とにより、基材1の剛性を低下させ、制振効果を高める
と共に弾性シート3により衝撃力を吸収させ、これら相
乗効果により防音効果の向上がもたらされている。しか
しながら、基材1は切溝2により剛性が低下してしまい
防音床材A′の形態保形性は主として表面材4に依存す
るものであるが、表面材4は合板5の表面にのみ突板6
を貼着させて形成されたものであり、合板5と突板6と
の吸水率の差に基づいて膨張率及び収縮率が異なり、そ
のため第3図に示すように防音床材A′に反りが発生し
てしまうという問題があった。第3図(a)は吸水によ
り表面材4が膨潤した場合を示しており、第3図(b)
は乾燥により収縮した状態を示す。この反りを抑制する
方法としては、表面材4とか弾性シート3を厚くした
り、基材1の切溝2の深さを浅くしたり、基材1の下面
に引張り、圧縮強度の大きい材を貼着したりすることが
考えられるが、そうすると防音機能が著しく低下してし

本発明の防音床材は、基材1の下面から上方に複数の切
溝2を切り込み、基材1の表面に弾性シート3を介して
表面材4を積層させた防音床材であって、表面材4が合
板5の両面に突板6を貼着させたものであることを特徴
とするものであり、この構成により上記目的が達成され
たものである。即ち、基材1は切溝2により剛性が低下
して、制振効果が向上し、しかも弾性シート3による衝
撃力の吸収と相まって、防音効果が著しく向上するもの
であり、又、切溝2により基材1の剛性が低下して形態
保形性が低下され、防音床材Aは主として表面材4によ
り保形されるが、表面材4は合板5の両面に突板6を貼
着させたものであるので、表面材4は水分変化により反
りが発生することがないものである。 以下、本発明を添付の図面に示す実施例に基づいて説明
する。 基材1には複数の切溝2が設けられており、第1図に示
す実施例にあっては、切溝2は長手方向に沿って設けら
れ、切溝2は例えば幅が3mmでピッチが60mmで切り込ま
れる。この切溝2には基材1の上面にまで達する切溝2b
とか、基材1の上面にまでは至らない切溝2aがランダム
に含まれている。勿論、切溝2aあるいは切溝2bだけであ
ってもよい。又、切溝2は格子状に設けられたものでも
よい。この基材1は合板などであり、通常2.3〜9.0mm厚
のものが使用される。 この基材1の表面側には弾性シート3が貼着されてい
る。弾性シート3としては不織布とか天然ゴム、ウレタ
ン樹脂、シリコン樹脂等の軟質材が好ましく、通常1mm
以下の厚みのものが使用される。 表面側の弾性シート3には表面材4が貼着されている。
この表面材4は例えば2.7mm厚の合板5の両面に0.3mm厚
のなら材のような突板6を平行貼り、又は直交貼りさせ
たものである。 この防音床材Aの基材1の下面に厚み5mm程度のポリエ
チレン、天然ゴムの発泡体のようなクツション材7が貼
着されて、例えば建物のコンクリートスラブのようなコ
ンクリート面上に接着剤を介して直接貼着して敷設され
