Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a rolling machine having a driver's seat on a tank, and more particularly to a compact rolling machine.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a conventional rolling machine of this type, the one shown in FIG. 4 is known. In this rolling machine, a rectangular water tank b is provided on the upper rear side of the body frame a, and a driver's seat c for a driver to sit on is attached to the upper surface of the water tank b. At the time of attachment, as shown in FIG. 5, a nut d is embedded in the upper side wall portion of the water tank b, and an attachment fitting e below the driver's seat c is fastened and fixed to the nut d with a bolt f. In addition, the water in the water tank is supplied and injected through an electric pump or the like (not shown) to an injection nozzle disposed at a position facing the traveling wheel or the road surface.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in such a rolling machine, since the driver's seat c is attached to the upper surface of the rectangular water tank b, when the driver sits on the driver's seat c, the position of the center of gravity of the vehicle increases and the stable inclination angle is increased. There is an inconvenience that (the rollover prevention angle) becomes small.
[0004]
In addition, since the driver's seat c is attached to the water tank b, when the driver is seated on the driver's seat c, the load is applied to the water tank b and causes the life of the water tank b to be reduced. There is a possibility that the nut d embedded in the upper side wall portion of the water tank b may come off, and the material of the water tank b is usually plastic, so it is deformed and fluffed when seated, and there is a sense of instability. There is an inconvenience that you cannot drive and operate with confidence.
[0005]
The present invention has been made to solve such an inconvenience, by lowering the center of gravity of the vehicles it is possible to increase the stability tilt angle, and operation to ensure stability and comfort during wearing seat An object of the present invention is to provide a rolling machine that can be easily operated and can extend the life of a tank.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve this object, a compaction machine according to claim 1 is a compaction machine in which a tank on a body frame is provided with a driver's seat, and a recess is provided in the upper part of the tank , and the operation is performed in the recess. A seat is formed to form the seating portion, and the driver seat located at the upper part of the tank is connected to the vehicle body frame, and the load is received by the vehicle body frame when the driver is seated on the driver seat. A driver seat support member is provided .
The compaction machine according to a second aspect is characterized in that the driver seat support member is configured to pass through an insertion hole formed so as to penetrate from the lower surface of the tank to the bottom surface of the recess .
[0007]
[Action]
In the first and second aspects of the present invention, the center of gravity of the vehicle is lowered by providing a recess in the upper portion of the tank and forming a seating portion in the recess. A driver's seat is arranged in the recess to form a seat, and the driver's seat located at the upper part of the tank is connected to the vehicle body frame so that the load when the driver is seated on the driver's seat is received by the vehicle body frame. By providing the seat support member, the driver's load is not applied to the tank, and the support rigidity of the driver seat is increased.
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an example of an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 1 is a partially broken view of a rear side view of a load roller which is an example of an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a partially broken view of FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view taken along line (3)-(3) in FIG.
[0009]
Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, the load roller (rolling machine) 1 includes a plastic water tank 3 provided on the upper side of the rear portion 2 a of the vehicle body frame 2. The water tank 3 has substantially the same width as the width of the vehicle body frame 2, and the lower portion is buried in the rear portion 2 a of the vehicle body frame 2. A concave portion 4 is formed in the central portion of the upper portion of the water tank 3 in the width direction. In this embodiment, the front and rear side portions (left and right side portions in FIG. 1) of the recess 4 are opened, but it is not always necessary to do this, and only the front side portion (right side portion) is opened. Good. A driver seat (sitting portion) 5 is accommodated in the recess 4, and the driver seat 5 is supported by a driver seat support member 6.
[0010]
The driver seat support member 6 includes a base plate 7 disposed in the rear portion 2 a of the vehicle body frame 2 below the water tank 3.
The base plate 7 is mounted so that both side portions in the width direction of the vehicle body frame 2 are bent downward, and the peripheral portion protrudes from each inner surface of the front, rear, left and right wall portions of the rear portion 2a of the vehicle body frame 2 at two locations. The piece 8 is fixed with bolts 9. A reinforcing piece 10 extending along the width direction of the body frame 2 is provided at a substantially central portion in the front-rear direction of the body frame 2 on the lower surface of the base plate 7. Further, on the upper surface of the base plate 7, a total of four columnar members 11 that are spaced apart from each other in the front-rear direction of the body frame 2 and project upward are arranged in two rows in the width direction of the body frame 2.
[0011]
The cylindrical member 11 is inserted through an insertion hole 12 formed so as to penetrate from the lower surface of the water tank 3 to the bottom surface of the recess 4 corresponding to the number of the cylindrical members 11, and the upper end portion thereof protrudes from the bottom surface of the recess 4. . As shown in FIG. 3, holes 13 corresponding to the outer diameter of the columnar member 11 are formed in the upper end portion of the columnar member 11 protruding from the bottom surface of the recess 4 so as to be separated from each other in the column direction of the columnar member 11. The spacer 14 is fitted in each column of the columnar members 11, and in the fitted state, the upper surface of the spacer 14 and the upper end surface 11 a of the columnar member 11 are flush with each other. On the upper end surface 11a of the cylindrical member 11, a screw shaft 15 is formed to project upward. Brackets 17 in which holes 16 corresponding to the shaft diameter of the screw shaft 15 are formed to be spaced apart from each other in the column direction of the cylindrical member 11 are fitted to the screw shaft 15 for each column of the cylindrical member 11. In the fitted state, the screw shaft 15 protrudes from the upper surface of the bracket 17, and the bracket 17 is fixed to the cylindrical member 11 via the spacer 14 by screwing the nut 18 into the protruding portion. Further, both side portions in the front-rear direction of the body frame 2 of the bracket 17 are bent upward to form a mounting portion 19 of the driver's seat 5, and a mounting bracket 20 below the driver's seat 5 is attached to the mounting portion 19 with a bolt 21. The driver's seat 5 is supported by the driver's seat support member 6.
[0012]
In such a road roller 1, since the recess 4 is formed in the water tank 3 and the driver's seat 5 is disposed in the recess 4, the center of gravity of the vehicle can be lowered, and as a result, it is more stable than in the prior art. The inclination angle is increased, and the running performance with excellent stability can be obtained.
Further, the driver's seat 5 is supported by the driver's seat support member 6 above the bottom of the recess 4 of the water tank 3 so that the load applied to the driver's seat 5 is not applied to the water tank 3, and the load is applied to the vehicle body frame. Since the support rigidity of the driver's seat 5 is increased so as to be received by 2, the life of the water tank 3 can be extended, and the driver does not feel a fluffy feeling due to the deformation of the water tank 3 and is stable. You can drive with a sense of security and peace of mind.
[0013]
Further, since the upper surface of the convex portion 3a of the water tank 3 located on both sides of the body frame 2 in the width direction of the recess 4 can be armrested, it is not necessary to provide an armrest on the driver seat 5, thereby reducing the cost of the driver seat. You can plan.
In the above-described embodiment, the driver's seat 5 is supported above the bottom surface of the recess 4 so that no load is applied to the water tank 3. You may make it attach the seat 5 directly.
[0014]
In the above embodiment, the driver's seat 5 is disposed in the recess 4 to form the seating portion. However, the driver's seat 5 is not necessarily disposed, and the bottom surface of the recess 4 is used as the seating portion for driving on the bottom surface. A person may sit down.
Furthermore, in the above embodiment, the load roller is taken as an example of the rolling machine, but the present invention is not limited to this, and other tire rollers, vibrating rollers, etc., as long as the rolling machine has a seating portion in the tank. Of course, the present invention can also be applied.
[0015]
Furthermore, in a rolling machine, water is mainly used as a liquid agent for preventing the material to be pressed such as asphalt mixture on the rolling wheel from adhering to the surface of the rolling wheel, and the water containing the liquid agent is used. Although referred to as a water tank, the liquid agent in the water tank is not limited to water, and may be an anti-adhesion liquid other than water.
[0016]
【The invention's effect】
As is clear from the above description, in the present invention, since the concave portion is formed in the upper portion of the tank and the concave portion is used as the seating portion, the position of the center of gravity of the vehicle can be lowered. The effect that the inclination angle becomes large and the running performance with excellent stability can be obtained.
[0017]
In addition, a driver's seat is arranged in the recess to form a seating portion, and the driver's seat located at the upper part of the tank is connected to the vehicle body frame so that the load when the driver is seated in the driver's seat is received by the vehicle body frame. By providing the seat support member, the driver's load is not applied to the tank, and the support rigidity of the driver seat is increased, so that the life of the tank can be extended and the tank can be deformed. There is an effect that the driver can drive with a sense of stability and a sense of security without feeling fluffy.
