other with a required interval in the vertical and horizontal directions. In this case, if there is another buried obstacle near the planned installation site of the pipeline, in order to avoid the obstacle, the pipes may be arranged in the middle of the pipeline, for example, from 2 rows 3 stages to 3 rows 2 stages. It may be necessary to change such as.

Tube pillows have traditionally been used to support the weight of the tubes themselves, to position the tubes, and to maintain the spacing between adjacent tubes. Since this pipe pillow has a constant outer diameter of pipes that make up the pipeline, the positions of the pipes, and the intervals between the pipes, etc., it is made in advance with a plastic product having a predetermined size and shape, and the piping work is performed. Intervene one by one in the case of.

The reinforcing piece in the bag supports the weight of the tube before foaming and forms a groove-like recess along the outer diameter of the tube. When the foaming agent is injected into the bag, the foaming agent fills the bag while including the reinforcing piece in the foam, and adheres to the bag to be solidified while maintaining the shape of the groove-like recess.

When the pipes 2 constituting the pipeline for underground power transmission line arranged in stages are arranged in two rows and three stages in a broken pipe, the pipe pillows 3 are arranged in the broken pipe so that the arrangement is changed to three rows and two stages. The installed state is shown. Reference numeral 10 denotes a sewer pipe as a buried obstacle. As shown in FIG. 2, the tube pillow 3 is obtained by filling a bag 4 with a foam 6 having a reinforcing piece 5 mixed therein.
Further, the bag 4 that is in close contact with this is provided with the groove-shaped recess 7 that matches the outer diameter of the tube 2.

To install. At this time, the reinforcing piece 5 escapes to both sides of the tube 2 due to the weight of the tube 2, and forms the groove-shaped recess 7 along the bag 4 along the outer diameter of the tube 2. After the arrangement of the pipes 2 of the combing pipe is determined, the foaming agent is injected from the injection port 9 of the bag 4 (FIG. 5). As the foaming progresses, the air inside the bag 4 escapes from the vent holes 8 and the foam 6 gradually fills the entire interior of the bag 4 while including the reinforcing piece 5 therein and solidifies. As a result, a groove-shaped recess 7 that is in close contact with the outer diameter surface of the tube 2 is formed in the bag 4 and the foam 6 that is in close contact with the bag 4, and the tube 2 is positioned and supported by the groove-shaped recess 7. Further, the ventilation hole 8 and the injection port 9 are closed to complete the production of the tube pillow (see FIG. 2).

Even with such a form, the bag is deformed according to the form and forms a groove-like recess along the lower outer diameter surface of the tube.
Moreover, the above-mentioned form is held by the foam, and the tube is positioned. Further, since the foam is reinforced by the reinforcing piece, it is possible to give strength to the tube pillow and prevent its deformation even when earth pressure or the like acts.
