応じた蒸気圧の目標値に一定に維持する蒸発負荷制御を
行い、且つ前記ドレンポットの液位をレベルコントロー
ラにより監視して該ドレンポットの液位が一定になるよ
うにドレンポット水位調節弁の開度を制御して前記蒸気
乾燥機での交換熱量に見合ったドレン量分を排出するこ
とにより、乾燥機内圧力の変動発生を防止して蒸気乾燥

定器7により計量された乾燥器出口側の乾燥汚泥に含有
する水分量を圧力調節弁3の制御要素として乾燥汚泥の
含有水分目標値をもとに乾燥機1の入口蒸気圧力を制御

ベルに保持することで、液抜けによる蒸気排出により機
内圧力の変動発生を防止すると共に、幅広い操作条件下
での安定運転を行うことができる蒸気式乾燥機の蒸発負

分測定器により前記乾燥機出口側の乾燥物に含有する水
分量を測定し、この水分量を制御要素として前記圧力調
節弁の開度を制御して蒸気圧を乾燥負荷に応じた蒸気圧
の目標値に一定に維持する蒸発負荷制御を行い、且つ前
記ドレンポットの液位をレベルコントローラにより監視
して該ドレンポットの液位が一定になるようにドレンポ
ット水位調節弁の開度を制御して前記蒸気乾燥機での交
換熱量に見合ったドレン量分を排出することにより、乾
燥機内圧力の変動発生を防止して蒸気乾燥機内の蒸気圧
を一定に維持するようにしたことを特徴とする蒸気式乾
燥機の蒸発負荷制御方法。1.
