A cut-in soundproof flooring material A 'has been developed. In the sound-insulating floor material A ', by cutting the kerf 2, the rigidity of the base material 1 is reduced, the vibration-damping effect is enhanced, and the impact force is absorbed by the vibration-damping material 3. The effect has been improved.

When the surface material 4 is bonded to the vibration damping material 3 as shown in FIG. 6, the surface material 4 becomes warped, which makes commercialization difficult. Further, the rigidity of the base material 1 is reduced by the kerfs 2 and the shape-preserving property of the soundproofing floor material A 'mainly depends on the surface material 4, but the surface material 4 is composed of the plywood 5 and the surface veneer 6.
The expansion rate and shrinkage rate differ based on the difference in water absorption rate with
Therefore, there is a problem that the soundproof flooring material A 'is warped as shown in FIG. FIG. 7A shows a case where the surface material 4 swells due to water absorption, and FIG. 7B shows a state where the surface material 4 contracts by drying. As a method of suppressing this warpage, the surface material 4 or the vibration damping material 3 is made thicker, the depth of the cut groove 2 of the base material 1 is reduced, or a material having a large compressive strength is pulled on the back surface of the base material 1. However, there is a problem that the soundproofing function is significantly reduced. The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a soundproof flooring material which has good soundproofing properties and can prevent warpage during manufacturing and warpage due to moisture change. is there.

The flooring material 4 is a soundproof flooring material in which a surface veneer 4 is laminated with a front veneer 6 and a veneer veneer 7 whose grain directions are substantially orthogonal to each other on the front and back surfaces of the plywood 5. The above-mentioned problem has been solved by this configuration. [Operation] Since the surface material 4 is formed by attaching the front veneer 6 and the back veneer 7 whose grain directions are substantially orthogonal to each other on the front and back surfaces of the plywood 5, the vibration damping material is applied to the surface material 4 during manufacturing. When bonding 3, warp of the surface material 4 can be prevented by the front veneer 6 and the back veneer 7, and lamination can be simplified, and the rigidity of the base material 1 is reduced by the cut grooves 2. Therefore, the vibration damping effect is improved, and the soundproof effect is remarkably improved in combination with the absorption of the impact force by the vibration damping material 3. The sound insulation floor material A is mainly retained by the surface material 4, but the surface material 4 is
Since the front veneer 6 and the back veneer 7 are adhered to the front and back surfaces, the surface material 4 does not warp due to a change in moisture. [Example] A plurality of cut grooves 2 are provided on the base material 1 from the back surface side to the front surface side. In the embodiment shown in Fig. 1, the cut grooves 2 are provided in a lattice shape. I have. The kerf 2 is, for example, 3 mm wide
The pitch is cut at 60mm. The kerf 2 does not reach the surface of the substrate 1. The base material 1 is a plywood or the like,
Usually, a 2.3 to 9.0 mm thick one is used. A damping material 3 is adhered to the surface side of the substrate 1.
Non-woven fabric, natural rubber, urethane resin,
A soft material such as a silicone resin is preferable, and a material having a thickness of 1 mm or less is usually used. A surface material 4 is attached to the vibration damping material 3 on the front side. The surface material 3 is, for example, a front surface veneer 6 and a back surface veneer 7 like a material having a thickness of 0.3 mm are attached in parallel to the front and back surfaces of a plywood 5 having a thickness of 2.7 mm,
Or it is orthogonally attached. In this case, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the grain directions of the front veneer 6 and the back veneer 7 are adhered so as to be substantially perpendicular to each other. This surface veneer 6
In addition, a laminated veneer can be used as the back veneer 7. The sound-insulating floor material A has a cushion material 8 such as polyethylene or natural rubber foam having a thickness of about 5 mm adhered to the back surface of the base material 1, and an adhesive is applied on a concrete surface such as a concrete slab of a building. It is laid directly by sticking through. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 3, a narrow groove 9 is formed on the surface of the veneer veneer 6 in order to give the appearance that the veneer veneer 6 is formed from short pieces 6a of a predetermined size. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 4, the kerf 2 is formed in a straight line, and this kerf 2 has a kerf 2a reaching the surface of the base material 1 or a kerf 2a reaching the surface of the base material 1. The cutting groove 2b that does not reach is randomly included.

Since the front veneer and the veneer veneer whose grain directions are almost perpendicular to each other are adhered to the back surface, when bonding the damping material, which is a foreign material, to the surface material during manufacturing, the veneer veneer and back surface Warping of the surface material can be prevented by the veneer, and lamination can be simplified.
The rigidity of the base material is reduced by the kerfs, the vibration damping effect is improved,
Moreover, the soundproofing effect is remarkably improved in combination with the absorption of the impact force by the vibration damping material, and further, the rigidity of the base material is reduced by the kerfs, and the shape retention is reduced. However, since the surface material has the front veneer and the back veneer adhered to the front and back surfaces of the plywood, the surface material does not warp due to a change in moisture.
