It was difficult. That is, in the male and female connection structures, the degree of fitting differs depending on the pressing force at the time of insertion, and as a result, the joint width becomes irregular and there is a disadvantage that the appearance is impaired. In addition, there is a drawback in that the attachment with the sling greatly depends on the shape of the furring strip and the side edges of the panel, and the place where it is not securely fixed occurs.

By applying heat to this, it is instantly deformed to the final shape, the construction period is reduced to 1/2 to 1/5 of the previous time, and the fixing is secured, and further, it is fixed after adjusting the joint width. We propose a panel mounting structure with such a structure.

That is, FIGS. 1 (a) and 1 (b) are partially cutaway perspective views showing an embodiment of the panel mounting structure (horizontal and vertical) according to the present invention, in which 1 is a frame or an existing outer wall, 2 is a furring strip and panel 7
It functions as a base for mounting. To further explain, the furring strip 2 is formed in a cross section as shown in, for example, FIGS. 2A to 2E, and a fixing portion parallel to the mounting surface 3 and a rising portion 4 forming a step with the mounting surface 3. It is formed from the surface 5. To explain further, (a),
Figures (b) and (c) are Z-shaped, and figures (c) and (d) are hat-shaped. The fixing surface 5 has a mounting hole 6 or a loose hole.
One of 6a is drilled. The through hole 4a in FIG. 6 (e) serves as a vent hole. The panel 7 is used as an outer wall material in buildings and structures, and is mainly composed of a metal plate (color steel plate, stainless plate, aluminum plate, copper plate, titanium) or a plastic foam as a core material, and the surface material It is made of one kind of composite plate or the like having a sandwich structure with the back surface paper, and a specific example thereof is one having a cross section as shown in FIGS. 3 (a) to (t). More specifically, the panel 7 is formed of a male connecting portion 8, a female connecting portion 9, a decorative surface 10, and a mounting piece 11. 12 is a fixture made of shape memory alloy,
Mainly, the furring strip 2 and the mounting piece 11 of the panel 7 are integrally sandwiched, and the shape thereof matches the engaging structure of the furring strip 2 and the panel 7. As an example of the fixture 12, the final shape is as shown in FIGS. 4 (a) to 4 (m). That is, the fixture 12 is formed of the holding portion 13 and the holding portion 14, and is machined to such an extent that it can be locked in the product state as shown in FIGS. 4 (a) to 4 (m). In particular, the locking claws need only be temporarily fixed, and will momentarily deform into the shape shown when heated after mounting. The heating temperature varies depending on the material, but is about 50 to 200 ° C., which can be heated by, for example, an electric iron or a soldering iron, and the plate thickness is preferably 0.3 to 1 mm or less.
次に施工例につき説明する。Next, a construction example will be described.

のである。Now, assume that an outer wall as shown in FIG. 1 (a) is formed. Therefore, the furring strips 2 shown in FIG. 2 (a) are vertically fixed in parallel to each other on the skeleton or the existing outer wall 1 with nails. Next, the mounting piece 11 of the panel 7 is sandwiched by the fixtures 12, and when the panel of the same step is finished, it is heated by a heater to deform the sandwiching portion 13 into a memorized predetermined shape and sandwich it. Therefore, in order to construct the panel 7, this kind of process may be sequentially performed from the base to the eaves. In addition, after fixing a start material (not shown) to the base, the first-stage panel 7 is constructed.

That is, FIG. 5 (a) shows that the scale guide 15 made of metal or plastic is fixed at the same time when the furring strip 2 is applied to the frame or the existing outer wall 1, and the stopper 7a of the panel 7 is guided to keep the joint width constant. FIG. 6B shows the case where the scale guide 15 is fixed separately from the furring strip 2.
6A to 6D show the panel 7 in which the panel 7 is provided with a stopper 7a that abuts against the scale guide 15.

Since the mounting member for the furring strip and the panel, which is made of a shape memory alloy, is formed to have a loose dimension at the time of construction, the construction is easy and the construction time can be shortened, and moreover, it can be securely clamped. Since the panel is sandwiched, the adverse effect of heat on the decorative surface of the panel can be absorbed. There are features such as.
