The present inventors have already laminated a surface material 4 on a base material 1 via an elastic sheet 3 as shown in FIG. 2, and cut a kerf 2 upward from the lower surface of the base material 1 to produce a soundproof floor material A '. Is developing. In this soundproof floor material A ′, the rigidity of the base material 1 is reduced by cutting the kerfs 2, the vibration damping effect is enhanced, and the elastic sheet 3 absorbs the impact force. Has been brought about. However, the rigidity of the base material 1 is lowered by the kerfs 2, and the shape-retaining property of the soundproof floor material A ′ mainly depends on the surface material 4, but the surface material 4 is only on the surface of the plywood 5. 6
The expansion rate and the contraction rate are different based on the difference in water absorption between the plywood 5 and the veneer 6, and therefore the soundproof floor material A'is not warped as shown in FIG. There was a problem that it would occur. FIG. 3 (a) shows a case where the surface material 4 swells due to water absorption, and FIG. 3 (b).
Indicates a state of being contracted by drying. As a method of suppressing the warp, a material having a large compressive strength is used, in which the surface material 4 or the elastic sheet 3 is thickened, the kerf 2 of the base material 1 is shallow, or the bottom surface of the base material 1 is pulled. Although it may be attached, there is a problem that the soundproofing function is significantly deteriorated.

The soundproof flooring material of the present invention is a soundproofing floor material in which a plurality of kerfs 2 are cut upward from a lower surface of a base material 1, and a surface material 4 is laminated on the surface of the base material 1 via an elastic sheet 3, The surface material 4 is characterized in that the veneer plates 6 are adhered to both surfaces of the plywood 5, and the above object is achieved by this configuration. That is, the rigidity of the base material 1 is reduced by the kerfs 2, and the vibration damping effect is improved, and further, the soundproof effect is remarkably improved in combination with the absorption of the impact force by the elastic sheet 3. As a result, the rigidity of the base material 1 is lowered and the shape-retaining property is lowered, and the soundproof floor material A is mainly shaped by the surface material 4, but the surface material 4 has the veneer plates 6 attached to both surfaces of the plywood 5. Therefore, the surface material 4 does not warp due to a change in water content. Hereinafter, the present invention will be described based on embodiments shown in the accompanying drawings. The base material 1 is provided with a plurality of kerfs 2. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, the kerfs 2 are provided along the longitudinal direction, and the kerfs 2 have, for example, a width of 3 mm and a pitch. Is cut at 60 mm. In this groove 2, a groove 2b reaching the upper surface of the substrate 1
Or, the cut grooves 2a that do not reach the upper surface of the base material 1 are randomly included. Of course, only the cut groove 2a or the cut groove 2b may be used. Further, the cut grooves 2 may be provided in a grid pattern. The base material 1 is plywood or the like, and a material having a thickness of 2.3 to 9.0 mm is usually used. An elastic sheet 3 is attached to the front surface side of the base material 1. The elastic sheet 3 is preferably a non-woven fabric or a soft material such as natural rubber, urethane resin, silicone resin, etc., usually 1 mm
The following thickness is used. A surface material 4 is attached to the elastic sheet 3 on the front surface side.
The surface material 4 is, for example, a plywood 5 having a thickness of 2.7 mm, and a veneer 6 having a thickness of 0.3 mm, which is laminated in parallel or orthogonally, on both surfaces of the plywood 5. A cushioning material 7 such as a polyethylene or natural rubber foam having a thickness of about 5 mm is attached to the lower surface of the base material 1 of the soundproof floor material A, and an adhesive is applied to a concrete surface such as a concrete slab of a building. It is directly attached and laid.

The present invention cuts a plurality of kerfs upward from the lower surface of the substrate,
A soundproof flooring material in which a surface material is laminated on the surface of a base material via an elastic sheet, and the surface material is made by sticking veneer plates on both sides of plywood, so the rigidity of the base material decreases due to kerfs. do it,
The damping effect is improved, and the soundproofing effect is significantly improved in combination with the absorption of the impact force by the elastic sheet. Also, the shape retention of the base material is lowered by the kerf, and the soundproofing floor material is mainly used as a surface material. However, since the surface material is formed by sticking veneer plates on both sides of plywood, the surface material does not warp due to changes in water content.
