うになっている。<Prior Art> For a sheet-like substance such as paper in a papermaking process or a coating process of a paper mill, for example, it is very important to measure the properties such as the water content of the substance in order to control the quality of the substance. It is supposed to be. Further, as a conventional example of an apparatus for measuring the characteristics of the sheet-like substance as described above, for example, an apparatus disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 60-620 is known. This device comprises at least two optical systems having different degrees of association with a sheet-like substance, paper, in one moisture content measuring device, and detects a measurement optical signal and a reference optical signal for each optical system. The signal corresponding to the water content of the paper is obtained using these signals. According to such an apparatus, it is possible to measure thin paper and paper that is nearly transparent, as well as paper that has a low transmittance, while being less affected by paper quality. On the other hand, FIG. 2 is a diagram showing a general configuration of the apparatus as described above. In this figure, the vertical frames 1 and 2 and the horizontal frames 3 and 4 form an O-type frame 5. The horizontal frame 3 holds an upper head 6 and the horizontal frame 4 holds a lower head. While these heads 6 and 7 are kept facing each other, they move horizontally along the horizontal frames 3 and 4, respectively, on the paper surface of FIG. 2, and, for example, upper and lower heads 6, 7 and 6 ', 7 It reciprocates between and. Further, in the gap formed by the upper and lower heads 6, 7 (or 6 ', 7') facing each other, the sheet-shaped object to be measured 8 travels in a direction perpendicular to the paper surface of FIG. It has become. Furthermore, FIG. 3 shows the upper and lower heads 6,7.
FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing the configuration of a cooling device which is built in the inside and cools the inside of the heads 6, 7. In FIG. 3, for example, a copper plate 9 having a thickness of 2 mm is brazed with copper pipes 10a and 10b having an inner diameter of 4 mm, and the copper plate 9 is cooled by cooling water flowing in the copper pipe 9.
And the inside of the upper and lower heads 6 and 7 is ultimately cooled.

Therefore, there is a drawback that the thermal efficiency is poor.

The cooling device is composed of a copper pipe to which cooling water flows, and a fan which sandwiches the two heat sinks and sucks warm air around the heat sinks to pass through the heat sinks to form cool air and discharge it. It is included in at least one of the head and the lower head.

FIG. 3 is a perspective view of a main part configuration of an embodiment of the present invention, showing a third part in the figure.
The same symbols as in the figure are used with the same meaning. Also, 11
a and 11b are heat sinks formed in a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape having a fold-shaped heat dissipation portion on one side, and 10c and 10d are copper pipes 1 sandwiched by two heat sinks 11a and 11b, through which cooling water flows.
The curved portions of 0a and 10b, 12a and 12b are arranged so as to sandwich the heat sinks 11a and 11b, and suck the warm air around the heat sinks.
It is a fan that passes through 11a and 11b and makes it cool air and discharges it. The cooling device having such a configuration is housed in the upper head 6 and the lower head 7 of FIG. 2 instead of the cooling device of the conventional example described in detail with reference to FIG. ,
The inside of 7 will be cooled strongly. That is, for example, the cooling water introduced from the copper pipe 10a is discharged from the copper pipe 10b via the copper pipes 10c and 10d, and the heat sink 11 is supplied during this period.
Cool a and 11b sufficiently. Further, when the fans 12a and 12b are driven, the warm air around is sucked, passes through the heat sinks 11a and 11b, and is discharged as cold air. In this way, the ambient atmosphere is sufficiently cooled, and as a result, the insides of the upper and lower heads 6, 7 are strongly cooled. Incidentally, when an experiment was performed using the above-described embodiment of the present invention when the outside air temperature was 95 ° C., it was found that the insides of the upper head 6 and the lower head 7 were 45 to 50 ° C., and a sufficient cooling effect was obtained. It was The cooling device shown in FIG. 1 is usually built in both the upper head 6 and the lower head 7, but it may be built in only one of the upper head 6 and the lower head 7.

When 12b is driven, the warm air around it is sucked, and it passes through the heat sinks 11a and 11b that are sufficiently cooled by the copper pipe through which the cooling water flows inside, and is discharged as cold air, so the operating environment is high. It is possible to realize a device for measuring the characteristics of sheet-like substances that can keep the inside of the upper and lower heads below a certain temperature even in the field.
