That is, in the male and female connection structures, the degree of fitting varies depending on the pressing force at the time of insertion, and as a result, the joint width becomes irregular, which is a disadvantage that the appearance is impaired. Further, when this type of panel is simply sandwiched by the metal fittings, there is a risk that the metal fittings may come off due to the elasticity of the metal fittings.

The panel mounting structure is designed to be easily shortened (1/2 to 1/3 from the front) and to be fixed easily and securely.

That is, FIG. 1 is a partially cutaway perspective view showing an embodiment of a panel mounting structure according to the present invention, in which 1 is a skeleton or an existing outer wall, and 2 is a furring strip and functions as a base for mounting the panel 7. It is a thing. To further explain, the furring strip 2 is, for example, as shown in FIG.
(F) is formed in a cross section, and a guide hole 4 for mounting a fixture 12 described later is formed on the mounting surface 3 at an appropriate pitch P, for example, P = 300 to 600 mm, and the mounting surface is formed. Three
And a step H are provided to form a flange-shaped fixing piece 5, and mounting holes 6 are formed in parallel with this fixing piece 5 or in a staggered manner, through which a frame is formed with nails, anchor bolts, or the like, or an existing structure. Arranged on the outer wall 1 horizontally or vertically at a constant pitch,
Fix it to form the base. The shape of the guide hole 4 corresponds to the shape of the fixture 12, but as an example, a square hole,
It is formed from one type such as a rectangular hole, a round hole, a U-shaped hole, and an oval hole. The panel 7 is used as an outer wall material in the interior of a building or a structure. It is a single metal plate (color steel plate, stainless plate, aluminum plate, copper plate, titanium) or a plastic foam as a core material, and the above surface material and back surface paper. It is made of one kind of plate body having a sandwich structure with and, and a specific example thereof is one having a cross section as shown in FIGS. 3 (a) to (g). More specifically, the panel 7 is formed of a male type connecting portion 8, a female type connecting portion 9, a decorative surface 10 and a fixing surface 11. The fixing surface 11 is a male thin plate or a metal sheet in the male type connecting portion 8. It is composed of a flat surface obtained by superimposing a thin plate and a back material. The fixture 12 sandwiches the panel 7 and the furring strip 2 and integrally fixes them, and its specific shape is the fourth.
It is formed as shown in FIGS. That is,
(A) The figure shows a holding piece 14 having a flat pressing piece, an intermediate portion 13a formed by cutting out a central portion above the pressing piece 14, and a fitting insertion portion 13b in which one end of the intermediate portion 13a is bent into a substantially U shape. The stepped portion 2a of the furring strip 2 is located at the intermediate portion 13a to facilitate mounting, and the holding strip 13 fixes the mounting surface 3 of the furring strip 2 and the panel 7 together. The tip of the surface 11 is elastically locked by the fitting insertion portion 13b, and the fixing surface 11 is pressed against the mounting surface 3 side by the elastic force of the pressing piece 14, and the fixing surface 11 and the mounting surface 3 are brought into close contact with each other to be strong. It is to be sandwiched. Since the fixing surface 11 of the panel 7 is only a thin metal plate, or only the thin metal plate and the back surface paper are superposed, and the mounting surface 3 of the furring strip 2 comes into contact with the fixing surface in a large area. It is possible to perform clamping with a strong elastic force. Also, the middle part
The other end of 13a, the right side in the figure, is formed with a bent (90 ° to 30 ° etc.) locking portion 13c as a stopper for preventing the attachment tool 12 from coming off. The figure (b) shows that a hook-shaped stopper portion 14a is formed at the lower end of the pressing piece 14 to help keep the joint width constant when the panel 7 is connected. (C) The figure shows a sandwiching piece
It is a fixture 12 formed by deforming 13b so as to correspond to the end of the mounting surface 11 of the panel 7. Further, FIG. 3D shows a mounting tool 12 in which a sandwiching piece 13 is formed in the same fitting insertion portion 13b.
The mounting tool 12 makes the fixing surface 11 of the panel 7 and the mounting surface 3 of the furring strip 2 adhere to each other by the holding force of the pressing piece 14.

Therefore, the furring strips 2 shown in FIG. 2 (c) are vertically fixed in parallel on the body 1 with nails. Next, the female connecting portion 9 of the panel 7 is engaged with a start material (not shown), and the male connecting portion 8 is integrally clamped to the guide hole 4 of the furring strip 2 via the clamping piece 13 of the fixture 12. At the same time, the locking portion 13c prevents the fixture 12 from coming off. At this time, elastic force acts on the fitting insertion portion 13b to further strengthen the integration of both members. Therefore, in order to attach the panel 7 to the furring strip 2, it is sufficient to repeat the above-mentioned steps from the base toward the eaves.

The fixture will not come off the furring strip. The joint width of the panel can be made constant, and a beautiful appearance can be formed. Since the metal panel is fixed by the clamping force of the holding piece of the fixture, the fixing surface of the metal panel or the metal panel in which the metal sheet and the backside material are superposed is closely attached to the mounting surface of the furring strip, so the metal panel is not deformed. It can be firmly fixed to the furring without generating. And so on.
