Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a copy slip sheet for obtaining a copy slip in which information written on a higher-order piece of paper can be simultaneously copied onto a lower-order piece of paper by overlapping.
[0002]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Conventionally, copies in the form of copies are often used in receipts and the like issued when cash is transferred, and these copy slips have the same information as an upper sheet piece having an information entry section for describing information such as the amount of money. An information entry section on one side of the lower sheet is provided by inserting a piece of lower sheet for obtaining a copy with an entry section, and sandwiching the carbon paper between the upper sheet and the lower sheet. Also, in recent years, in consideration of the labor required for the carbon paper, a carbon system or a non-carbon system formed between the upper paper piece and the lower paper piece has recently been used to copy the upper paper piece. What has been described so that the written information is simultaneously copied onto a piece of backing sheet is often used.
However, in general, a copy slip having the above-mentioned structure has a configuration in which the carbon layer provided on the back surface of the upper sheet is simply transferred to the surface of the lower sheet, or a single type of color former and a developer are simply combined. The information is written on one side of the upper sheet and the information part copied on the other side of the lower sheet is thinly scraped. Further, there is a problem that it is difficult to detect the tampering.
In view of the above circumstances, it is an object of the present invention to make it possible to obtain a copy information with a mixed color of colors that are difficult to reproduce by a method such as coloring and writing by applying a plurality of color forming agents to a developer. The purpose is to prevent falsification of the described information.
[0003]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has been made in consideration of the above problems, and is a copy slip sheet including an upper sheet piece and a lower sheet piece connected so as to be foldable via a folding section, and a facing surface of the upper sheet piece and the lower sheet piece. A color developer microcapsule layer including a color developer layer provided on at least a predetermined portion of the opposing surface of the upper paper piece and containing a first color developer that is colored by contact with the color developer on the color developer layer; To form a top-side one-side self-coloring portion, and a color-developing agent layer provided at a position corresponding to the top-side sheet self-coloring portion on the opposite surface of the bottom sheet, and color development is performed on the color developing layer. A color former microcapsule layer containing a second color former that forms a color different from the color of the first color former upon contact with the agent is provided to form a self-coloring portion on one side of the lower sheet, and the upper sheet and the lower sheet are formed. And the information written from one side of the upper sheet is the color development by the first color former and the second color development. The present invention solves the above-mentioned problem by providing a copy slip sheet characterized in that a mixed color with a color developed by a colorant is simultaneously copied to a one-side self-coloring part on the upper paper and a one-side self-coloring part on the lower paper. is there. The color developer layer may be provided on the entire surface of the upper sheet and the lower sheet facing each other.
[0004]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Next, the present invention will be described in detail based on the embodiment shown in FIGS.
In the drawing, reference numeral 1 denotes a copy slip sheet, in which an upper sheet piece 2 and a lower sheet piece 3 are connected side by side through a folding section 4. The folded portion 4 is formed by a perforation, and is connected with the folded portion 4 as a boundary, so that the upper paper piece 2 and the lower paper piece 3 are connected separably. Further, when the copy slip sheet 1 is folded from the folding section 4, the surface 2a of the upper piece 2 which appears as the outer side has an information entry surface 5 for writing information such as the amount of money. The lower sheet piece 3 also has an information writing surface 7 at a position corresponding to the information writing surface 5 (a position that vertically overlaps when folded) on the opposing surface 6 where the lower sheet piece 3 faces the upper sheet piece 2. .
In the figure, reference numeral 8 denotes the opposing surface 9 of the upper sheet piece 2 and the opposing surface 6 of the lower sheet piece 3 which face each other when the copy slip sheet 1 is folded, and the surface 2a of the upper sheet piece 2 and the surface 3a of the lower sheet piece 3, respectively. Various information such as management information on a voucher, product information, customer information, and the like can be printed and printed on the information entry section 8, and can also be written by hand. It is like that.
[0005]
The copy slip sheet 1 folds the upper sheet piece 2 and the lower sheet piece 3 from the folding section 4 so that the opposing faces 9 and 6 are aligned, and the information written on the information entry surface 5 of the upper sheet piece 2 is 6 is provided so as to be simultaneously copied on the information entry surface 7. A description will be given of this copying configuration. First, as shown in FIG. 3, a developer layer formed by applying a developer to the entire surface of the opposing surface 9 of the upper sheet 2 and the opposing surface 6 of the lower sheet 3 respectively. 10 (that is, the developer layer is provided on one entire surface of the copy slip sheet 1). On the opposing surface 9 of the upper paper piece 2, a one-side self-coloring portion 11 is set, and the self-coloring portion 11 is formed by applying a color former microcapsule layer 12 on the color developer layer 10. It is. The color former microcapsule layer 12 is formed by applying a capsule containing a first color former which has a color developing effect upon contact with the color developer constituting the color developer layer. The capsule is not broken by such an external force, but is broken when a pen pressure is applied, so that the color former comes out of the capsule.
On the other hand, a lower-sheet one-side self-coloring portion 13 is also set on the facing surface 6 of the lower-sheet piece 3 so as to correspond to the upper-sheet one-side self-coloring portion. The self-coloring portion 13 is formed by applying a color former microcapsule layer 14 on the color developer layer 10. The color former microcapsule layer 14 contained a second color former that had a color developing action different from the color of the first color former upon contact with the color developer that constitutes the color developer layer. It is composed of a capsule, and similarly, the capsule is not broken by an external force such as overlapping papers, but is set to be broken when a pen pressure is applied, so that the color former comes out of the capsule. .
[0006]
Since the first coloring agent of the coloring agent microcapsule layer 12 and the second coloring agent of the coloring agent microcapsule layer 14 are colored in different colors, as shown in FIG. When the copy slip sheet 1 is folded and information is written in the information entry section 5 of the upper sheet 2, the first and second color formers of the opposed color former microcapsule layers 12 and 14 are both on one side of the upper sheet. The developer layer 10 of the self-coloring section 11 comes into contact with the developer layer 10 of the self-coloring section 13 on one side of the base paper.
Then, in the color developer layer 10 of the upper paper one-side self-coloring portion 11, information is formed in a reverse state with a mixed color of the coloring by the first coloring agent and the coloring by the second coloring agent, and the lower paper one-side self-coloring. Also in the color developer layer 10 of the portion 13, information is copied and formed in the information writing portion 7 in a mixed color of the color formed by the first color forming agent and the color formed by the second color forming agent. For example, when the color developed by the first color former is blue and the color developed by the second color former is red, purple information appears in the upper-side one-side self-coloring section 11 and the lower-side one-side self-coloring section 13. become.
As described above, since the information appearing in the upper-side one-side self-coloring portion 11 and the lower-side one-side self-coloring portion 13 are both displayed in a mixed color, they are displayed in a color that cannot be obtained by a normal single color forming agent. Information will be displayed, and even if you try to forge a new piece of information by removing the information in the self-coloring part of the upper or lower piece of paper for counterfeiting, it is impossible to write with a color that matches the mixed color. It will be.
Therefore, even if an attempt is made to forge the information described on the information entry surface 5 of the upper sheet 2, the information held in the one-side self-coloring portion of the back sheet cannot be changed, thereby preventing the information on the information entry surface 5 from being falsified. Is done. Similarly, the information entry surface 7 of the backing sheet 3, that is, the information held by the one-side self-coloring section 13 cannot be changed, and the tampering of the copied information can be prevented.
[0007]
In the above embodiment, the color developer layer is provided on the entire surface of the opposing surface 9 of the upper sheet 2 and the opposing surface 6 of the lower sheet 3, but the present invention is not limited to this, and is shown in FIG. In this manner, the upper-side one-side self-coloring unit 11 and the lower-side one-side self-coloring unit 13 related to copying of the entry information may be provided in a limited manner. Of course, as shown, it is not limited to one location. Also, the information entry section 8 can be arranged in the area of each self-coloring section so that copying and entry can be performed.
[0008]
The first color forming agent and the second color forming agent are different from each other in color developed with respect to the color developing agent, and any known color can be used as long as the color tone can be confirmed as a mixed color. For example, triallyl such as 3,3-bis (p-dimethylaminophenyl) -6-dimethylaminophthalide and 3,3-bis (1,2-dimethylindol-3-yl) -5-dimethylaminophthalide Methane dyes, diphenylmethane dyes such as 4,4'-bis-dimethylaminobenzhydryl benzyl ether, N-2,4,5-trichlorophenylleuco auramine, benzoyl leucomethylene blue, p-nitrobenzoyl leucomethylene blue and the like Thiazine dyes, spiro dyes such as 3-phenyl-spiro-dinaphthopyran and 3-propyl-spiro-dibenzopyran, lactam dyes such as rhodamine-B-anilinolactam and rhodamine (o-chloroanilino) lactam, 3- ( N-ethyl-p-toluidino) -7-methylfur Run, 3-piperidino - like fluoran dyes, and mixtures thereof, such as methyl-7-phenylamino fluoran.
[0009]
An example in which a color former is microencapsulated will be described. Normally, these coloring agents are dissolved in an oily substance and used as a core substance.Examples of the oily substance include vegetable oils such as cottonseed oil, mineral oils such as kerosene, paraffin, naphthenic oil, and chlorinated paraffin, and alkylated oils. Aromatic hydrocarbons such as biphenyl, alkylated terphenyl, alkylated naphthalene, diarylethane, triarylmethane, diphenylalkane, dimethyl phthalate, diethyl phthalate, di-n-butyl phthalate, dioctyl phthalate, diethyl adipate, adipine Esters such as di-n-propyl acid, di-n-butyl adipate and dioctyl adipate, and mixtures thereof. In addition, as an example of the compounding quantity of a color former with respect to an oily substance, it is 1-200 weight part with respect to 100 weight part of oily substances, More preferably, it is 2-100 weight part.
Examples of the color developer constituting the color developer layer include clays such as acid clay, activated clay, attapulgite, zeolite, and bentonite; phenol resins; polyvalent metal salts of various aromatic carboxylic acids; Organic developers such as zinc salts of '-bisphenolsulfone compounds, and mixtures thereof.
[0010]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, a copy slip sheet including an upper sheet piece and a lower sheet piece connected so as to be foldable via a folding section, wherein A developer layer is provided on at least a predetermined portion of the opposing surface of the upper piece of paper, and a color former microcapsule layer containing a first color developer that forms a color upon contact with the developer is provided on the developer layer. To form a self-coloring portion on one side of the upper sheet, and a developer layer is provided at a position corresponding to the one-side self-coloring portion of the upper sheet on the opposite surface of the lower sheet, and a developer is provided on the developer layer. A color former microcapsule layer containing a second color former that forms a color different from the color of the first color former upon contact is provided to form a lower self-coloring portion on one side of the lower paper, and the upper paper piece and the lower paper piece are formed. Information that is folded and written from one side of the upper paper is used for color development by the first color former and the second color former. That in mixed colors with a color, it is characterized in that it has a structure to simultaneously copied into an upper paper side self color portion and the lower paper side self color development unit.
In this way, in the copy slip sheet, since the upper sheet piece and the lower sheet piece are connected via the folding section, it becomes a slip that can be copied by a simple operation of folding at the time of copying, and even when opening There is no difficulty in opening the binding portion side such as a copy slip formed by binding an upper sheet piece and a lower sheet piece using a conventional adhesive. The overall shape of the copy slip sheet is thin, and it is easy to handle a large number of copy slip sheets, and the binding portion is thick like a conventional binding slip copy sheet using an adhesive. It does not cause a problem that the binding portion when bundled becomes bulky and difficult to handle.
In addition, the coloring by the first coloring agent and the coloring by the second coloring agent are different from each other, so that information can be obtained in the self-colored portion with a mixed color of these colorings, thereby coloring the formation of a subtle hue by the mixed color. For example, the information copied on the information entry surface of the sheet piece can be prevented from being falsified. Since the entry information remains in the self-coloring portion on the back surface opposite to the information entry surface of the top sheet in the form of a mixed color copy, it is possible to prevent the information written on the top sheet from being falsified.
