次対向間隔を狭める一対のトレーガイドと、該トレーガ
イドの先端に接続させるとともに、前進及び後退を制御
され前進時に先端をすぼめて前記袋口へ挿入可能な一対
の先端ガイドと、前記トレーセット位置から前記トレー
ガイドの先端方に向かって順次上方に傾斜する傾斜案内
部を設けて、前記一対のトレーガイドの間に配設したガ
イド杆と、前記トレーセット位置に順次供給されるトレ
ーの後端を所定の待機位置まで押送する後部押送片と、
前記待機位置に押送された前記トレーの後端を前記袋口
まで押送する前部押送片とを設けるとともに、前記押送
後上昇して前記トレーセット位置の上部へ後退して下降
するトレー押送機構とを設け、該トレー押送機構により
押送されるトレーを、前記ガイド杆の傾斜案内部と順次
対向間隔を狭める前記一対のトレーガイドにより屋根形
に反らせるとともに、前進とともに先端方をすぼめて前
記包装袋の袋口に挿入した前記先端ガイドにより案内し
て前記包装袋に充填するようにしたことを特徴とする包
装袋へのトレー自動充填装置。
