３　前項に定めるもののほか、製品、容器等であって、これが循環資源となった場合におけるその循環的な利用を適正かつ円滑に行うためには国、地方公共団体、事業者及び国民がそれぞれ適切に役割を分担することが必要であるとともに、当該製品、容器等に係る設計及び原材料の選択、当該製品、容器等が循環資源となったものの収集等の観点からその事業者の果たすべき役割が循環型社会の形成を推進する上で重要であると認められるものについては、当該製品、容器等の製造、販売等を行う事業者は、基本原則にのっとり、当該分担すべき役割として、自ら、当該製品、容器等が循環資源となったものを引き取り、若しくは引き渡し、又はこれについて適正に循環的な利用を行う責務を有する。 - 日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム
