In the process of horizontally moving the conveyor, the staple is soaked in the coating liquid and subsequently lifted, so that the staple moves laterally with respect to the coating liquid from the start of the immersion to the end of the lifting. As a result, there have been problems that the thickness of the coating liquid adhered to the staple is uneven and the coating shape becomes distorted.

In the process, the coating liquid tank moves up to immerse the staple in the coating liquid, and then the coating liquid tank moves downward to lift the staple out of the coating liquid. In the above process, when the staple is immersed in the coating liquid, the coating liquid tank moves in the moving direction of the conveyor at a speed equal to its moving speed by the synchronous driving means. As a result, the staple and the coating liquid are immersed in the coating liquid and then withdrawn without relative lateral movement.

In the upward movement process, the engaging portion 34 of the connecting member 33 engages with the chain roller 8 as shown in FIG. When the engagement is achieved, the coating liquid tank 27 moves on the liquid tank table 25 in the same direction as the conveyor 4 at the same speed. In this state, the upward movement of the coating liquid tank 27 is still continued, and the head of the staple attached to the mounting portion 12 enters the coating liquid 30 in the coating liquid tank 27 straight downward. Then, when the coating liquid tank 27 moves up to a position where the head of the staple S is immersed in the coating liquid 30 to a predetermined depth, the upward movement of the coating liquid tank 27 by the elevating means 26 is stopped. At this position, the coating liquid tank 27 is held for a certain time, and the coating thickness of the staple becomes a predetermined thickness. After that, the elevating means 26 is used to coat the coating liquid tank.
27 is moved down. The downward movement of the staple S causes the coating liquid.
It is lifted straight up from 30. After the staple S has come out of the coating liquid 30, the engagement between the engaging portion 34 of the connecting member 33 and the chain roller 8 is released, and the coating liquid tank 27 stops its lateral movement. After this state, the coating liquid tank 27 is returned to the original position in the direction opposite to the moving direction of the conveyor by the pushing of the driven piece 35 by the returning means 37.

Is done. In that case, the upward movement and downward movement of the coating liquid tank 27 and the progress in the moving direction of the conveyor and the return in the opposite direction are performed by a large number of staples that are successively conveyed by the conveyor once (or even twice or more). Possible) Corresponding to the movement of the conveyor so as to be immersed in the coating liquid. As the means, the elevating mechanism and the returning mechanism of the coating liquid tank 27 are mechanically linked with the conveyor, or the elevating mechanism and the returning mechanism are controlled by a timer.
In the case of repeating the above, the coating liquid 30 is held in a constant amount in the coating liquid tank 27 to keep its liquid level constant, and the rising height of the coating liquid tank 27 by the elevating means 26 is constant. The coating liquid 30 is always immersed to a constant depth. As a means for holding a fixed amount of the coating liquid 30, for example, an electric liquid level sensor is attached to the coating liquid tank 27, the sensor detects the height of the liquid surface, and the coating liquid tank is detected by the detection signal.
The pump that supplies the coating liquid to 27 is automatically controlled so that the height of the liquid surface is kept constant.

45 is held at a position along the locking body 11 by the urging force of the return spring 56. In this state, when the insulating staple S2, which is a product, moves across the separating piece 45 as shown in FIG. 1 or FIG. 3B by the movement of the conveyor 4, the cam 48 that rotates in synchronization with the movement of the conveyor 4 causes As shown in FIG. 3A, the detachable piece 45 is swung rapidly in the direction of arrow 60, which is separated from the conveyor 4. That is, the push-up lever 50 is rapidly pushed up by the cam 48 as shown in the figure, and the interlocking lever 55 is pushed up via the transmission rod 53, so that the disengagement piece 45 rapidly swings in the direction of arrow 60. Due to such a sudden movement of the detaching piece 45, the insulating staple S2 mounted on the mounting portion 12 is momentarily
That is, the insulating coating on the staple S2 is pulled out from the mounting portion 12 without sliding on the detaching piece 45. Immediately after the disengagement piece 45 suddenly moves in the direction of arrow 60 as described above, the follower 52 of the push-up lever 50 comes into contact with the lower step portion of the cam 48 again, so that the disengagement piece 45 is attached with the return spring 56. It is swung rapidly in the direction of arrow 61 by the force, and the next insulating staple S

It is also possible to move the 27 at the same speed as the conveyor 4.

Since it is possible to attach the coating liquid to the staple by immersing it in the following and pulling it up from there by downward movement, it goes without saying that the staple having the coating liquid attached can be directly transferred to the next step.

Is soaked and lifted up that it does not relatively move laterally, that is, the coating liquid is adhered in such a state that the staple S directly enters the stationary coating liquid 30 downward and goes straight upward. It is possible to increase the possibility that the coating liquid adheres to the staple in a uniform thickness.
