Not only the safety of the workers is poor, but the workability is poor, manufacturing errors are likely to occur, accuracy cannot be satisfied, and there is a problem that a fire may occur due to the influence of heat during welding and sparks scattering. In addition, there is a problem that the wall W, sash, glass, etc. are adversely affected, and it is necessary to cut the blocking material V on site to adjust the length. There was a problem that it took a lot of manpower and the construction cost was high.

A thin rod-shaped member composed of a horizontal support portion that supports an interlayer gap closing lath that carries a refractory material that closes the interlayer gap between and, and a continuous portion that connects the support portion and the fitting portion. A support member that is integrally formed by bending. Further, the inter-layer gap closing lath carrying a refractory material for closing the inter-layer gap between the floor slab and the wall and the vertical fitting hole provided on the upper surface of the floor slab for supporting the inter-layer gap closing lath are fitted. A vertical fitting portion, a horizontal support portion that supports an interlayer gap closing lath carrying a refractory material that closes the interlayer gap between the floor slab and the wall, and the support portion and the fitting portion are connected to each other. The inter-layer gap closing member including a supporting member integrally formed by bending with a thin rod-shaped member including a continuous connecting portion to be installed, and (1) First, vertical fitting holes are formed at predetermined intervals at the end of the upper surface of the floor slab. Drill many holes. (2) Next, the fitting portions of the support member are fitted into the fitting holes to attach the support members to the floor slab. (3) Subsequently, the interlayer gap closing lath is placed on the upper surfaces of the supporting portions of the plurality of supporting members. (4) Furthermore, the interlayer gap formed by the upper surface of the interlayer gap closing lath, the wall and the end of the floor slab is filled with a refractory material by means such as spraying. This is achieved by providing a method for closing the interlayer gap, which is characterized in that the interlayer gap is closed with a refractory material.

At the site, the inter-layer gap closing lath L whose length is adjusted can be supported only by placing it on the support member 1.

By superimposing each other and adjusting the length, even if there is a large variation in the dimensional error, the error can be absorbed, and the distance b between the floor slab S and the wall W is blocked more effectively. be able to.

Since it may be mounted on the upper surface of the substrate, it can be disposed without any deformation, and the predetermined support member 1 having no variation in shape or size can be obtained.

Since the support member 1 is attached to the floor slab S by fitting the fitting portion 2 to the support member 1, the attachment between the support member 1 and the floor slab S is ensured, and in an unexpected situation during a fire or an earthquake. Even if there is, the refractory material R can be reliably retained.

Since it is supported, welding work between the support portion 3 and the inter-layer gap closing lath L, welding between the inter-layer gap closing laths L and cutting of the inter-layer gap closing lath L on the floor slab S, which is highly dangerous, is not required. Not only can the work be simplified, but also errors in shape and dimensions due to welding work and cutting work can be avoided.
Therefore, there is a lack of safety for employees caused by poor scaffolding in the conventional construction site, poor workability, lack of accuracy due to manufacturing error, heat effect during welding, and fireworks scattering. Various problems such as a problem that adversely affects the wall W and the glass and a possibility of fire occurrence are solved. Further, it is possible to avoid cross-section loss due to welding work, improve strength and fire resistance, and prevent unforeseen circumstances during a fire or earthquake.

不測の事態を未然に防止することができるようになる。As described above, according to the present invention, since the member for closing the interlayer gap has a specific structure, the structure is simple, and the interlayer gap can be closed easily and surely. It is possible to improve the safety and speed of work and reduce the construction cost. That is, (1) Even if there is a dimensional error in the interlayer gap between the floor slab and the wall, it is not necessary to adjust the length each time, and the same support member is used to rotate the fitting portion at an appropriate angle to form a right angle. Since it can be arranged diagonally, it can be closed very easily. (2) Since the fitting part is fitted and engaged in the fitting hole, the support member and the floor slab are securely engaged, and the refractory material can be securely held even in the event of a fire or earthquake. In addition, even if the interlaminar gap closing lath is damaged by a fire or the like, the supporting member becomes a structural member made of a refractory material, and there is an advantage that the refractory material can be reliably held even in an unexpected situation such as a fire. (3) Since the floor slab and the supporting member are engaged by the fitting means, and the supporting member and the inter-layer gap closing lath are supported only by placing the inter-layer gap closing lath on the supporting portion, there is a high risk. There is an advantage that welding work and cutting work on the floor slab are unnecessary, and errors in shape and dimensions due to welding work and cutting work can be avoided. (4) Since welding work and cutting work are not required, safety is poor due to poor scaffolding, workability is poor, precision is insufficient due to manufacturing errors, and heat is applied to walls and glass due to heat during welding. There is an advantage that conventional problems such as adverse effects and fear of fire can be solved, and safety and promptness at the time of work can be improved. (5) Since the cross-section loss of the component parts due to the welding work is avoided, there is an advantage that strength reduction can be prevented, and further, manufacturing error can be reduced and accuracy can be improved. (6) Since the interlaminar gap closing lath is formed in a rectangular flat plate shape, the dimensional error can be absorbed by overlapping the interlaminar gap closing laths whose lengths have been adjusted with each other to adjust the length, and the floor slab and the wall can be absorbed. There is an advantage that the gap can be blocked more effectively. (7) Since the on-site work can be reduced as much as possible and the interlayer gap can be easily and reliably closed with a refractory material, strength and fire resistance performance can be improved, and an unexpected situation during a fire or earthquake Will be able to prevent.
