本発明の防音床材の施工方法は、一側端部に側方に突出
する嵌合突部1を設け且つ他側端部に嵌合突部1に嵌合
する形状の嵌合凹部2を設けた床材本体3の裏面にクッ
ション材4を積層して防音床材5を構成し、この防音床
材5を床下地基材6の上に載置し、その後で床下地基材
6と嵌合突部1との間に当て板7を差し込んだ状態で嵌
合突部1の上面側から当て板7を避けて釘8を打ち込ん
で床下地基材6に釘8を固着し、その後で当て板7を抜
き取り、次に嵌合突部1に他の防音床材3の嵌合凹部2
を嵌合することを特徴とするものであって、このような
構成を採用することで、上記した従来の問題点を解決し
て本発明の目的を達成したものである。すなわち、本発
明にあっては、床下地基材6と嵌合突部1との間に当て
板7を差し込んだ状態で嵌合突部1の上面側から当て板
7を避けて釘8を打ち込んで床下地基材6に釘8を固着
することで、釘8打ち時に嵌合突部1が当て板7によっ
て支持されることとなって、この結果、釘8を打ち込ん
でもクッション材4が圧縮されず、防音床材5が部分的
に沈みこまないようにできたものであり、また沈みこん
でいない嵌合突部1に他の防音床材5の嵌合凹部2を嵌
合することで、嵌合凹部2側も接続に当たって沈みこま
ないようにできたものである。 以下本発明を実施例により詳述する。床材本体3には一
側端部に嵌合突部1が側方に向けて突設してあり、他側
端部に嵌合突部1に嵌合する形状の嵌合凹部2が凹設し
てある。ここで添付図面の実施例では四辺のうち隣り合
う一対の辺に嵌合突部1が設けてあり、他の隣り合う一
対の辺に嵌合凹部2が設けてあるが、少なくとも一側端
部に嵌合突部1を設け、他側端部に嵌合凹部2を設けて
あればよい。床材本体3の裏面には合成樹脂発泡体、天
然ゴム等のクッション材4が積層してあって防音床材5
が形成してある。 上記のような構成の防音床材5は次のようにして施工す
るものである。すなわち、まず第1図(a)に示すよう
に防音床材5をコンクリートスラブや合板等の床下地基
材6の上に載置し、次に第1図(b)に示すように床下
地基材6と嵌合突部1との間に当て板7を差し込み、こ
のように当て板7を差し込んだ状態で第1図(c)に示
すように嵌合突部1の上面側から当て板7を避けて釘8
斜めに打ち込んで床下地基材6に釘8の下部を固着す
る。この場合、釘8を打ち込んでも嵌合突部1は当て板
7により支持されてクッション材4が縮むことがなく、
この部分が部分的に沈みこまないものである。その後当
て板7を抜き取り、次に第1図(d)に示すように嵌合
突部1に他の防音床材3の嵌合凹部2を嵌合する。その
後同様の作業を繰り返して次々と防音床材5を施工して
いくものである。 なお、当て板7の厚みは嵌合突部1の下面からクッショ
ン材4の下面までの距離とほぼ等しい厚みとしておく。

床材の嵌合凹部を嵌合することで、嵌合凹部側も接続に
当たって沈みこまないようにできるものである。また当
て板は削除するので、当て板が残って防音性能を低下さ
せるといったことがないものである。
