成としている。すなわち、本発明に係る中空器官吻合補

合補強具であって、該中空器官吻合補強具の材質を生体
吸収性材料とすると共に、両端部が互いに連結されるフ
ァスナーになっていて、その一方は表面上に多数のルー
プを備え、もう一方は表面上に多数の引っ掛かり部分を
もった小片を備えていることを特徴とする。(このファ
スナーのことを以下マジックテープ(登録商標)と呼
ぶ。) 〔実施例〕 本発明の実施例を、図面を参照しながら説明する。第1
図は、本発明に係る中空器官吻合補強具の一実施例の正
面図及び側面図である。平面状の中空器官吻合補強具本
体1の両端に、その両端を固定しておくことができるマ
ジックテープ(登録商標)2,3を備えている。前記補強
具本体の形状は第1図に示す長方形に限るものではな
く、吻合する中空器官の形状及び吻合状態に応じて円
形、正方形及び多角形等様々な形状が考えられる。また
前記マジックテープ(登録商標)の形状は第3図(第1
図のA部の拡大図)及び第4図(第1図のB部の拡大
図)に示すように、支持体の一方はその表面状に多数の
ループ2を備え、他の支持体3はその表面上に多数の引
っ掛かり部分をもった小片を備えている。しかしながら
この形状はあくまで一例にすぎず、この形状以外でも同

端部を単に重ね合わせるだけで可能になり、従来のよう
