Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a copy slip sheet for obtaining a copy slip in which information superposed and handwritten on a higher-order paper piece can be simultaneously copied to a lower-order paper piece.
[0002]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Conventionally, in the receipts issued when cash is handed over, copy-type slips are often used, and this copy slip is the same information as the upper-level piece of paper having an information entry section that describes information such as the amount of money. An information entry part on the lower paper piece side is the information entered on the upper paper piece with carbon paper sandwiched between the upper paper piece and the lower paper piece. In addition, in recent years, the carbon system or non-carbon system configured between the upper paper piece and the lower paper piece in consideration of the labor required for the carbon paper can be used for the upper paper piece. A lot of information is used in which the written information is copied onto the lower-level paper pieces at the same time.
However, in the copy slips of the above structure that are generally distributed, the carbon layer provided on the back side of the upper paper piece is simply transferred to the surface of the lower paper piece, or a single color developer and developer are simply combined. Therefore, the copy information is easily tampered by thinly scraping the information portion copied on the lower paper piece side and newly writing it. There was a problem that it was difficult to find the alteration.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In view of the above circumstances, it is an object of the present invention to obtain copy information with a mixed color that is difficult to reproduce by coloring, writing, and the like by causing a plurality of color formers to act on the developer. The purpose is to prevent falsification of written information.
[0003]

[0004]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, the present invention will be described in detail based on the embodiment shown in FIGS.
In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a copy slip sheet, in which an upper paper piece 2 and a lower paper piece 3 are connected in parallel through a folding portion 4 and can be folded together so that the opposing surfaces are aligned vertically. The folding part 4 is composed of perforations, and the upper paper piece 2 and the lower paper piece 3 are detachably connected since they are connected with the folding part 4 as a boundary. Further, information such as the amount of money is shown on one side opposite to the opposite side of the upper paper piece 2, that is, on the surface 2a of the upper paper piece 2 that appears as the outer side when the copy slip sheet 1 is folded from the folding portion 4. In addition to having a handwritten entry portion 5 for description, the lower paper piece 3 also faces the upper paper piece 2 at the position corresponding to the handwritten entry portion 5 when folded (when folded). The handwritten entry copy unit 7 is provided at a position overlapping the upper and lower sides).
In the figure, reference numeral 8 denotes the opposing surface 9 of the upper paper piece 2 and the opposing surface 6 of the lower paper piece 3 that face each other when the copy slip sheet 1 is folded, and the surface 2a of the upper paper piece 2 and the surface 3a of the lower paper piece 3 respectively. A printer printing unit provided in the printer, and for the printer printing unit 8, various information such as management information on the slip, handling product information, customer information, and the like are loaded into the printer and output. It is a thing.
[0005]
In this copy slip sheet 1, the upper paper piece 2 and the lower paper piece 3 are folded from the folding portion 4 so that the opposing surfaces 9 and 6 are aligned, and the information described in the handwritten entry portion 5 of the upper paper piece 2 is the opposing surface of the lower paper piece 3. 6 is provided so as to be simultaneously copied to the handwritten entry copying unit 7 in FIG. This copying configuration will be described. First, as shown in FIG. 3, a developer layer formed by applying a developer at a position corresponding to the handwritten entry portion 5 of the upper paper piece 2 on the facing surface 6 of the lower paper piece 3. 10 is provided. The developer layer 10 may be provided on the entire surface of the facing surface 6. Further, the upper paper piece side color former 11 is set on the facing surface 9 of the upper paper piece 2, and the upper paper piece side color former 11 is located at a position corresponding to the handwritten entry portion 5 of the upper paper piece 2. The layer 12 is formed by coating. The color former microcapsule layer 12 is formed by applying a capsule containing a first color developer that develops color when contacted with the developer constituting the developer layer 10. The capsules are set so that they are not destroyed by external force such as overlapping, but are destroyed when the writing pressure is applied, and the color former comes out of the capsules.
On the other hand, the lower paper piece side self-coloring portion 13 is also set on the facing surface 6 of the lower paper piece 3 so as to correspond to the upper paper piece side color former portion 11 (the region of the lower paper piece side self-coloring portion 13). The above handwritten entry copy section is located inside). The self-coloring portion 13 is formed by coating a color former microcapsule layer 14 on the developer layer 10. The color former microcapsule layer 14 contains a second color former that has a color developing action different from the color produced by the first color former when in contact with the developer constituting the developer layer 10. In the same way, the capsule is not broken by external force that is the same as the overlapping of paper, but it is set so that it is broken when writing pressure is applied and the color former comes out of the capsule. is there.
[0006]
Since the first color former of the color former microcapsule layer 12 and the second color former of the color former microcapsule layer 14 are colored in different colors, as shown in FIG. When the copy slip sheet 1 is folded and information is entered in the handwritten entry portion 5 of the upper sheet 2, the first colorant and the second colorant of the opposed colorant microcapsule layers 12, 14 are both self The color developer 13 comes into contact with the color developer layer 10.
Then, in the developer layer 10 of the lower paper one side self-coloring portion 13, information is copied and formed on the handwritten entry copying portion 7 with a mixed color of the color developed by the first color developer and the color developed by the second color developer. For example, when the color developed by the first color former is blue and the color produced by the second color developer is red, purple information appears on the lower paper one side self-coloring section 13 (handwritten entry copying section 7). .
In this way, since the copy information of the lower paper side self-coloring portion 13 is displayed in a mixed color, the lower paper side self-coloring portion is an anti-counterfeit copying portion and has a coloring action by a normal single colorant. Information will be displayed in a color that cannot be obtained with, and if you try to write new information by scraping the information in the self-coloring part of the lower paper piece for counterfeiting, writing with colors that match the mixed color is impossible It will be something.
Therefore, the information copied to the handwritten entry copy unit 7 of the lower paper piece 3 cannot be forged, and the falsification of information in the handwritten entry copy unit 7 configured in the forgery prevention copy unit can be prevented.
[0007]
FIG. 5 shows a second example. In this second example, the configuration of the color former microcapsule layer 12 of the upper paper side color former part 11 and the color former microcapsule layer 14 of the lower paper side self-color part 13 in the copy slip paper 1 having the above structure is changed. Therefore, in the second example, the color former microcapsule layer 12 of the upper paper one-side color former part 11 comprises a microcapsule A containing a first color former that develops color upon contact with a developer and the first color former. And a microcapsule B containing a second color former that develops a color different from that produced by the above method. Further, the color former microcapsule layer 14 of the self-coloring portion 13 on the lower side of the paper also develops a color different from the color produced by the first color former and the microcapsule A containing the first color former that develops color when contacted with the developer. The color former microcapsule layers 12 and 14 have the same configuration.
Thus, even if both color former microcapsule layers are the same, the information is entered in the information entry section 5 of the upper paper piece 2, so that the first color developer is formed in the developer layer 10 of the lower paper piece side self-color development section 13. The information is copied and formed in the handwritten entry copy section 7 with a mixed color of the color developed by and the color developed by the second color former.
[0008]
FIG. 6 shows a third example. This third example is a further modification of the second example, and in this third example, both the color former microcapsule layer 12 and the color former microcapsule layer 14 are the same as the first color former. It is formed from microcapsules containing a mixture of the second color former. Also in this third example, by writing information in the handwritten entry portion 5 of the upper paper piece 2, the color development by the first color developer and the second color development on the developer layer 10 of the lower paper piece side self-coloring portion 13. The information is copied and formed in the handwritten entry copy section 7 in a mixed color with the coloring by the agent.
In any of the above examples, since the upper paper piece-side color former part and the lower paper piece-side self-colorant part located on the surface opposite to the upper paper piece are provided with the color former microcapsule layer, It is provided so that the color developer and the developer can be surely melted, and the information in the handwritten entry copy section appears clearly.
[0009]
The first color former and the second color developer are different in color to be developed with respect to the developer, and any color can be confirmed as long as the mixed color can be confirmed, and known ones can be used. For example, triallyl such as 3,3-bis (p-dimethylaminophenyl) -6-dimethylaminophthalide, 3,3-bis (1,2-dimethylindol-3-yl) -5-dimethylaminophthalide Methane dyes, 4,4'-bis-dimethylaminobenzhydrylbenzyl ether, diphenylmethane dyes such as N-2,4,5-trichlorophenyl leucooramine, benzoyl leucomethylene blue, p-nitrobenzoyl leucomethylene blue Thiazine dyes, spiro dyes such as 3-phenyl-spiro-dinaphthopyran, 3-propyl-spiro-dibenzopyran, lactam dyes such as rhodamine-B-anilinolactam, rhodamine (o-chloroanilino) lactam, 3- ( N-ethyl-p-toluidino) -7-methylfur Run, 3-piperidino - like fluoran dyes, and mixtures thereof, such as methyl-7-phenylamino fluoran.
[0010]
An example of microencapsulating the color former will be described. Normally, these color formers are dissolved in an oily substance and used as a core substance. Examples of oily substances include vegetable oils such as cottonseed oil, mineral oils such as kerosene, paraffin, naphthene oil, and chlorinated paraffin, and alkylation. Aromatic hydrocarbons such as biphenyl, alkylated terphenyl, alkylated naphthalene, diarylethane, triarylmethane, diphenylalkane, dimethyl phthalate, diethyl phthalate, di-n-butyl phthalate, dioctyl phthalate, diethyl adipate, adipine Examples thereof include esters such as di-n-propyl acid, di-n-butyl adipate, dioctyl adipate, and mixtures thereof. In addition, as an example of the compounding quantity of the color former with respect to an oily substance, it is 1-200 weight part with respect to 100 weight part of oily substances, More preferably, it is 2-100 weight part.
Examples of the developer constituting the developer layer include acidic clay, activated clay, attapulgite, zeolite, clays such as bentonite, phenol resins, polyvalent metal salts of various aromatic carboxylic acids, 2, 2 Examples thereof include organic developers such as zinc salts of '-bisphenolsulfone compounds and mixtures thereof.
[0011]
In the above-described embodiment, the copy slip sheet is obtained by connecting two pieces of paper, that is, an upper paper piece and a lower paper piece, but the present invention is not limited to this example. For example, as shown in the folding form of FIG. 7, it may be a copy slip sheet 1 that can fold three pieces of paper, and in this case, the upper, middle, and lower three pieces of paper are folded. The combination of the upper paper piece 2 and the lower paper piece 3 that are folded together is the paper piece a that will be located at the top, the paper piece b that will be located inside, and the inside. Two sets of the paper piece b and the paper piece c to be positioned at the lowermost position are formed, and among them, as described above, the upper paper piece side self-coloring part is set on one side and the lower paper piece side is set on the other side. A self-coloring portion may be formed so as to adopt a copying configuration, and if necessary, the above-described copying configuration may be adopted for each of two sets of paper pieces.
Note that each each copy document sheets, which form overlay each paper is provided with a peelable adhesive means to a side portion opposite to stabilize and the side portion facing the stitching through the bonding means It is said.
[0012]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, at least one pair of upper and lower paper pieces, in which a plurality of paper pieces are connected so as to be foldable via the folding portion, and are stacked with their opposing surfaces vertically aligned when folded, is provided. The upper paper piece is provided with a printer printing portion on one side opposite to the opposite surface of the upper paper piece, a handwriting entry portion, and corresponds to the handwriting entry portion. In a predetermined area on the opposite surface of the upper paper piece, a color former microcapsule layer containing a first color former that develops color by contact with a developer is provided to form an upper paper piece side color former portion, and the lower paper piece, A printer printing part is provided at a required position, and a developer layer is provided at a position corresponding to the upper paper piece side color developer on the opposite surface of the lower paper piece, and contact with the developer on the developer layer. The first color former Separably side portion second color former provided color former microcapsule layer containing form the lower paper side self color development unit, opposed by Oriawa and said upper paper and lower paper that develops color by color different from the The adjoining side can be bound through the adhering means, and the information written in the handwritten entry portion from the upper paper piece side by folding the upper paper piece and the lower paper piece is The mixed color of the color by the first color former and the color by the second color developer is configured to be simultaneously copied to the self-coloring part on the lower paper side.
In this way, in the copy slip paper, the upper and lower paper pieces are connected via the folding portion, so that the copy slip can be copied by a simple operation of folding at the time of copying, and also when opening it. There is no difficulty in opening the binding portion side like a copy slip formed by binding the upper and lower paper pieces together using a conventional adhesive. In addition, the overall shape of the copy slip sheet is thin, and it is easy to handle the copy slip sheets bundled in a large number of sheets. Thus, the problem that the binding portion when bundled becomes bulky and difficult to handle is not caused.
In addition, the color development by the first color former and the color development by the second color former are different from each other so that information can be obtained in the self-color development part with the mixed color of these color developments. Thus, the handwritten entry copy part of the lower piece of paper becomes a forgery prevention copy part, and falsification of information copied and formed in this forgery prevention copy part can be prevented. Even if these pieces of legitimate information are falsified, the action can be easily judged from the difference in hue from the mixed color.
