る。A house according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. FIGS. 1 (a) and 1 (b) are explanatory views showing a typical embodiment of the house A, where 1 is an attic space, 2 is a living space, 3 is an underfloor space, a ceiling 9 and a floor, respectively. It is the interior space of House A divided by 11. Reference numeral 4 is a roof heat insulating layer, and 5 is an outer wall heat insulating layer, which at least shuts out heat from inside and outside the house A, and secondarily has soundproofness, airtightness, and fireproofness. To explain further,
The roof heat insulating layer 4 and the outer wall heat insulating layer 5 are each of a board shape, a mat shape, a sheet shape, or a material integrated with a roof material and an outer wall material. Examples of the former are polystyrene board, polyurethane board, polyisocyanurate foam board, sheathing board, sheathing insulation board, wood chip cement board, wood wool cement board, glass wool mat, etc., or a composite board of these. The roof is formed by arranging metal roofing materials and tiles on the surface, and the outer wall is formed by arranging metal-based panels, tiles, ceramic-based panels, and ALC plates. Further, as an example of the latter, a panel integrally formed with a surface material, a heat insulating core material and a back surface material as necessary,
An ALC exterior panel, a wood chip cement panel, a wood wool cement panel, etc. are provided on the main pillars, studs, and other frames to form the outer wall heat insulating layer 5 and the roof heat insulating layer 4. A heat exchanger 6 is arranged in the attic space 1 or an underfloor space (not shown) to exchange the heat in and out of the air in the house A with the outside air. To further explain, when the heat exchanger 6 is arranged in the attic space 1 as shown in FIG. 2 (b), it takes in outside air through the wife ventilation port 7 and discharges the inside air. When arranged, the outside air is taken in and the inside air is discharged through the underfloor ventilation port, and the heat is exchanged when the inside and outside air is taken in and out. Therefore, the moisture generated inside the house A is released to the outside, so that dew condensation can be prevented. In addition, it is preferable to provide a ventilation space 12 between the inner wall 10 and the outer wall heat insulating layer 5 by a main pillar, a stud, or the like.
It is preferable to dispose even on the surface of the foundation 8.

Although not shown, the heat exchanger 6 main body is connected to the attic space 1
The outside air intake and the inside air exhaust port are used as the underfloor ventilation port, and the heat exchanger 6 is disposed in the underfloor space 3 and the outside air intake port and the inside air exhaust port are used as the wife ventilation port 7. You can also It is also possible to separate the outside air intake port and the inside air exhaust port of the heat exchanger 6 from the wife ventilation port 7 and the underfloor ventilation port, respectively.

Since external ventilation can be performed without heat input and output, efficient cooling and heating can be performed, and since moisture is released to the outside, condensation is prevented and durability is greatly improved. There are effects and features.
