As the pressure welding device, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, generally, the upper and lower end surfaces of the partition panel 1 suspended from the rail 10 arranged on the ceiling surface via a runner (not shown). The vertically slidable pressure contact bodies 11 and 12 arranged at the upper and lower sides are biased upward and downward by springs 15, respectively, and as shown in FIG.
Is pressed against the ceiling surface (rail 10) and floor surface. In order to release the above pressure contact when moving the panel 1, the pressure contact bodies 11 and 12 are moved against the panel 1 against the urging force of the spring 15.
I try to pull it in. Lever 16 shown in FIG.
Is rotated by rotating the pinion 17 with a reverse rotation stopping function that meshes with a pair of racks 18 and 18 connected to the pressure contact members 11 and 12 via wires 13 and the like.
It is for pulling in 2. Further, in the figure, 20 is the pressure contact body 11, 12 formed by the spring 15 by releasing the above-mentioned reverse rotation stop function.
It is a push button for releasing the reverse rotation stop that causes the protrusion of. By the way, the panel 1 provided with these pressure contact bodies 11 and 12 is not used singly, but is used in a state where a plurality of panels 1 are arranged side by side. Normally, as shown in FIG. 7, a packing 5 which is elastically contacted with the wall surface is attached. Here, when partitioning between the opposing wall surfaces by a plurality of panels 1, the panel 1
Panel 1 on the one end side as it travels along rail 10
Is not hung from the rail 10, but as shown in FIG.
It may be necessary to attach it to the adjacent panel 1 with a hinge 6, and after all the other panels 1 have been placed, the panel 1 at this end must be closed at the end. In this case, as the panel 1 at the one end, one having a smaller width than the other panels 1 is often used in order to adjust the dimension between the facing wall surfaces and the width of the panel 1, but this width is small. When the hinge 6 is located on one surface side of the thick panel 1, the packing 5 rubs against the wall surface as shown by the chain line in the figure, and the panel 1 at one end is rotated. It becomes difficult to open and close, and at the same time, the wall surface may be damaged or soiled. Moreover, in order to prevent the occurrence of a gap between the side end surfaces of each panel 1, packing is usually interposed. However, if the panels 1 and 1 are too tightly closed, the panel 1 at one end is reversed. Packing 5
May not come into contact with the wall surface reliably, or may create a gap between the wall surface and the wall surface. This problem can be eliminated by disposing a pressure contact body projecting laterally also on the side end surface of the panel 1, but in this case, a structure in which the upper and lower pressure contact bodies and the side pressure contact bodies are interlocked with each other. However, when the size of the gap is different between the ceiling side, the floor side, and the wall side, it is necessary to make fine adjustments for each pressure contact body, and the movement of any one pressure contact body between the panel and If all of the pressure contact members are immobile when it becomes astringent due to foreign matter being caught, it will hinder the movement of the panel, and it is desirable to deal with this point.

The present invention has been made in view of such a point, and an object of the present invention is to easily and surely close not only the clearance on the ceiling side or the clearance on the floor side but also the clearance between the wall surface. Another object of the present invention is to provide a pressure welding device with a movable partition that can prevent the movement of the panel even if the movement of any of the pressure welding bodies becomes uncomfortable.

Therefore, the present invention is directed to a vertical pressure contact member which is slidable above and below a partition panel, and a lateral pressure member which is slidably disposed in the width direction of the panel at a side end of the panel. A pressure contact member and a pressure contact mechanism for moving each of these pressure contact members in a protruding direction from the panel and in a retracting direction into the panel are provided, and the pressure contact mechanism is attached to each pressure contact member in a protruding direction from the panel. A biasing spring, a wire whose upper and lower ends are connected to the upper and lower pressure contact bodies, a wire whose upper and lower ends are connected to the upper and lower sides of the lateral pressure contact body, and both wires which are movable in the width direction of the panel. It has a feature that it is composed of a movable pulley that is applied with a tension and applies a tension to all the wires by its movement, and by simply pressing the movable pressure contact member against the panel to the ceiling surface and the floor surface. No panel on the wall It is designed to press the movable press contact body against each other, and pull the each press contact body by hanging the movable pulley in the middle of the wire whose both ends are connected to the press contact body and moving this movable pulley. By doing so, the adjustment can be performed only by removing the slack of the wire, and even if the movement of one of the pressure contact members is disturbed, the other pressure contact member can be retracted. BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the illustrated embodiment. FIG. 1 shows a basic form of the present invention. Pressure contact bodies 11 and 12 are arranged at the upper and lower ends of a panel 1 so as to be vertically slidable. At the same time, a pressure contact body 14 that is slidable in the width direction of the panel 1 is also provided at one side end of the panel 1. And together springs 15,1
Connect each end of one wire 13 to the pressure contact bodies 11 and 12 that are urged in the protruding direction from the panel 1 by 5,
Both press-contact bodies 11 and 12 are connected by a wire 13, and a movable pulley 2 which is movable in the width direction of the panel 1 is hung in the middle of the wire 13. Also, a pressure contact body placed at the side edge
The spring 14 is also biased by the spring 15 in the direction in which it projects from the panel 1, and the movable pulley 2 is hooked in the middle of the wire 13 'whose both ends are both connected to the pressure contact body 14. When the movable pulley 2 is moved, both upper and lower pressure contact bodies 11,1
2 moves at the same time in opposite directions, and the pressure contact body 14 at the side end also moves in the width direction of the panel 1. Reference numeral 21 in the drawing denotes an idle pulley on which wires 13, 13 'are hung on the way from the pressure contact bodies 11, 12, 14 to the movable pulley 2, and these idle pulleys 21 are fixed to the panel 1. The movable pulley 2 constitutes a pressure contact mechanism together with the spring 15 for urging the pressure contact bodies 11, 12, and 14. An example of a moving mechanism 3 for moving the movable pulley 2 is a second example.
Shown in Figures and 3. The moving mechanism 3 embedded in the panel 1 rotatably supports a pair of idle pulleys 21, 21 by shafts 35, 35, and also a frame 30 fixed to the panel 1 and two links 41, 42. And a toggle link 4 configured by connecting a shaft 43 to each other. One end of the toggle link 4 is supported by a shaft 36 that is rotatable with respect to the frame 30, and the movable pulley 2 is It is inserted into the other end of the toggle link 4 and is supported by a shaft 33 which is slidable in an elongated hole 34 formed in the frame 30. Reference numeral 37 in the figure denotes a drop-out prevention pin provided on the toggle link 4 and the frame 30 to prevent the wire 13 from coming off from the movable pulley 2 and the idle pulleys 21, 21. The movable pulley 2 and the pair of idle pulleys 21 attached to the frame 30 are both for the wire 13 and the wire.
It is formed as a double type in which the one for 13 'can be rotated separately. The movable pulley 2 is shown in FIG. 2 when all the pressure contact members 11, 12, 14 project from the panel 1 by the biasing force of the spring 15 and are in pressure contact with the ceiling surface, floor surface and wall surface, respectively. In the position, the toggle link 4 is in a bent state. To release this pressure contact state, a separate operating lever (not shown) is provided in the square hole 39 formed on the end face of the shaft 36 that rotates integrally with the link 41 of the toggle link 4 and exposed on the surface of the panel 1.
It suffices to insert the angular axis of and to rotate the link 41 of the toggle link 4 by this operation lever. Along with this rotation, the shaft 33 arranged at the movable end of the toggle link 4 moves along the elongated hole 34. That is, the movable pulley 2 moves, and moves the press-contact bodies 11, 12, 14 in the direction of drawing them into the panel 1 via the wires 13, 13 '. Then, as shown in FIG. 3, the two links 41, 4 in the toggle link 4 are shown.
If the shaft 43 connecting the two crosses the line connecting the shaft 36 and the shaft 33 and the link 41 comes into contact with the stopper 38 provided on the frame 30, even if the operating lever is not applied with operating force. The toggle link 4 is held in the state shown in FIG. Each of the press contact members 11, 12, 14 is held in a state of being drawn into the panel 1. At this time, since both ends of the wire 13 are connected to the upper and lower pressure contact bodies 11 and 12, both pressure contact bodies are closed even if the dimensions of the ceiling side and the floor side where both pressure contact bodies 11 and 12 are closed are different.
In the process of pulling in 11,12, the wire 13 on the side of the press-contact body 11,12 with the larger gap when viewed from the movable pulley 2.
However, the pressure contact bodies 11 and 12 are both drawn into the panel 1 and the pressure contact is released only by the condition that the gap is sent to the side of the pressure contact body 12 or 11 having the smaller size. Further, even if only one of the pressure contact bodies 11 and 12 is pulled in first, the other pressure contact body 12 and 11 is finally completely retracted. As shown in FIG. 4, when the press-contact members 11, 12, 14 are pulled in in this manner, even if the panel 1 is attached to the adjacent panel 1 by the hinge 6, the wall surface It can be rotated smoothly without rubbing against each other. In order to return the toggle link 4 holding the state shown in FIG. 3 to the position shown by the solid line again and to perform the pressure contact, the operation lever may be rotated in the opposite direction to the above case. . When the dead center of the toggle link 4 is exceeded, the force of each spring 15 exerted on the movable pulley 2 via the wires 13, 13 'causes a return operation to the state shown in FIG. , 14 are pressed against the ceiling, floor and wall again. Even if the dimensions between the wall surface and the panel 1 change a little,
This only causes a change in the amount of protrusion of the pressure contact body 14 due to the biasing of the spring 15, and reliable pressure contact can be obtained.

As described above, in the present invention, not only the pressure contact members are arranged above and below the panel, but also the pressure contact members are arranged at the side ends of the panel, and the pressure contact members arranged at the panel side ends are pressed against the wall surface. Therefore, the gap between the wall surface and the wall surface can be surely blocked even if there is some variation in the size, and the panel is supported by a hinge to rotate. In addition, the member for blocking between the wall surface does not rub against the wall surface, and the panel can be opened and closed easily by releasing the pressure contact of the pressure contact body, and both ends are connected to the pressure contact body. The movable pulley is hung in the middle of the wire and the movable pulleys are moved to pull in the respective pressure contact bodies. With panel Even if a foreign object is caught in it and it becomes difficult to move, the other pressure contact members will be pulled into the panel according to the movement of the movable pulley, and it will not fall into the state where all the pressure contact members cannot be retracted. Also, in the upper and lower pressure contact bodies, even if the size of the clearance on the ceiling side and the size of the clearance on the floor side are different, opening and closing of the clearance can be performed without any problem by only loosening the wire.
