Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a copy slip sheet for obtaining a copy slip in which information superimposed and handwritten on a higher-order sheet can be simultaneously copied to a lower-order sheet.
[0002]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Conventionally, in the form of receipts issued in the case of cash transfer, a copy-type slip is often used, and this copy slip is the same information as a high-order paper piece having an information entry section that describes information such as the amount of money. The lower sheet piece for obtaining a copy with an entry section is superimposed, and information written on the upper sheet piece with carbon paper sandwiched between the upper sheet piece and the lower sheet piece is used as an information entry section on the lower sheet side. Also, in recent years, in consideration of the labor required for the carbon paper, a carbon system or a non-carbon system configured between the upper paper sheet and the lower paper sheet has recently been used to copy the upper paper sheet. What has been described in such a manner that the described information is simultaneously copied to a lower-order sheet is often used.
However, in a copy slip having the above structure which is generally distributed, the carbon layer provided on the back surface of the upper sheet is simply transferred to the lower sheet surface, or a single color developing agent and a developer are simply combined. The lower part of the piece of paper has only a color developing effect, so that the information part copied to the lower part of the piece of paper is scraped thinly and newly written, etc., so that the copied information is easily falsified. There is a problem that it is difficult to detect the tampering.
In view of the above circumstances, it is an object of the present invention to make it possible to obtain a copy information with a mixed color of colors that are difficult to reproduce by a method such as coloring and writing by applying a plurality of color forming agents to a developer. The purpose is to prevent falsification of the described information.
[0003]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has been made in consideration of the above problems, and a plurality of paper pieces are connected so as to be foldable via a folding portion, and at least one set of upper paper pieces that are overlapped with the facing surfaces up and down at the time of folding. A copy slip sheet including a lower order sheet, wherein the upper order sheet is provided with a printer printing unit on one side opposite to the opposing surface of the upper order sheet and a handwriting unit, and at least the handwriting unit. A color developer layer is provided in a predetermined area on the opposite surface of the upper piece of paper corresponding to the above, and a color former microcapsule layer containing a first color former that is colored by contact with the color developer is provided on the developer layer. To form a self-coloring portion on the upper side of the sheet, a printer printing section is provided at a required position on the lower side of the sheet, and a developer is provided at least at a position corresponding to the upper side of the side of the upper side of the lower side of the lower side of the sheet. And a color former microcapsule layer containing a second color former which is colored in a color different from the color of the first color former upon contact with the color developer is provided on the color developer layer, and one side of the lower paper is provided. Forming a self-coloring portion, folding the upper piece of paper and the lower piece of paper, and writing information from the upper piece of paper in the handwritten entry section, mixing the coloring by the first coloring agent and the coloring by the second coloring agent The object of the present invention is to solve the above problem by providing a copy slip sheet characterized in that it is configured to simultaneously copy, in color, an upper sheet half-side self-coloring portion and a lower sheet half-side self-coloring portion.
In the present invention, each of the color former microcapsule layer of the upper paper piece and the color former microcapsule layer of the lower paper piece is a microcapsule containing a first color former that is colored by contact with a developer, and A microcapsule containing a second coloring agent that is colored in a different color from the coloring by one coloring agent can be mixed.
Further, each of the color former microcapsule layer of the upper paper piece and the color former microcapsule layer of the lower paper piece has a color different from the color developed by the first color former and the first color former that is colored by contact with the developer. It can be made of microcapsules containing a mixture with a second coloring agent that forms a color.
Further, the color developer layer may be provided on the entire surface of the upper sheet and the lower sheet facing each other.
[0004]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Next, the present invention will be described in detail based on the embodiment shown in FIGS.
In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes a copy slip sheet, in which an upper sheet 2 and a lower sheet 3 are connected in a side-by-side manner via a folding section 4, and can be folded such that their opposing surfaces are vertically aligned. The folding section 4 is formed of perforations, and is connected with the folding section 4 as a boundary, so that the upper sheet 2 and the lower sheet 3 are connected in a separable manner. Information such as the amount of money is written on one surface of the upper sheet 2 opposite to the opposing surface of the upper sheet 2, that is, the front surface 2 a of the upper sheet 2 that appears as the outer side when the copy slip sheet 1 is folded from the folding section 4. In addition to having a handwriting section 5 for writing, the lower sheet 3 also faces the upper sheet 2 at the position corresponding to the handwriting section 5 when folded (when folded) (A position vertically overlapped with the image).
In the drawing, reference numeral 8 denotes an opposing surface 9 of the upper sheet 2 and an opposing surface 6 of the lower sheet 3 which are opposed to each other when the copy slip sheet 1 is folded, and a surface 2a of the upper sheet 2 and a surface 3a of the lower sheet 3, respectively. The printer print unit 8 is provided with various types of information such as management information on slips, handled product information, and customer information by loading this copy slip sheet into a printer and outputting the same. It is what was made.
[0005]
This copy slip sheet 1 folds the upper sheet 2 and the lower sheet 3 from the folding section 4 so that the opposing faces 9 and 6 are aligned, and the information described in the handwritten entry section 5 of the upper sheet 2 is the opposite face of the lower sheet 3. 6 is provided so as to be simultaneously copied to the handwriting entry copy unit 7. This copying configuration will be described. First, as shown in FIG. 3, a developer layer 10 is formed by applying a developer on the entire surface of the opposing surface 9 of the upper sheet 2 and the opposing surface 6 of the lower sheet 3 respectively. Is provided. Since the color developer layer 10 is provided on one entire surface of the copy slip sheet 1 in this manner, the color developer layer 10 is located at a position corresponding to the handwritten entry section 5 of the upper paper sheet 2. ing. An upper-side paper-side self-coloring section 11 is set on the facing surface 9 of the upper-side sheet 2, and the upper-side sheet-side self-coloring section 11 is provided at a position corresponding to the handwritten entry section 5 of the upper-side sheet 2. The layer 12 is formed by coating. The color former microcapsule layer 12 is formed by applying a capsule containing a first color former that has a color developing action upon contact with the color developer that constitutes the color developer layer 10. The capsule is set so that the capsule is not broken by an external force of the degree of superposition or the like, but is broken when the pen pressure is applied, and the color former comes out of the capsule.
On the other hand, also on the opposing surface 6 of the lower sheet 3, the lower sheet single-side self-coloring section 13 is set so as to correspond to the upper sheet single-side self-coloring section 11 (the area of the lower sheet 1-side self-coloring section 13). The handwritten entry copy unit 7 is located in the area. The self-coloring portion 13 is formed by applying a color former microcapsule layer 14 on the color developer layer 10. The color former microcapsule layer 14 contains a second color former that has a color developing action different from the color of the first color former upon contact with the color developer forming the color developer layer 10. Similarly, the capsule is not broken by external force such as overlapping paper, but is set so that it is broken when pressure is applied and the color former comes out of the capsule. is there.

Since the first coloring agent of the coloring agent microcapsule layer 12 and the second coloring agent of the coloring agent microcapsule layer 14 are colored in different colors, as shown in FIG. When the copy slip sheet 1 is folded and information is written in the handwriting entry section 5 of the upper sheet 2, the first and second color formers of the opposed color former microcapsule layers 12 and 14 are both on the lower side of the sheet. It comes into contact with the color developer layer 10 of the color forming portion 13.
Then, in the color developer layer 10 of the upper paper piece self-coloring section 11, the entry information is formed in a reversed state with a mixed color of the coloring by the first coloring agent and the coloring by the second coloring agent, and the lower paper one-side self coloring. Also in the color developer layer 10 of the portion 13, information is copied and formed in the handwritten entry copy portion 7 in a mixed color of the color developed by the first color developer and the color developed by the second color developer. For example, if the color developed by the first color former is blue and the color developed by the second color former is red, the upper-side one-side self-coloring part 11 and the lower-side one-side self-coloring part 13 (the handwritten writing copy part 7) are purple. Information will appear.
As described above, since the copy information of the upper-side paper one-side self-coloring section 11 and the lower-side sheet single-side self-coloring section 13 are displayed in a mixed color, both the upper-side paper one-side self-coloring section and the lower-side sheet single-side self-coloring section are both displayed. As a forgery prevention copy unit, information is displayed in a color that cannot be obtained by the normal coloring action of a single color former, and information in the self-coloring part of the upper paper piece or lower paper sheet is temporarily removed for forgery purposes. Even if new writing is performed, writing with a color matching the mixed color becomes impossible.
As described above, even if an attempt is made to forge the information itself written in the handwritten entry unit 5 of the upper paper sheet 2, the copy information held in the upper paper sheet self-coloring unit on the back side cannot be changed. Is prevented from being tampered with. Similarly, the information copied to the handwritten entry copy unit 7 of the lower-order sheet 3 cannot be forged, and the information can be prevented from being falsified in the handwritten entry copy unit 7 included in the forgery prevention copy unit.
[0007]
In the above embodiment, the color developer layer is provided on the entire surface of the opposing surface 9 of the upper sheet 2 and the opposing surface 6 of the lower sheet 3, but the present invention is not limited to this, and is shown in FIG. As described above, only the upper-side one-side self-coloring unit 11 and the lower-side one-side self-coloring unit 13 related to copying of the entry information may be provided. Of course, the coloring portion is not limited to one location. Also, the information entry section 8 can be arranged in the area of each self-coloring section so that copying and entry can be performed.
[0008]
FIG. 6 shows a second example. In this second example, the configuration of the color former microcapsule layer 12 of the upper-side one-side self-coloring portion 11 and the color former microcapsule layer 14 of the lower-side sheet one-side self-coloring portion 13 in the copy slip sheet 1 having the above structure is changed. In the second example, the color former microcapsule layer 12 of the upper-side paper one-side self-coloring part 11 is composed of a microcapsule A containing a first color former that is colored by contact with a developer and the first color former. And a microcapsule B containing a second coloring agent that develops a color different from the coloring by the coloring agent. Also, the color former microcapsule layer 14 of the lower paper one-side self-coloring part 13 also has a color different from the color developed by the microcapsule A containing the first color former and the first color former which is colored by contact with the developer. The microcapsules B containing the second color former are mixed with each other, and the color former microcapsule layers 12 and 14 have the same configuration.
As described above, even if the two color former microcapsule layers are the same, the information is written in the information writing part 5 of the upper paper sheet 2 so that the developer of the upper paper one-side self-coloring part 11 and the lower paper one-side self-coloring part 13 is developed. Information is copied and formed on the layer 10 in a mixed color of the coloring by the first coloring agent and the coloring by the second coloring agent. That is, a copy is formed on the opposite surface side of the handwriting entry unit 5 and the handwriting entry copy unit 7.
[0009]
FIG. 7 shows a third example. The third example is a further modification of the second example. In the third example, both the color former microcapsule layer 12 and the color former microcapsule layer 14 are combined with the first color former. It is formed from microcapsules containing a mixture with the second color former. Also, in the third example, by writing information in the handwritten entry section 5 of the upper sheet 2, the developer layers 10 of the upper sheet half-side self-coloring section 11 and the lower sheet half-side self-coloring section 13 are respectively provided. The information is copied and formed with a mixed color of the coloring by the first coloring agent and the coloring by the second coloring agent.
In any of the above examples, since the upper-side paper piece has a color-forming agent microcapsule layer in the upper-side paper-side self-coloring portion and the lower-side paper-side-side self-coloring agent portion located on the opposite surface, the first color former and the second It is provided so that the coloring agent and the developer can be surely dissolved and the information on the side opposite to the handwriting unit 5 or the handwriting copy unit appears clearly.
[0010]
The first color forming agent and the second color forming agent are different from each other in color developed with respect to the color developing agent, and any known color can be used as long as the color tone can be confirmed as a mixed color. For example, triallyl such as 3,3-bis (p-dimethylaminophenyl) -6-dimethylaminophthalide and 3,3-bis (1,2-dimethylindol-3-yl) -5-dimethylaminophthalide Methane dyes, diphenylmethane dyes such as 4,4'-bis-dimethylaminobenzhydryl benzyl ether, N-2,4,5-trichlorophenylleuco auramine, benzoyl leucomethylene blue, p-nitrobenzoyl leucomethylene blue and the like Thiazine dyes, spiro dyes such as 3-phenyl-spiro-dinaphthopyran and 3-propyl-spiro-dibenzopyran, lactam dyes such as rhodamine-B-anilinolactam and rhodamine (o-chloroanilino) lactam, 3- ( N-ethyl-p-toluidino) -7-methylfur Run, 3-piperidino - like fluoran dyes, and mixtures thereof, such as methyl-7-phenylamino fluoran.
[0011]
An example in which a color former is microencapsulated will be described. Normally, these coloring agents are dissolved in an oily substance and used as a core substance.Examples of the oily substance include vegetable oils such as cottonseed oil, mineral oils such as kerosene, paraffin, naphthenic oil, and chlorinated paraffin, and alkylated oils. Aromatic hydrocarbons such as biphenyl, alkylated terphenyl, alkylated naphthalene, diarylethane, triarylmethane, diphenylalkane, dimethyl phthalate, diethyl phthalate, di-n-butyl phthalate, dioctyl phthalate, diethyl adipate, adipine Esters such as di-n-propyl acid, di-n-butyl adipate and dioctyl adipate, and mixtures thereof. In addition, as an example of the compounding quantity of a color former with respect to an oily substance, it is 1-200 weight part with respect to 100 weight part of oily substances, More preferably, it is 2-100 weight part.
Examples of the color developer constituting the color developer layer include clays such as acid clay, activated clay, attapulgite, zeolite, and bentonite; phenol resins; polyvalent metal salts of various aromatic carboxylic acids; Organic developers such as zinc salts of '-bisphenolsulfone compounds, and mixtures thereof.
[0012]
In the embodiment described above, the copy slip sheet is formed by connecting two pieces of upper and lower pieces of paper, but the present invention is not limited to this example. For example, as shown in the folding mode of FIG. 8, the copy slip sheet 1 may be able to fold three pieces of paper, and in this case, the upper, middle, and lower three pieces of paper are folded. In this case, the combination of the upper piece 2 and the lower piece 3 to be folded is a piece a located at the uppermost position, a piece b located at the inner position, and a position located at the inner position. Two sets of the paper piece b and the paper piece c to be positioned at the lowermost position are formed, of which, as described above, one of the sets of paper pieces has the upper-side paper-side self-coloring portion and the other has the lower-side sheet side. A self-coloring portion may be formed so that a copy configuration can be adopted. If necessary, the above-described copy configuration may be adopted for each combination of two sets of paper pieces.
Further, it is also possible that the opposing sides can be bound via a peelable bonding means so that the overlapping form of the respective pieces of the copy slip sheet is stabilized.
[0013]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, at least one pair of upper and lower sheets that are connected so that a plurality of sheets can be folded through the folding section and that the upper and lower opposing surfaces are overlapped during folding. A copy slip sheet comprising: a higher-order piece of paper provided with a printer printing unit on one side opposite to the opposite side of the upper-order piece of paper and a handwriting unit, and at least corresponding to the handwriting unit. A color developer layer is provided in a predetermined region on the opposite surface of the upper piece of paper, and a color former microcapsule layer containing a first color former that is colored by contact with the color developer is provided on the color developer layer. A paper-side self-coloring portion is formed, and a printer printing section is provided at a required position on the lower-side sheet, and a developer layer is provided at a position corresponding to at least the upper-side paper-side self-coloring portion on the opposite surface of the lower side sheet. Setting A color former microcapsule layer containing a second color former that develops a color different from the color of the first color former upon contact with the color developer is provided on the color developer layer, and one side of the lower paper is self-colored. The information written in the handwritten entry section from the upper sheet side by folding the upper sheet section and the lower sheet section is a mixed color of the coloring by the first coloring agent and the coloring by the second coloring agent. In this case, the upper-side one-side self-coloring portion and the lower-side sheet one-side self-coloring portion are simultaneously copied. In this way, in the copy slip sheet, since the upper sheet piece and the lower sheet piece are connected via the folding section, it becomes a slip that can be copied by a simple operation of folding at the time of copying, and even when opening the page. There is no difficulty in opening the binding portion side, such as a copy slip formed by binding an upper sheet and a lower sheet using a conventional adhesive. The overall shape of the copy slip sheet is thin, and it is easy to handle a large number of copy slip sheets, and the binding portion is thick like a conventional binding slip copy sheet using an adhesive. It does not cause a problem that the binding portion when bundled becomes bulky and difficult to handle.
In addition, the coloring by the first coloring agent and the coloring by the second coloring agent are different from each other, so that information can be obtained in the self-colored portion with a mixed color of these colorings, thereby coloring the formation of a subtle hue by the mixed color. The self-coloring part on the side opposite to the handwritten entry part of the upper sheet and the self-coloring part of the lower sheet become a forgery-preventing copy unit, and are copied to the handwritten information and the forgery-prevention copy unit. Falsification of the formed information can be prevented. Even if such legitimate information is tampered with, it is possible to easily determine the action from the difference in the color tone from the mixed color, and the effect of excellent practicality is exhibited.
