<Prior Art and Problems> Various types of siding pipe shunting devices have been proposed and implemented for diving underground sewage pipes to obstruct obstacles such as facilities. However, in such a conventional sewage pipe shoveling device, when the flow rate of the sewage passing therethrough decreases, the water flow weakens, so that the sewage in the siding pipe shoveling device becomes in a stagnant state. When the water flow weakens, dust and solids contained in the sewage tend to settle and accumulate,
There is a risk that it may rot and generate an offensive odor, or it may stick and cause internal blockage. This risk is further exacerbated if the flow rate of sewage entering the spillway system is significantly reduced or eliminated. The applicant of the present application, which pays attention to such inconvenience, has proposed a "siding pipe feeder equipped with a pump" as shown in FIG. 6 prior to the present application (see Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 60-23534). That is, the upstream and downstream sewer pipes 2 and 6 transcend the upstream siding chamber 3 provided on the upstream side of the point where the facility 9 crosses and the downstream siding chamber 5 provided on the downstream side. Connect with pipe 4. A pump 7 having a discharge port opened in a downstream sewer pipe 6 is provided in the downstream siding chamber 5 of the siding pipe shovel 1 configured as described above. Then, the sewage in the siding pipe drainage device 1 is pumped to the downstream drainage pipe drain 6 to empty the inside, and the inside can be cleaned by the force of the natural flow of the sewage that flows in thereafter. The weir 8 provided in the downstream sewer pipe 6 is for preventing the sewage pumped by the pump 7 from flowing back into the downstream spill chamber 5.

<Means for Solving the Problem> In order to solve the above problems, the method for cleaning a siding pipe shoveling device according to the present invention uses a pump in the downstream siding chamber to solve the above problems. While draining the sewage in the downstream to the downstream side, the connection between the siding pipe and the downstream siding chamber, the connection between the upstream siding chamber and the siding pipe, the upstream sewage pipe and upstream sewage The sewage is blocked by the water control means provided in at least one of the connecting parts with the transit room to the upstream side during the drainage by the pump, and is discharged once to the downstream side after the drainage is completed. Furthermore, by utilizing the difference in the amount of sewage between daytime and nighttime, the upstream sewer pipe and the upstream sewage room are connected at an appropriate time during the nighttime when the amount of sewage decreases. While keeping the water control means of the section in a dammed state,
Primary cleaning was performed using the water control means at the connection between the siding pipe and the downstream siding chamber or at the connection between the upstream siding chamber and the siding pipe, and then became full with an increase in the amount of sewage. The sewage from the upstream sewer pipe is suddenly discharged to the downstream side for secondary cleaning.

<Operation> In the sewage pipe cutting device configured as described above, the sewage flowing from the upstream sewage pipe into the upstream siding chamber passes through the siding pipe and the downstream siding chamber, and the downstream sewage pipe. It flows to Kyo. At night, the inflow of sewage decreases or disappears, and the sewage inside the sewage pipe sewage system, that is, the sewage chambers on both the upstream and downstream sides and the sewage pipes, becomes stagnant. Here, the sewer is cut off between the upstream side and the downstream side of each water control means by using the water control means provided at the connecting portion of each of the downstream siding chamber and the upstream siding chamber and the siding pipe. . Next, the sewage in the downstream siding chamber is pumped to the downstream sewage pipe by a pump to empty the inside. Then, each water control means is opened to discharge the sewage on the upstream side to the downstream side, and the sewage is caused to flow into the empty siding chamber on the downstream side, forcing the inside of the spillover pipe equipment to flow with the force of water flow. Perform primary cleaning. At this time, the area to be cleaned and the strength of the water flow can be selected by opening each water control means at the same time or sequentially opening from the downstream side. Then, by using the water control means provided at the connection between the upstream siding chamber and the upstream sewer pipe, a certain amount of sewage whose inflow increases again during the daytime is supplied to the upstream sewer pipe by a predetermined amount. It is stored and discharged to the inside of the upstream siding chamber and the siding pipe sewage device that have been emptied in advance, and secondary cleaning is performed. At this time, since a large drop acts, more powerful cleaning can be performed. It should be noted that in this siding pipe drainage device, not only when the inflow amount of sewage decreases or disappears as described above, but also when the inflow amount is normal depending on the capacity of the pump and the capacity of the upstream side drain pipe. It can perform primary and secondary cleaning.

FIG. 1 is a sectional view showing a siding pipe cutting device 10 of the present invention. That is, the connecting portion between the siding pipe 4 and the downstream siding chamber 5,
Water control means 11, 12, and 13 are provided at the connecting portion between the upstream siding chamber 3 and the siding pipe 4, and at the connecting portion between the upstream sewer pipe 2 and the upstream siding chamber 3, respectively. . This water control means 11,
Reference numerals 12 and 13 are for blocking the respective flow passages so that the sewage can be blocked between the upstream side and the downstream side. As the water control means, in addition to the vertically movable water gate 14 as shown in FIG. 1, an inflatable rubber dam 15 by pneumatic or hydraulic pressure as shown in FIG. 2 or a rotary type as shown in FIG. The fallen weir 16,
Alternatively, the butterfly valve 17 as shown in FIG. 4 may be used. In addition to the above, the present invention can be used as long as it can achieve the above functions, and is not limited to the above. Various kinds of water control means 11, 12, and 13 can be used in combination. Furthermore, as for the water control means 13 provided at the connection between the upstream sewer pipe 2 and the upstream siding chamber 3, as shown in FIG.
The water control means 18 in which a siphon pipe 20 is combined with the above may be used. This water control means 18 is a combination of a fixed weir 19 and an inverted U-shaped siphon pipe 20. The inlet of the siphon pipe 20 is open at the lower part of the upstream sewer pipe 2, and the outlet is It opens near the upper part of the upstream side siding chamber 3. Then, the sewage is stored in the upstream sewer pipe 2 up to the height H of the siphon pipe 20, and when the water level exceeds the height H of the siphon pipe 20, the sewage of the upstream sewer pipe 2 is brought upstream by the siphon principle. It is to flow out to the side siding chamber 3. The water control means 18 cannot completely shut off the sewage by blocking the flow path like the water gate 14, the rubber dam 15, the collapsible weir 16, the butterfly valve 17, etc., but does not require a movable mechanism. In addition, a predetermined amount of sewage can be automatically stored on the upstream side and discharged to the downstream side. If there is an inflow of sewage that always exceeds the height H of the siphon pipe 20, this water control means 18
The sewage just flows into the submerged state and flows over the water control means 18 without any trouble. The water gate 14 can also be used as a movable weir that collects a predetermined amount of sewage on the upstream side and discharges it to the downstream side when necessary.

When the inflow amount of sewage flowing into the sewage sewer device 10 configured as described above decreases or disappears at night and the internal sewage is in a stagnant state, first, the water control means.
The sewage is cut off upstream and downstream of the respective water control means 11 and 12 by using 11, 12. Next, the sewage in the downstream siding chamber 5 is pumped to the downstream sewage pipe 6 by the pump 7 to empty the inside. Then, each of the water control means 11 and 12 is opened to discharge the sewage on the upstream side to the downstream side, and the sewage is caused to flow into the emptied downstream side siding chamber 5 so that the sewage pipe cutting device 10
Perform primary cleaning by flushing the inside with the force of water flow. At this time, the parts to be cleaned and the strength of the water flow can be selected by opening the water control means 11 and 12 simultaneously or by opening the water control means 11 first. Then, by using the water control means 13 or 18, a predetermined amount of sewage whose inflow rate increases again during the daytime is stored in the upstream sewer pipe 2, and the upstream sewage chamber 3 and the sewage chamber which have been emptied in advance are stored. Secondary water is cleaned by discharging sewage into the internal pipe feeder 10. At this time, since a large drop acts, more powerful cleaning can be performed. These functions may be possible with a normal inflow depending on the capacity of the pump and the capacity of the upstream sewer pipe, but in the case where the flow rate changes day or night or temporally like domestic wastewater. Is particularly effective. That is,
The inflow amount of sewage decreases and it becomes a retention state inside, and it is possible to perform the primary cleaning using the internal sewage itself at night when an offensive odor is generated and dust and solids tend to settle.
After that, more powerful secondary cleaning can be performed when the inflow increases again in the daytime, and even if the capacity of the pump and the capacity of the upstream sewer pipe are not increased, the inflow can be increased. It is possible to perform cleaning efficiently by utilizing the difference in the amount.

<Effects of the Invention> The siding pipe shoveling device according to the present invention has the contents as described above, and utilizes the internal sewage or the inflowing sewage to strengthen the inside of the siding pipe shoveling device. Can be cleaned. Furthermore, when the inflow amount of the inflowing sewage temporarily decreases or disappears and the internal sewage is in a stagnant state, the difference in the inflow amount can be utilized for efficient cleaning. In addition, it is possible to select the portion to be cleaned and the strength of the water flow depending on how to use each water control means, and it is possible to perform cleaning more efficiently. Furthermore, in the water control means in which the fixed weir is combined with the siphon pipe, a predetermined amount of sewage can be automatically discharged without performing a movable mechanism to perform cleaning more efficiently.
