Conventionally, as this type of system, there has been a computer process as shown in the flow chart of FIG. In the figure, process 1 sets the amount of power generation and the amount of load of the power system. The process 2 calculates the power flow of the power system based on the result of the process 1. The process 3 uses the power flow value calculated in the process 2 to determine whether or not an overload occurs in the equipment of the power system.

The present invention has been made to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks of the conventional method. A unit load is applied only to a specific bus, namely, a bus of interest that changes the amount of power generation and the amount of load, and the other amounts of power generation and load are changed. Assuming an electric power system with all zeros, the power flow sensitivity coefficient for each electric power facility obtained by performing the power flow calculation for this electric power system by the DC flow method, and each facility of the power system already obtained It is an object of the present invention to provide a supportable electric power calculation method for calculating a range of the amount of load that can be newly supplied from the bus of interest by using the power flow value for.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIG. In FIG. 2, the process 1 sets a unit load only on the bus of interest, and sets all other power generation amounts and load amounts to zero. In process 2, the power flow (sensitivity coefficient) of the power system is calculated based on the power generation amount and the load amount set in process 1. The process 3 obtains the power flow value before changing the power generation amount and the load amount of the bus of interest by measurement, calculation, estimation or prediction. The process 4 uses the power flow values obtained in the processes 2 and 3 to newly calculate the range of the load amount that can be supplied from the bus of interest without causing an overload in each power facility.

Normally, the power flow value of the electric power system has a property of changing almost in proportion to the amount of load newly supplied from the bus of interest (see FIG. 3). In the figure, P is the amount of load newly supplied from the bus of interest, F k is the installation capacity of the power facility k, f ko is the power flow of the power facility k before supplying a new load from the bus of interest, and gk is FIG. This is the sensitivity coefficient for the electric power facility k obtained in the process 2 of.
Utilizing such a property, the maximum value P MAX and the minimum value P MIN of the load amount that can be newly supplied from the bus of interest are obtained by the following formulas without causing overload in the power system.

When gk> 0 When gk <0 However, P MAX k is the maximum power that can be newly supplied from the target bus without overloading the power facility k, and P MIN k is the power facility k.
Is the minimum power that can be newly supplied from the bus of interest without overloading, Is the maximum value for k, Is the minimum value for k.

As described above, according to the present invention, the addition value of the power flow value before changing the load amount and the equipment capacity or the difference value between the power flow value and the equipment capacity is configured to be divided by the sensitivity coefficient. There is an effect that the range of the load amount that can be newly supplied from the bus of interest can be calculated without causing an overload in the power system by performing the calculation only once.
