In this case, the method of use is to slice a large piece of natural stone into thin plates and then cut it into a regular shape, or cut it into a regular shape. For example, there are natural stones that are arranged by dividing them into pieces.

However, it has a drawback that it cannot be mass-produced, resulting in cost increase.

In the composite block, the upper part of the side surface of the natural stone is made into a table shape to project from the lower part of the side surface to form a two-step structure, and each side surface of the projecting eave part is a fracture surface of a split skin over the entire circumference, and the side surface. The lower part is a surface having a predetermined size and shape that is set back from the side surface of the concrete base.

On the other hand, since each side of the upper side surface of the natural stone is a fracture surface of the split skin, the texture of the natural stone can be obtained.

Each side 2-4 forming the side wall has a shape cut into a predetermined size. The dimensions of the base 1 are generally 98 mm x 198 mm
It is 60 mm in size, and adhesive mortar (water + cement emulsion + metrouse) is used for adhesion. The natural stone manufacturing method used here will be described with reference to FIG.

In addition, a plurality of rows of cuts are provided for each required dimension. Then, as shown in FIG. 2 (c), the wedge 4 or the like is press-fitted into the cut to break the natural stone. Since such processing is performed on each peripheral edge, the final product has the shape shown in FIG. 2 (d). The natural stone thus produced is attached to the base so that the cut side of the cut portion by the diamond cutter faces downward.
