In recent years, non-twisted yarns of peripheral fibers are bundled into spun yarns, non-twisted yarns are covered with filaments or covered yarns spirally wound with thin yarns, or non-twisted yarns and filaments are used. The core yarn twisted by supplying the spiral yarn or filament which has been aligned and twisted at the same twist angle to the inner layer of the untwisted yarn is commercialized.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) However, these yarns are given a high twist number or a strong binding force in any case. This is because it imparts basic properties as a yarn, and therefore, these yarns tend to be stiff, and spun yarns having a soft feel and having a sufficient feel of staple fibers are still being developed. Absent.

The present invention will be described in detail below. A major feature of the present invention is that the short fiber yarn is twisted with other spun yarn together with the spun yarn. This is because the short fiber yarn that constitutes the yarn together with the spun yarn gives the special twisted yarn a soft feel. Therefore, the short fiber yarn must be a bundle of staple fibers that is substantially untwisted.
For example, a so-called fleece made by drafting roving can be raised. The average fiber length of the staple fibers constituting the short fiber yarn is preferably 25 to 100 mm. Of course, the length of the staple fiber may be cut in equal length or cut in unequal length. The thickness of the staple fiber is preferably 0.5 to 6 denier, but is not particularly limited as long as it can be processed into a normal roving form and can be drafted.

It is preferable that the other spun yarn has the same twist direction as the spun yarn included in the yarn. This is to improve the post-processability by the action of the yarn entwined with the spun yarn.

The twist coefficient (metric) of the special twisted yarn is preferably 30 to 60 if wool is used. In addition, if the coefficient A is less than 150, the constraint of the short fiber yarns becomes weak and the post-workability is impaired, which is not preferable. On the other hand, if it exceeds 650, the soft feeling is impaired, which is not preferable. FIG. 1 is a schematic view of the special twisted yarn of the present invention, where A is another spun yarn, B is a spun yarn, and C is a short fiber yarn.

Here, a method for producing the special twisted yarn of the present invention will be described.
The figure shows a main part of a spinning machine which is a manufacturing apparatus thereof, FIG. 2 is a front view thereof, and FIG. 3 is a side view thereof.
In the figure, when the roving C is drafted and guided to the front top roller 1 and the front bottom roller 2, the other spun yarn A and spun yarn B are passed through the yarn guides 4 and 5, and further guided to the collector 3 to be spun yarn. B is overlapped with roving yarn C, the other spun yarn A is independently supplied with the front top roller 1 and the front bottom roller 2, and the drafted roving yarn C (short fiber yarn) and spun yarn are discharged from the front roller. B is twisted together with another spun yarn A to form a special twisted yarn D.

This manufacturing method is an epoch-making method in which the short fiber yarn and the spun yarn are entangled in the spinning process and then the other spun yarn is twisted to obtain a special twisted yarn, and the cost merit is significantly great.

A roving yarn (1.1m / g) consisting of 0% by weight and 80% by weight of wool fiber
Was used to produce a 1/10 Nm special twist yarn by adding Z142 T / m twist. The average fiber length of the staple fibers forming the roving was 72 mm. The twisting coefficient of the special twisted yarn was 44.9 (metric type), and the coefficient A was 381. The ratio of spun yarn and other spun yarn in the special twisted yarn was 42% by weight. For comparison, a spun yarn (angular number 1/10, twist number Z220T / m) composed of 20% by weight of angora fiber and 80% by weight of wool fiber was manufactured (conventional example).

First, using a special twisted yarn of the present invention and a conventional spun yarn, a knitted plain knitted fabric (cover factor 0.35) is knitted, and then subjected to a shrinking process under the same conditions to prepare a sample. The cover factor is when Nm is the metric number and l is the length of one loop (cm). Calculated by Then, using this sample, the texture was evaluated and ranked by five panelists by the one-pair comparison method. In the 5-step method, 5 is the best (extremely soft) and 1 is the lowest (hard feel). A pilling test (ICI method) was also conducted. Furthermore, the ironing state in the rewinding and knitting process was observed and displayed in five stages. 5 indicates that there is no ironing and 1 indicates that post-workability is poor.

A special twisted yarn of Z240T / m was spun. The spinning was very good, and the post-processability such as the nitting process was also good. In addition,
In this case, the twist coefficient was 76 and the coefficient A was 644.

Example 3 An extremely sweet twisted yarn in which the twist number of the special twisted yarn was Z60 T / m was produced using the raw material of Example 1. Although a large number of short fiber yarns were projected on the surface of the special twisted yarn, and the angora feeling was sufficiently observed even if the frizzy processing was omitted, the post-workability was slightly poor. From the above, the example 1 is the best overall, and the examples 2 and 3 are the best.
Followed by that of conventional yarn, which was generally low.

(Effects of the Invention) The special twisted yarn of the present invention exhibits a soft feeling that fully exhibits the properties of staple fibers, has less pilling, and has a soft feeling and post-processability that cannot be obtained with spun yarn. And, even at the stage of making a knitted fabric, its soft texture is maintained without being lost.
