る。11は仕切化粧枠9の内部に挿入する断熱仕切材、12
は仕切化粧枠9の前面を覆うクロスレールである。13は
前記外箱と内箱又仕切壁間に充填される発泡断熱材であ

のため無効容積が増え、内容積が減少となる。又断熱仕
切壁の前部にクロスレールを取付ける仕切化粧枠が、ビ
スを介して前記仕切壁に別途固定するため、コスト又取

る。14は冷蔵庫断熱箱本体、15は外箱、16は上下室を区
画するよう内方に一体成形し延びる仕切壁16aと2分さ
れた下室の天面・背面・下面にわたって内方へ突出した
帯状の凸部16b、更に天面凸部16bに部分的に設けた溝16
cと、背面凸部16bの左右に突起16dを備えた内箱であ
る。17は下室を左右に仕切るABS樹脂からなる合成樹脂
の仕切板である。仕切板17は、箱体14の前部では横断面
はほぼコ字状に形成し前面側を開口した壁17aを一体に
形成し前後に伸びている。この壁17aは凸部16bの前面を
覆うものである。また、仕切板は、上部に前記溝16cに
嵌合される上端縁17b、また前記突起16dに嵌着されるフ
ランジ片17c、更に左右室の冷気対流させる貫通穴17dと
取付穴17eが一体に仕切板17に形成されている。18,19は
前記仕切板17で区画された温度差の少ないビン,缶等を
貯蔵するボトル室と冷蔵室である。20は仕切板を固定す
るビス、21は前記仕切板17から一体にコ字状に形成した
壁17aの内部に挿入する断熱材、22は壁17aと断熱材21の
前面を覆う金属性のクロスレールである。23は前記外箱
15と内箱16又仕切壁16a間に充填される発泡断熱材であ
る。ここで本発明の組立方法について第3図に従い説明
する。冷蔵庫断熱箱本体14の前に予め、内箱16の下室を
左右に区画する仕切板17を内箱16に設けた帯状の凸部16
b天面・背面・下面又溝16c・背面突起16dに直面に向け
て接触する様嵌着挿入し、前部断熱仕切壁部に設けた取
付穴17eを介してネジ20にて仕切板17を内箱16に固定さ
せ内箱組立が完成する。その後内箱組立品を外箱本体15
に挿入した後、仕切板17の壁17aの内部に断熱材21又ク
ロスレール22を装着させ、更に適合する発泡治具に装着
させ、外箱15の背面の注入口(図示せず)よりウレタン
等の発泡断熱材23を注入しすることにより冷蔵庫断熱箱
本体14を完成するため、組立作業が簡単で且つ仕切板の
天面・背面・下面が内箱と完全に密着固定される強じん

易に対流穴が設けられ、別途連通筒部材の必要もなくコ
スト低減が図れる。又2室の仕切壁に断熱層の必要でな
い仕切板構造のため、以前の無効部が有効内容積となり
内容積のアップが図れ、かつ仕切板から一体に棚構造の
成形も容易に可能でそれに必要な強度構造も仕切板は発
泡断熱材で簡単に固定する仕様で強じんで又一体仕切板
仕様による庫内見栄え向上等の多大な効果を奏し得るも
