【発明の詳細な説明】 (産業上の利用分野) 本発明は鋼帯の防錆油塗布量調整方法に関するものであ
る。

与えた鋼帯に電気的に付着させる静電塗油装置がある
が、設備費が高価である。

本発明の要旨は、鋼帯に防錆油を供給後、孔明き中空鉄

吸引ロールにより鋼帯に付着している防錆油を絞るとと
もに油膜厚を調整することを特徴とする鋼帯の防錆油塗
布量調整方法である。その時の防錆油の供給方法は従来
と同じスプレー、ブラシングはねかけ、ロールコーター
等いずれでも良いが、余分な油を鋼帯につられて回転す
る真空吸引の油吸引ロールでもつて系外に取り除き、表
面均一化を行うものである。

ずれでも良い。防錆油の塗布装置についてもスプレー方
式、ロールコーター方式等どの方式を用いても良く、そ
の手段は特にこだわるものでない。
