<< Prior Art >> Conventionally, a floor material to be joined by a fruit is designed so that a small gap is formed on the back surface along the fruit so that the surface of the floor material is not scratched when the floor material is stuck on a horizontal surface. Further, as a floor construction method for a building, there is a method in which a rectangular wooden member is displaced in the long side direction to form a geese pattern. In recent years, in order to improve its workability, a method of manufacturing a single floorboard by connecting a plurality of rectangular members in advance with the actual processing portion on the long side and then filling the gap in the back surface with an adhesive agent Proposed (for example, Japanese Examined Patent Publication No. 49-35769, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 59-59
-85067 and Jitsukai Sho 60-51218).

However, among these, as described in JP-B-49-35769, a method of fixing adjacent rectangular members by filling hot melt adhesive or urethane resin adhesive over the entire length of the gap on the back surface of the connecting portion. In this case, since the amount of adhesive used is large, the manufacturing cost is high.

Further, since the direct-bonding sound-insulating flooring material obtained by the conventional manufacturing method has the connecting portion firmly fixed by the adhesive over the entire length, it is possible to remove the connected rectangular member without damaging the actual portion. Have difficulty. Therefore, for example, in the final setting of floor construction, it is impossible to adjust the vertical displacement of the rectangular member, and when one rectangular member is required, the cutters and the like connected to the male and the like There is also a drawback in construction that the remaining member that has been cut must be cut at, and it cannot be used in other places.

On the other hand, in the case of the method of filling the resin adhesive in the concave portion provided on the lower surface side of the floor material as described in JP-A-59-85067 and JP-A-60-51218, the connecting portion is Although it can be bent in the direction of the upper surface, it is difficult to bend in the direction of the lower surface, and there is a drawback that it lacks flexibility.

Therefore, as a result of extensive studies conducted by the present inventors to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks, as a method for connecting and fixing rectangular members, instead of filling and fixing an adhesive in the connecting portion gap on the back surface of the floor material,
A plurality of linear kerfs having a depth reaching the real part are provided in the width direction of the back surface of the rectangular member, and the vicinity of the center of the floor material thickness where the kerf and the real part intersect is fixed by a flexible fixing means. In this case, it is possible to improve the flexibility of the connecting portion and improve the followability of the concrete slab against unevenness, reduce the amount of adhesive used, and also facilitate the removal of the rectangular member, It has been found that the rectangular member can be adjusted in the width direction and the vertical direction, and the present invention has been reached.

<< Problems to be Solved by the Invention >> Therefore, an object of the present invention is to make it possible to follow the unevenness of the concrete slab without causing a scratch on the surface of the floor material by making the flexibility of the connecting portion sufficient. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a sound-insulating flooring material for direct attachment, in which the fixed rectangular member can be easily removed and the final fitting in floor construction can be easily adjusted.

<< Means for Solving the Problem >> The above object of the present invention is to provide a concave portion formed deeper than the length of the male protrusion provided on one long side and the male protrusion provided on the other long side. A rectangular member having a real part having a gap on the back surface side when joined and a plurality of kerfs linearly provided in the back surface short-side direction at a depth reaching the real part. At least two of the rectangular members are connected by the real part on the long side of each rectangular member so that the kerfs of the rectangular members form a straight line, and the intersecting part of the kerf and the real part. Was achieved by a sound-insulating floor material for direct attachment, characterized in that the vicinity of the center of the thickness of the floor material is fixed by an adhesive and / or a plastic rod-shaped member, and has a cushion in the lower layer.

The depth of the kerf (3) is set to reach the real part so that the fulcrum of the bending of the connecting part is located at the projecting end of the male real part. As a result, when the floor material is laid directly on the concrete slab, the floor material follows the unevenness of the concrete slab, and therefore, the surface of the floor material hardly causes eye gaps. This effect is ensured by providing an adhesive and / or a plastic rod upper member (5) described below near the center of the floor material thickness as shown in FIG. That is, without the adhesive and / or the plastic rod-shaped member (5), when bent in a convex shape at the connecting portion, the lower portion of the connecting portion is liable to bend, so that a large eye gap easily occurs on the surface portion. In particular, when the adhesive is embedded in the gap (6) over the entire length of the lower portion in the longitudinal direction of the connecting portion, the gap width at the lower portion of the connecting portion does not decrease, so that a large gap is generated on the upper surface of the floor material.
