Claims (15)
- 情報を記憶するように構成されたメモリ素子と;
前記メモリ素子に結合されたスイッチング素子と;
を備える装置であって、前記スイッチング素子は、静電容量式タッチスクリーンにより与えられる入力信号に応答して第1状態から第2状態に切換されるように構成され、前記スイッチング素子が前記第2状態にあると、前記静電容量式タッチスクリーンにより前記メモリ素子から前記情報が読み取られることが可能である、装置。 - 前記メモリ素子は、識別情報を記憶するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記メモリ素子は、センサ素子を備え、前記センサ素子により取得された情報を記憶するように構成されている、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記メモリ素子および前記スイッチング素子は、電極がグランドと接続および切断されることを可能にするように構成されている、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 複数のメモリ素子および複数のスイッチング素子を備える、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記スイッチング素子は、前記静電容量式タッチスクリーンから放出される光により前記第1状態から前記第2状態に切換されるように構成されている、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 複数のスイッチング素子が設けられ、異なる波長の光によって異なるスイッチング素子が前記第1状態から前記第2状態に切換されるように構成され得る、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記スイッチング素子は、トランジスタおよびスイッチング部品を備える、請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記スイッチング素子の位置を前記静電容量式タッチスクリーンが判断することを可能にするよう構成された少なくとも1つの基準電極をさらに備える、請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記装置は、前記静電容量式タッチスクリーンにより取得された前記データが前記静電容量式タッチスクリーン上に表示されて前記装置を通して閲覧され得るように、透明である、請求項1からXXのいずれかに記載の装置。
- 請求項1から9のいずれかに記載の装置を備える識別タグ。
- 情報を記憶するように構成されたメモリ素子を設けることと;
前記メモリ素子にスイッチング素子を結合することと;
を含む方法であって、前記スイッチング素子は、静電容量式タッチスクリーンにより与えられる入力信号に応答して第1状態から第2状態に切換されるように構成され、前記スイッチング素子が前記第2状態にあると、前記静電容量式タッチスクリーンにより前記メモリ素子から前記データが読み取られることが可能である、方法。 - 前記スイッチング素子は、前記静電容量式タッチスクリーンから放出される光により前記第1状態から前記第2状態に切換されるように構成されている、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 処理回路構成と、コンピュータプログラムコードを有するメモリ回路構成とを備える電子デバイスであって、前記メモリ回路構成および前記コンピュータプログラムコードは、前記処理回路構成とともに、前記電子デバイスに少なくとも、
静電容量式タッチスクリーンに重畳する装置を検出することと;
前記装置内のスイッチング素子の位置を判断することと;
データが前記装置から読み取られるのを可能にするために前記スイッチング素子の真下の領域において前記静電容量式タッチスクリーンを作動させることと;
を実行させるように構成されている、電子デバイス。 - 静電容量式タッチスクリーンに重畳する装置を検出することと;
前記装置内のスイッチング素子の位置を判断することと;
データが前記装置から読み取られるのを可能にするために前記スイッチング素子の真下の領域において前記静電容量式タッチスクリーンを作動させることと;
を含む方法。
