The present invention relates to the above-mentioned gutter, which is formed integrally with the gutter material by forming a side wall of the gutter material by pleating and folding the gutter material edges into a bellows shape.

Since a large relative displacement in the bridge axis direction of up to 2000 mm occurs, a special large-scale link expansion joint device is installed here to absorb the displacement in the bridge axis direction and to make the road surface on the bridge flat. It makes it possible to continuously drive the vehicle in a continuous manner.

Cross beams (3) and (3) 'connected to the ends of the bridges (1) and (1)' via universal joints (2) are connected to each other via four-bar linkages (4) and (4) '. A number of comb-shaped fingers (5), (5) 'that are horizontally projected from each cross beam (3), (3)' along the bridge axis direction (X) are slidable while being connected to each other so that they can move in parallel with each other. And the free end side thereof is connected to the four-bar linkage (4),
(4) 'is movably placed on the upper surface of the intermediate cross beam (6) which is horizontally supported in the middle, so that the fingers (5) and (5)' are always held horizontally and the bridge connecting part It is configured to absorb the amount of displacement. (Japanese Patent Publication Sho52−
In addition, in the above-mentioned link type expansion joint unit device, since rainwater, earth and sand, etc. flowing into the gap (7) between the fingers (5) and (5) ′ from the road surface are collected and discharged, A laterally long gutter orthogonal to the bridge axis direction (X) is arranged in the space between the transverse beams (3) and (3) 'and the intermediate transverse beam (6).

雨水の流れが悪くなる問題があった。(Problems to be solved by the invention) However, in the metal gutter as described above, when the gutter resonates due to the vibration of the vehicle traveling or the like, noise is generated, and when the expansion and contraction amount in the bridge axis direction is increased. There is a problem that the entire gutter becomes large and requires a larger installation space, and the groove cross-sectional area of the gutter member (8) is small, so that small stones are easily accumulated and the flow of rainwater is deteriorated.

The entire material (12) is made of a horizontally rectangular elastic sheet material such as chloroprene rubber or chloroprene rubber cloth and has a U-shaped cross section, and the gutter material (12) is provided at both ends of the gutter material (12).
A bellows-shaped side wall (1
3) and (13) 'are joined or integrated by bonding or bolting (see Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 59-199905), and the front and rear walls (14) and (15) of the gutter material (12) are applied. It is also conceivable to fix the upper edge to the horizontal beam and the intermediate horizontal beam with bolts (16) to increase the expansion and contraction amount of the gutter and increase the groove volume.

3) ′ and the gutter (12) are formed separately and then joined together. The thickness of the joined part is larger than other parts and the flexibility of this part is obstructed. When the expansion / contraction amount of the expansion joint is large, bending stress concentrates here, and peeling or cracking of the joint is apt to occur, which may cause water leakage, and there is room for further improvement in this respect.

ある。The present invention has been made by paying attention to the problem that the gutter used for such a conventional bridge expansion joint has, and the side wall provided at the gutter end is provided with the edge of the gutter material that constitutes the groove bottom. The bellows are folded to form a bellows shape and formed integrally with the gutter to eliminate seams, and the folds of the bellows side wall are connected to the upper end of the support plate erected on the groove bottom to prevent the side wall from collapsing. It is intended to prevent and solve the above problems.

A horizontally long gutter having a U-shaped cross section, which is provided, and which forms a groove bottom surface (41)
Is made of a flexible rectangular elastic sheet material such as rubber as a whole, and the end side (48) formed in a convex curved shape at the gutter end is folded and joined alternately at a plurality of places inside and outside. While having a bellows-shaped side wall (52) continuously and integrally,
The pleated portion (49) of the side wall (52) is connected to the upper end of a support plate (54) provided upright on the joint portion (53) attached to the trough bottom.

Since it is connected to the upright support plate (54), it does not fall into or out of the groove and always stands up to prevent rainwater from flowing out.

The present invention is not limited to the above, and it is of course possible to apply the present invention to a joint portion having a relatively small amount of expansion and contraction, such as an expansion joint portion of a highway viaduct (see Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 51-20196).

発揮する。(Effect of the invention) As described above, in the gutter of the present invention, the gutter material of the gutter having a U-shaped side cross section, which is arranged substantially horizontally and orthogonal to the bridge axis, is provided under the fingers of the bridge expansion joint, and is bent like a rubber. It is made of an elastic sheet material having high flexibility, and a bellows-shaped side wall in which a plurality of convex curved edges are pleated and joined to the gutter end is integrally formed continuously, and the fold portion of the side wall is formed into the gutter bottom surface. Since the bellows-shaped side wall is supported so as not to fall by connecting to the upper end of the support plate standing upright from the reinforcing plate attached to the side wall part and the other part of the gutter. There is no joint between the two, and even when the groove width of the gutter changes according to the displacement of the bridge expansion joint, the local bending stress does not act, so the life of the gutter is greatly extended, and the gutter can be replaced. Excellent effect that the interval is long and maintenance is easy To do.

There is no complication of the manufacturing process such as molding the gutter material separately and then connecting the two together, facilitating the manufacture of the gutter and fold-folding the bellows side wall at the upper end of the support plate erected at the groove bottom. Since the parts are connected, the side wall can be prevented from collapsing without hindering the expansion and contraction of the side wall, and rainwater can be prevented from flowing out.
