(Prior Art) Conventionally, a molded product is formed by using a hydraulic inorganic molding material that is mainly composed of cement, gypsum, calcium silicate, etc., and if necessary, reinforcing fibers, pigments, etc. are added thereto. It is well known that a dehydrating press molding is performed by placing a molding material between molding dies including at least two dies.
By the way, it is also known that the surface of the molded product is patterned at the same time as the dehydration press molding. For example, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 56-42014 has a pattern having an upper mold and a lower mold, the upper mold including a mold mounting plate B and a patterned mold C attached to the lower surface. The mold is listed.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) However, in the case of the above-mentioned conventional technology, the manufacturing cost of the patterned die is expensive, and the die replacement work is time-consuming, and the high-mix low-volume production that requires frequent die exchanges. Not suitable for.
Also, when the draft of the mold is vertical or close to that, the pattern part becomes an undercut, and the mold for molding the molded product is divided into three or more divided molds or a mold corresponding to the undercut part. It is necessary to make the side surfaces movable so as not to damage the molded product when the mold is opened, and there is a problem that the structure becomes complicated and the equipment cost also increases.

Further, according to the present invention 2, a filter cloth made of an extensible material is provided in a die cavity of a press-forming die having one die and the other die having a large number of water drain holes on the die surface. The water-permeable decorative sheet is disposed so as to substantially overlap with it, and a hydraulic inorganic molding material is press-fitted between the one mold and the filter cloth or the water-permeable decorative sheet to form the filter cloth and the decorative sheet. In addition to the effect of the above-mentioned 1 of the present invention, it is possible to ensure that the molding material is put into the sulcus of the molding material because the sheet and the sheet are stretched so as to be along the other mold and sucked from the other mold. The resilience between the filter cloth made of an extensible material and the water-permeable decorating sheet can be utilized when filling and releasing the shaped article. Therefore, even if there is an undercut portion, a mold having a simple structure is sufficient, and the molded product will not be damaged during molding.
