In this case, floor impact sound is classified into heavy impact sound and light impact sound, but since the heavy impact sound is affected by the structure of the building itself, the light impact sound is a mitigation measure in terms of improving the floor finishing material. The alleviation of is exclusively aimed at.

However, in the case of a wooden flooring material using a solid board or a natural wood decorative plywood, the surface cannot be softened because it is made of wood. Although it is possible to use relatively soft wood, it is easily scratched regardless of the presence or absence of surface coating, and the commercial value is low.

At this time, as a material to be combined with a wood material such as plywood or particle board, a vibration damping sheet made of resin, a glass wool, rock wool, a foamed resin sheet such as polystyrene, a rubber cushion, a non-woven fabric, etc. are used.

Nonwoven fabric is used. However, in the case of non-woven fabric, the larger the number of fiber denier used (the thicker the fiber), the smaller the amount of fiber per constant weight and the lower the contact ratio between fibers, which reduces the floor impact sound expected of non-woven fabric. Since the effect, that is, the effect of converting the impact energy into heat energy by the friction between the fibers to reduce the floor impact sound is weakened, conventionally, it has been attempted to enhance the effect of reducing the floor impact sound by increasing the thickness of the nonwoven fabric. However, as the thickness of the non-woven fabric increases, the amount of compressive deformation of the non-woven fabric increases, and as a result, the floor material sinks significantly when walking on the floor material, and the pedestrian feels fluffy, and the wooden floor It had significantly reduced the commercial value of the material.

We have found a floor material that can effectively reduce the floor impact sound by using a sheet with the function of.

A fiber sheet made of non-woven fabric having a thickness of 0.5 to 2.0 mm is used. This fiber sheet can be produced by a conventionally known method for producing a nonwoven fabric, such as a needle punching method, a spun bond method, or a papermaking method, but the energy of floor impact sound is generated by friction heat generated by friction between fibers. The needle punching method is preferable because it can easily achieve the object of the present invention of converting into and absorbing.

It must be greater than or equal to denier and less than 3.0 denier,
0.5-1.5 denier is preferred. The use of ultrafine fibers of less than 0.1 denier is costly, and the fibers are too thin to be easily cut by needle punching, which makes it difficult to produce a nonwoven fabric. If it is 3.0 denier or more, the porosity of the fiber sheet increases and the amount of compressive deformation increases, and it is necessary to increase the basis weight in order to increase the frictional force between fibers, resulting in an increase in the sheet thickness. This causes the amount of compressive deformation to increase.

When the thickness is less than 5 mm, the adhesive used for lamination is likely to be impregnated into the fiber sheet, which is not desirable in production, and when impregnated with the adhesive, friction between the fibers does not occur and the soundproof performance is adversely affected. Further, when the thickness of the fiber sheet exceeds 2 mm, the soundproofing effect is improved due to the expression of elasticity and the increase in the amount of fibers due to the increase in thickness, but due to the increased thickness, even ultrafine fibers of less than 3.0 denier were used. Even so, the amount of compressive deformation increases to the extent that there is no difference from a non-woven fabric composed of general 3 to 4 denier fibers, and the walking feeling is deteriorated, which is not preferable.

In the sheet, the basis weight for which the frictional force between the fibers can be expected is 50 to 300 g / m 2 , preferably 130 to
It is 250 g / m 2 . The material of the ultrafine fibers constituting the fiber sheet is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include nylon, polyester, polypropylene and the like. Further, since friction between fibers is expected, it is desirable to suppress addition of a resin that is a binder often used in manufacturing this type of non-woven fabric as much as possible.

Made of ultrafine fibers of denier or more and less than 3.0 denier,
A fiber sheet 3 made of a non-woven fabric having a thickness of 0.5 to 2.0 mm is laminated, and a fiber sheet 4 as a soundproof material layer is further laminated on the back surface of the perforated plywood 2. The fiber sheet 4 provided on the back surface of the perforated plywood 2 does not necessarily have to be the same as the fiber sheet 3 described above. Moreover, what is shown in FIG. 1 is only one configuration example of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited to this. That is, although the present invention is basically based on the wood material layer and the sound insulation material layer, any other layer may be added thereto. For example, as described above, it may be combined with a layer such as a vibration damping sheet or a non-woven fabric, or a layer of another sound insulating material, and in that case, the combination of each layer is arbitrary. Another layer may be interposed between the wood material layer and the sound insulation material layer.

At this time, friction occurs between the ultrafine fibers that form the fiber sheet, and the impact energy applied to the floor material is converted into thermal energy due to the friction between the fibers. As a result, the impact force is reduced.
