Article 35-6 (1) Where a prefectural governor finds that traffic accidents frequently occur on a certain section of a road within the area of a municipality which does not provide ambulance services, he/she may request another municipality which provides ambulance services to provide the ambulance services required for such traffic accidents, after hearing opinions from the relevant municipalities.
