In order to eliminate such defects, the present invention burns a work piece such as a mass of viscosity raw material, a thick material, and a columnar body, and forges or presses the work piece in a softened state during firing. Primary molding of the main part of a predetermined shape, then secondary molding of the work piece with a roll etc. in a state of being softened by firing,
Slowly cooled to form a product with a predetermined shape, high dimensional accuracy, water absorption, freeze-thaw, mechanical strength, and drying.
It proposes a ceramic molding method that enables precision molding without adverse effects of firing.

An embodiment of the ceramic molding method according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. That is, FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of the process, in which 1 is a kneading machine, 2 is a die, and the work piece 3 is, for example, a lump or a cylinder as shown in FIGS. 2 (a) to (f). , A semi-cylindrical bar, a prismatic shape, a triangular prism, a thick plate and the like. A dryer 4 is composed of a combination of heat, microwave heating, far-infrared heater, and the like, and its transporting means is one or more types of a flea roller, a driving roller, a belt, a mesh belt, etc., and it dries the workpiece 3 in a short time. To do. Reference numeral 5 is for cutting the workpiece 3a dried by a cutting machine into a desired length with a rotary blade or the like. Reference numeral 6 designates a preheating part 7 in the firing furnace, a softening part 8 for softening the dried work piece 3a, and a primary forming part 9 for molding the softened and dried work piece 3a by pressing and forging. Workpiece that has been primary molded and dried
3a is fired and softened to form the final shape with a roll, etc. 2
The subsequent molding unit 10 and a slow cooling unit 11 for gradually cooling the dried workpiece 3a after molding are configured. In addition, in the firing furnace 6 , the respective parts are not necessarily continuous, and the case where the parts are intermittently transferred and the firing furnace 6 as a whole is regarded as a continuous process is included. To further explain, the firing furnace 6 is shown in FIG.
It is extruded as shown in (f), and is fed to the softening part 8 to form a preformed intermediate molded product of a member as shown in FIGS. 4 (b) to (h), (k) and (l). It is molded as shown in FIGS. 3 (a) to 3 (d) and then transferred to the slow cooling section 11.
Reference numeral 12 is for transferring the product 13 that has been gradually cooled in the transport section to a packing process or the like. To explain further, Figs. 4 (a) to (l)
Is an example of the product 13, where (a) is a thin flat plate, (b) is a flat plate with an uneven pattern 13a on the decorative surface, (c) is a corrugated plate, (d) is a roof tile, (e) ) Figure is a semicircle gutter, (f) Figure is outer wall material, (g) figure is ring body, (h) figure is tableware,
(I) and (j) are flat roof materials, and (k) and (l) are cover materials.

Next, a concrete example will be described. It is assumed that the product 13 shown in FIG. First, the material 3 shown in FIG. 2 (f) is extruded from the mouthpiece 2 of the clay kneader 1 with the raw material mixture of Shigaraki clay and clay from other producing areas at a water content of 15 to 20%. Next, the work piece 3 is fed to the dryer 4 to reduce the water content of the work piece 3 to 7 to 0%. Next, this is fed to the firing furnace 6 , preheated in the preheating section 7, softened in the softening section 8 and formed in the primary molding section 9 as shown in FIG. 3 (b), and then softened again. As shown in FIG. 4 (k), it is formed by the secondary forming unit 10 including rolls and the like, is fed to the slow cooling unit 11, and is fed to the conveying unit 12. Since forging is performed only in the softened state, it is not forged in the state where it is hardened or the temperature is lowered.

As described above, according to the ceramic forming method of the present invention, it is possible to obtain a member having a shape that is softened during firing and does not maintain a predetermined shape. Since the final shape is formed in two steps, the dimensional accuracy is high. The structure is dense and has high strength. It is not necessary to consider the shrinkage rate after extrusion.
Unlike roll molding and extrusion, it is possible to form an arbitrary pattern on the decorative surface. There are features such as.
