Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention is used for removing static electricity charged on a human body when handling electronic parts, electronic equipment, etc., in which trouble occurs due to static electricity. The present invention relates to a static eliminator. 2. Description of the Related Art FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing the structure of an example of this type of conventional static electricity eliminator. In the figure, 1 is a wristband, 2 is a ground wire, and 3 is an alligator clip. [0003] When the wristband 1 is attached to the wrist and the alligator clip 3 is connected to a ground line constructed on the ground, static electricity charged on the human body is discharged from the wristband 1 to the ground via the ground line 2 and the ground line. And is discharged. [0004] The conventional static electricity eliminator having the above-mentioned structure has a problem that the ground wire 2 restricts the working range of the worker during the work, thereby lowering the work efficiency. there were. In addition, it is easy to forget to connect the ground wire 2 and the alligator clip 3, and the ground wire 2 is forcibly pulled, so that the alligator clip 3 is detached from the ground line or the ground wire 2 is disconnected. There was a problem that accidents easily occurred. There is a static electricity removing device which does not require a ground wire, which removes static electricity by corona discharge using a fine conductive material. However, when the potential gradient is lower than a critical corona generation voltage, the discharge is stopped. , The static electricity cannot be completely removed, and the charge remains. Therefore, when handling semiconductor devices and the like that are sensitive to the effects of static electricity, it cannot be guaranteed. Not only in such sensitive work, but also when touching a large metal such as an automobile or a grounded metal, especially in the winter, static electricity charged on the human body is discharged at a stretch, which may cause discomfort and may be dangerous. The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and it is an object of the present invention to provide an electrostatic discharger capable of sufficiently discharging static electricity charged on a human body without using a ground wire. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention provides a static electricity eliminator according to the present invention, in which a conductor is brought into contact with any part of the skin surface of a human body and is attached so as not to fall off. In the static eliminator for removing static electricity, an antistatic agent containing a surfactant as a basic component is attached to the conductor portion, and the antistatic agent is brought into contact with air. A surfactant, which is a basic component of an antistatic agent, is a substance which, when dissolved in a solution, significantly reduces the surface tension of the solution. The surfactant has a hydrophilic property and a lipophilic property, that is, an amphiphilic property. Due to the effect of being well adsorbed to the two-phase interface and significantly reducing the free energy / surface tension at the interface, the static electricity charged to the human body is transferred from the conductor portion directly in contact with the human body via the path of moisture in the air by the antistatic agent. , Apparently the ground is neutralized. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the structure of an embodiment of the present invention. In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a wristband, and 4 denotes an antistatic agent-attached portion. FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of a structure in which an antistatic agent attaching portion 4 is attached to a wristband 1 and an antistatic agent is attached to the antistatic agent attaching portion 4 for use. May be attached to the entire surface of the substrate.
Further, the device to be worn on the human body is not limited to the wristband 1 and may be any structure that can be easily attached / detached, does not fall off, and does not hinder human behavior. For example, a pendant or a watch may be used. In the apparatus of the present invention, the static electricity charged to the human body flows to the ground via the moisture in the air by the action of the antistatic agent in the antistatic agent adhering portion 4 or the antistatic agent applied to the surface. Static electricity. That is, since the moisture in the air forms a part of the static elimination path, the static elimination effect is reduced in a low humidity environment. In order to exhibit a static elimination effect even at low humidity, an antistatic agent having a component that forms an ion pair and having reduced humidity dependency may be used. However, since it is difficult to continuously remove the charge of the ion pair, it is more effective to increase the contact area between the antistatic agent and air. The effect of the present invention was confirmed by the following method, and it was found that the effect was as expected. First, wearing a lab coat without anti-static measures, rubbing the movable parts of the lab coat while keeping insulation from the floor, and measuring the charging voltage of the human body generated at that time with a current collecting potential meter . When the environmental condition is a temperature of 22 ° C. and a humidity of 58%, the measured potential value is 100 when no static electricity removing device is worn.
V, the measured value is 0 V when the device of the present invention is worn.
The effect was clearly recognized. Also, the effect was clearly observed by measuring the decay time after 5000 V forced charging. As described above, according to the present invention,
The need for a ground wire is eliminated, and the range of action of the worker is not restricted by the ground wire, improving work efficiency.
In addition, it is possible to prevent a state in which static elimination cannot be performed due to forgetting to connect the ground wire or disconnection of the ground wire from the ground line. If used for accessories such as wristwatches and pentants, they can be used as decorations and also for preventing discharge accidents in winter.
