Abstract
Description
Claims (8)
- 로직부로부터의 제어하에 입력전압을 조절하여 구동신호를 생성하는 스위칭소자를 포함하는 직류-직류 변환부;상기 직류-직류 변환부로부터 제공된 구동신호를 타이밍에 맞추어 화소들에 공급하는 드라이버;상기 직류-직류 변환부로부터의 출력에 따라 피드백 전압을 생성하고, 이 피드백 전압을 상기 직류-직류 변환부의 로직부에 공급하는 피드백 회로;상기 직류-직류 변환부의 입력단자와 출력단자 사이에 접속된 인덕터; 및,상기 인덕터와 병렬로 연결되도록 상기 직류-직류 변환부의 출력단자에 접속된 제너 다이오드를 포함하며;상기 로직부는 외부로부터의 구동신호생성용 제어신호와 출력제어신호를 논리연산하여 상기 스위칭소자에 공급하는 논리연산부를 포함하며;상기 출력제어신호는, 화소에 공급될 구동신호가 실제로 필요한 기간동안만 하이논리전압으로 유지됨을 특징으로 하는 유기발광다이오드 표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 화소는,제 1 구동전원으로부터의 제 1 구동 전압 및 제 2 구동전원으로부터의 제 2 구동 전압을 이용하여 데이터 드라이버로부터의 데이터 전압에 따른 구동 전류를 발생시키는 화소회로; 및,상기 화소회로로부터의 구동 전류에 의해 발광하는 발광소자를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 유기발광다이오드 표시장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 화소회로는,게이트 라인으로부터의 스캔 신호에 따라 데이터 라인과 노드간을 접속시키는 신호전달 스위칭소자;상기 노드의 신호상태에 따라 상기 발광소자에 공급되는 구동 전류의 크기를 제어하는 구동 스위칭소자; 및,상기 노드와 상기 구동 스위칭소자의 소스전극간에 접속된 스토리지 커패시터를 포함하며;상기 구동 스위칭소자의 드레인전극이 상기 발광소자의 캐소드전극에 접속되머;상기 제 1 구동전원이 상기 발광소자의 애노드전극에 접속되며 상기 제 2 구동전원이 상기 구동 스위칭소자의 소스전극에 접속됨을 특징으로 하는 유기발광다이오드 표시장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 구동신호는 상기 제 1 구동 전압, 상기 제 2 구동 전압, 상기 스캔 신호의 고전압, 상기 스캔 신호의 저전압 및 상기 데이터 전압 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기발광다이오드 표시장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 구동신호생성용 제어신호 및 상기 출력제어신호는 상기 구동신호의 종 류에 따라 변경됨을 특징으로 하는 유기발광다이오드 표시장치.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 피드백 회로는,상기 피드백 전압이 출력되는 피드백 회로부의 출력단자와 상기 다이오드의 캐소드전극간에 접속된 제 1 저항; 및,상기 피드백 회로부의 출력단자와 제 2 구동전원간에 접속된 제 2 저항을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 유기발광다이오드 표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 논리연산부는 상기 구동신호생성용 제어신호와 상기 출력제어신호를 논리곱연산하여 상기 스위칭소자에 공급하는 논리곱연산부인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기발광다이오드 표시장치.
