本発明は、窓開口部を構成する竪枠の内側面と竪框の外側面が障子の突き出し方向に沿わせて傾斜し、竪枠と竪框との間に、竪枠側取付板と竪框側取付板およびこれらの間に介在させた突き出しアームとから成る突き出し装置を介在させた突き出し窓における突き出しアームの捻れ防止装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
窓開口部を構成する竪枠の内側面と竪框の外側面が障子の突き出し方向に沿わせて傾斜した窓は(例えば、外壁が円形の建物に適用される)、突き出し装置の平板状の竪枠側取付板を竪枠の内側面に、また、平板状の竪框側取付板を竪框の外側にそれぞれ重合して取り付けると、各取付板が障子の突き出し方向に沿わせて傾斜させて取付けられるため、突き出しアームの移動方向(障子の突き出し方向)との間に角度差が生じ、突き出しアームが捻れてしまう。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
概し、窓開口部を構成する竪枠の内側面と竪框の外側面が障子の突き出し方向に沿わせて傾斜させた窓は、外壁が円形の建物に見られるごとく一般化していない。従って、突き出し装置そのものがコスト高とならざるを得ない。

本発明は斯様な点に着目し、簡単な装置によって既存の一般的な突き出し装置を利用できる突き出しアームの捻れ防止装置を提供することを目的として創案したものである。

窓開口部を構成する竪枠の内側面と竪框の外側面を障子の突き出し方向に沿わせて傾斜させ、竪枠と竪框との間に、竪枠側取付板と竪框側取付板およびこれらの間に介在させた突き出しアームとから成る突き出し装置を介在させた突き出し窓において、突き出し装置の竪枠側取付板と竪枠との間に竪枠側補正板を、また、竪框側取付板と竪框との間に竪框側補正板をそれぞれ介在させて、各補正板の相対向面側を障子の突き出し方向と平行させた構成とし、或いはこの構成に加えて竪枠側取付板を竪枠側補正板を介して竪枠に、竪框側取付板を竪框側補正板を介して竪框にそれぞれねじ止めした構成とするのである。

図面は本発明に係る突き出し窓における突き出しアームの捻れ防止装置の一実施例を示し、図1は横断面図、図2は縦断面図、図3は略示説明図である。

図中、1は窓枠Aの竪枠で、竪枠1は上枠2及び下枠2′と共に窓枠Aを構成し、窓枠Aは建屋の基礎枠3に固定してある。また、竪枠1は屋内外の部片4,5を内側面6に突設し、屋内側部片4と屋外側部片5のそれぞれの屋外側にシール材20,20を設け、該シール材20,20は障子Bの竪框7の外側面8側に突設した屋内外の部片9,10の屋内側面に接離するようにしてある。

【発明の効果】
本発明は前記の通りの構成であるから、竪枠側補正板と竪框側補正板によって突き出し装置の竪枠側取付板と竪框側取付板が障子突き出し方向に平行して配されるようになり、従って、竪枠の内側面および竪框の外側面が突き出し方向に沿わせて傾斜していても、突き出し装置を正位置に取付けることができ、突き出し装置の突き出しアームが捻れることがなく、既存の突き出し装置を適用できる突き出し窓を提供できる。
