〔実施例〕〔Example〕

以下、図面を用いて本発明に係る外壁改修工法の一実施
例について説明する。第1図は本発明に係る改修工法の
一例を示す斜視図で、特に新規外壁を横張り状としたも
のであり、1は間柱、2は既存壁である。さらに説明す
ると、既成の壁構造は間柱1の外側面にモルタル、スレ
ート板、金属系、窯業系のサイディングボード等の既存
壁2からなる構造のものである。3は胴縁で後述する改
修壁面を形成する建築用パネル6を取り付けるものであ
り、既存壁2の表面に略垂直方向に間柱1と対応する位
置に既存壁2の上端部から下端部にかけて釘で打設する
ものである。4はシート状物で、既存壁2の表面、また
は胴縁3の表面に張り亘すものであり、その素材はアス
ファルトフェルト、ターフェルト等であり、主に防水材
として機能する。さらに説明すると、シート状物4は既
存壁2の状態により必要に応じて使用するものである。
5は断熱材であり、必要に応じて胴縁3間に配設するも
のであり、その素材は、例えばフェノールフォーム、イ
ソシアヌレートフォーム等の合成樹脂発泡体からなるボ
ード、石膏ボード、シージングインシュレーションボー
ド、木片セメント板、パーティクルボード、ケイ酸カル
シウム板、グラスウール等、もしくはそれらの複合体で
あり、改修壁に断熱性、防音性、防火性を付加するもの
である。また断熱材5を成形体とした場合の形状は第5
図(a)〜(e)に示すように胴縁3の厚さTと同じ厚
さ、あるいはそれより薄い厚さの直方体形状((a)
図)で、ボード5aの片面または両面を防水処理を施した
面材5bで被覆したり((b)図)、ボード5aの片面を被
覆した面材5bをボード5aの1辺、または隣合う2辺より
取出させたり、((c)、(d)図)、断熱材5の形状
を後述する建築用パネル6の裏面に合わせて楔状にした
り((e)図)することができる。6は建築用パネル
(以下、単にパネルという)で横張り用のパネルであ
り、釘αを用いて胴縁3に打設することにより配設さ
れ、改修壁面を形成するものである。その形状は例えば
第3図に示すようにカラー鋼板、ステンレス板、銅板、
アルミニウム板、ガルバリウム鋼板等の平板、エンボス
加工された金属製薄板からなる表面材7を成形し、表面
材7の上部に係合溝8、その上部に釘打設用の延長部
9、表面材7の下部に係合片10を設け、表面材7の裏面
には必要に応じてパーティクルボード、合成樹脂発泡体
からなるボード、石膏ボード、珪酸カルシウム板、グラ
スウールボード、シージングインシュレーションボー
ド、木片セメント板等の硬質の断熱材からなる芯材11を
充填、貼着したものである。また図示しないが、延長部
9には釘打設用の孔を設けてもよい。また第2図は土台
部の構造を示す説明図である。図において12はあて木で
後述するカバー材13を配設するものであり、角材で、そ
の表面は胴縁3の表面と同一平面になる厚さのものであ
り、既存壁構造の土台18または付け土台17の表面に固定
するものである。カバー材13はあて木12に釘αを介して
固定するものであり、主にパネル6を配設する際の張り

ための排水口15aと突起15bとを交互に形成したものであ
る。さらに化粧面部16はパネル6の下端部の10〜100mm
位の高さ方向の幅を被覆すると共に、コーキング材βを
充填するための窪部16aを状に生成したものである。
なお、収納部15の開口幅Wはパネル6の厚さtとほぼ等
しいものである。またカバー材13は長尺状で、たとえば
2424、3030、3636mm等である。また、図示しないが取付
部14には釘打設用の孔を設けてもよい。また、17は付け

ることができ、胴縁3等の腐食を阻止することができ
る。なお、図示しないがあて木12を除去し、胴縁3を付
け土台17まで配設し、カバー材13を配設することも可能
である。さらに胴縁3を既存壁2に水平に配設し、パネ
ル6を縦張りにして施工することも可能である。

必要としない。また、本発明に係る外壁改修構造による
