Therefore, in recent years, there has been provided a vibration-proof flooring material in which a cushion layer is integrated with the lower surface of the flooring material main body made of wood. However, such a vibration-isolating flooring material having a cushion layer on the lower surface compresses the cushion layer when it is fixed by nailing with fixed nails and sinks below, which makes nailing not easy and also protects against walking. The swing bed material sinks, and at that time, the nail hole part rubs against the fixed nail and a creaking noise is generated. There is also the problem that the nail heads of the fixing nails float, and even when a heavy object such as furniture is placed on the floor, the anti-vibration floor material partially sinks, which may cause furniture distortion. It was

For this reason, the applicant of the present invention has considered that, in order to solve such a problem, a partially sinking prevention member is interposed between a part of the lower surface portion of the vibration-isolating floor and the floor base, and it has already been disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. HEI-1. −
It has been filed as 304265. As shown in FIG. 7, after the sinking prevention member 5 is disposed on the floor base 4, the cushion layer 2 below the vibration-proof flooring 3 is pressed against the sinking prevention member 5 as shown in FIG. The fixing nail 12 is nailed and fixed.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, in the conventional example shown in FIG. 7, a part of the cushion layer 2 is compressed between the floor material main body 1 and the sink preventing member 5. Since it is fixed, there is a risk that the surface of the vibration-isolating flooring material 3 will partially bulge due to the repulsive force of that part.

The present invention is invented in view of the problems of the above-mentioned conventional example, and the purpose thereof is to prevent sinking of the anti-vibration flooring material, and to make the compression area of the cushion layer as narrow as possible. Prevents the surface of the anti-vibration floor material from partially rising, does not require the work of notching the cushion layer, and minimizes the obstacles to nailing to improve workability. Even when the shape-preventing member is provided on the male side of the anti-vibration flooring material, when the females of the other preventing flooring materials are fitted to the males of the anti-vibration flooring material to connect the preventing flooring materials, In order to provide an anti-sink structure for the anti-vibration floor material, which does not compress the cushion layer below the anti-vibration floor material, thereby facilitating the insertion of the anti-vibration floor material into the male fruit. is there.

As shown in FIG. 3, the anti-vibration floor material 3 is basically formed by integrating the cushion layer 2 on the lower surface of the floor material main body 1 made of wood. Further, a concrete laminated structure of the vibration-isolating floor material 1 is, for example, as shown in FIG. The floor material body 1 includes a surface material 6 on the upper surface side, a base material 7 on the lower surface side, the surface material 6 and the base material 7.
And the cushioning material 8 between them. Surface material 6 is a core material
It is formed by sticking a veneer 6b on the surface of 6a. The cushioning material 8
It is made of a material such as SBR foam rubber. Base material 7
Is formed of a material such as plywood, and kerfs 9 are formed in a grid pattern on the lower surface side of the base material 7. The cushion layer 2 is formed of natural rubber foam, synthetic rubber foam, synthetic resin foam, or the like. A female nut 10 is provided on one end of the flooring body 1 of the vibration-proof flooring 3, and a male nut 11 is provided on the other end of the flooring body 1. The anti-vibration floor material 3 is laid side by side on the floor base 4, but at the end of the male 11 side, the sinking prevention member 5 made of wood material is provided under the cushion layer 2 on the lower surface of the anti-vibration floor material 3. Interposed and fixed nail 12 from male 11 to floor base 4
The fixing nail 12 penetrates the cushion layer 2 and the sinking prevention member 5 sandwiched between the flooring material main body 1 and the sinking prevention member 5 to reach the floor base 4 when it is driven into and fixed in Then, the anti-vibration floor material 3 is fixed. Then, the male seed 11 is fitted into the female seed 10 and the adjacent vibration-isolating floor members 3 are joined. The sink preventing member 5 interposed between a part of the cushion layer 2 and the floor base 4 has a contact upper surface 5b with the cushion layer 2 whose contact upper surface 5b has a lower surface.
It is narrower than the area of 5a, and has a trapezoidal cross section in which one side surface is a vertical surface and the other side surface is an inclined surface as shown in FIG. In this way, the sinking prevention member 5 is attached to the upper surface 5b.
Since the cushion layer 2 is compressed by the upper surface 5b having a smaller area because the area of the lower surface is smaller than the area of the lower surface 5a, the repulsive force is small and therefore, when the fixing with the fixing nails 12 is performed, the anti-vibration floor is used. The surface of the material 3 partially blocks the swelling in the upper part of the sink preventing member 5. The fixing nail 12 has a driving range not limited to the upper surface 5b having a narrow area but also to the lower surface 5a having a large area, so that there is no problem in nailing. By the way, in the present invention, the sinking prevention member 5 is formed in a trapezoidal shape in which one side surface is a vertical surface and the other side surface is an inclined surface, and the floor material main body is formed by extending the vertical surface of the sinking prevention member 5. It is constructed so that the protruding side end surface of the male 11 of 1 is located. Because of this, the cushion layer 2 is not compressed below the female seeds 10 of the adjacent vibration-isolating floor material 3 when the adjacent vibration-isolating floor material 3 is connected and constructed. Female 10
When mating the male and male 11 with each other, the female 10 is coated with the adhesive 13 and then mated as shown in FIG. 6 (a).
When laying on the floor base 4, an adhesive 13 is applied to the floor base 4 with a spatula 14 as shown in FIG. 6 (b). The sunk prevention member 5 is, for example, a wooden material, but the sunk prevention member 5 may be interposed along the longitudinal direction of the male nut 11 or may be interposed as a piece member only at the portion where the fixing nail 12 is driven. Floor base 4
The vibration-isolated flooring material 3 may be attached after the discarding laminated board is attached. Further, as shown in FIG. 2, the sink preventing member 5 may be temporarily fixed in advance with nails 12 '.

[Effects of the Invention] In the present invention, as described above, the contact between the cushion layer and the floor base on the male-side end of the anti-vibration flooring material is in contact with the cushion layer. A trapezoid-shaped sinking prevention member that is narrower than the area of the lower surface is interposed, and one side of the trapezoidal sinking prevention member is a vertical surface and the other side is an inclined surface. The protruding side end surface of the male is located, and the fixing nails inserted from the male penetrate the cushion layer and the anti-sink member clamped between the floor material body and the anti-sink member to the floor base. Since the sinking of the anti-vibration floor material can be prevented by the male side of one end of the anti-vibration floor material, the adjacent anti-vibration floor material into which the female is malely fitted is also joined with the male and female. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the sinking, and the area of the upper surface between a part of the cushion layer and the floor base. The cushioning layer has a narrower trapezoidal cross section, so the cushioning layer has a smaller repulsive force than the one that compresses over a wide area. Since the fixing nail is driven into the floor base through the cushion layer and the sinking prevention member that are provided, it is possible to reliably prevent the vibration damping floor material from warping due to the repulsive force of the cushion layer, and
It is not necessary to cut out a part of the cushion layer, and the laying work can be performed efficiently, and since the bottom surface of the sinking prevention member has a large area, the support of the anti-vibration floor material is stable, and nailing is also small, and the area of the upper surface is narrow. Since it covers a wide area without stopping, it does not have a great impact on work, and even if a trapezoidal sinking prevention member is provided on the male side of the anti-vibration floor material, it does not interfere with the other floors of the anti-vibration floor material. When fitting the mattresses of the timber to connect the floor mats to each other, the sinking prevention member does not compress the cushion layer below the mattress of the adjacent anti-vibration flooring material. It can be easily fitted.
