Description

The present invention relates to a glove, and more particularly to a glove that covers at least a part of a hand and an arm.

FIG. 7 is a perspective view showing an external shape of a conventional glove to be put on a hand and a part of an arm.

Referring to the figure, a glove 61 is composed of a glove part 63 that covers the arm and an arm cover part 64 that is connected to the glove part 63 and covers a part of the arm, and these are integrated with a synthetic resin sheet such as rubber or vinyl. It is formed by molding.

At the time of use, the hand is inserted from the glove mouth 67 constituted by the opening end 66 of the arm cover part 64, and the hand is completely inserted into the glove part 63. Since the glove 61 is thus covered to a part of the arm by the arm cover portion 64, it is particularly convenient when used for water work or the like.

The conventional glove as described above has no particular problem in use, but has a problem that it is difficult to wear the glove. That is, since the glove 61 is formed of a flexible sheet material that constitutes the arm cover portion 64, the glove mouth 67 constituted by the open end 66 becomes flat when worn. For this reason, since it is necessary to insert a hand while opening the glove mouth 67, the wearing often does not go smoothly. Moreover, since the arm cover part 64 is not formed sufficiently large with respect to the glove part 63, the resistance to the hand increases when attaching and detaching after use, and it is often impossible to remove the glove smoothly. .

Therefore, if the glove mouth 67 is enlarged for easy wearing, the gap between the arm periphery and the opening end 66 after wearing becomes large even if wearing becomes easy. There is also a risk that it will easily fall off, and water may easily enter from there.

The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a glove that is easy to put on and the arm cover part is difficult to slide down after wearing.

In order to achieve the above object, the invention according to claim 1 is a glove that covers at least a part of a hand and an arm, and is integrally connected to the glove part that covers the hand and the glove part, It has a shape that spreads 1.5 times or more in the flat state from the glove part side toward the opening end, and is the position of the arm cover part that covers at least a part of the arm and the opening end of the arm cover part, and its circumferential direction A ring-shaped rod-shaped body that is continuously attached to the entire circumference, easily deformed by applying a twisting force, and has a flexible and shape-retaining property so that the deformed state is maintained. It is.

If comprised in this way, the shape of the opening end of an arm cover part can be freely changed in the position of a rod-shaped body. Moreover, the opening end of the arm cover part is larger than the glove part side. Furthermore, the shape of the entire opening end can be freely deformed by a force that twists the rod-shaped body.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the configuration of the first aspect of the invention, the glove part and the arm cover part are integrally formed from a waterproof sheet.

If comprised in this way, penetration | invasion of the water etc. through a glove part and an arm cover part is blocked | prevented.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the configuration of the second aspect of the invention, the outer surface of the opening end of the arm cover portion further includes a gather tape or a frill tape attached to the entire circumference in the circumferential direction. .

If comprised in this way, the movement of the water etc. which flow along the outer surface of an arm cover part to the opening end side will be blocked | prevented.

As described above, according to the first aspect of the present invention, since the shape of the entire opening end of the arm cover portion can be freely deformed at the position of the rod-shaped body, the opening end of the arm cover portion is on the glove side in use. If the rod-shaped body is deformed so as to be larger than the above, insertion into the arm cover portion of the hand becomes easy. And after inserting your hand into the glove part, it is possible to keep the open end of the arm cover part around the arm to the desired state, and prevent the arm cover part from sliding down regardless of the arm thickness can do. Further, when removing the glove, it is possible to easily remove the hand from the glove by returning the shape of the opening end to the original state. Also, after use, by hanging the glove with the open end widened in a ring shape, moisture inside the glove can be easily removed and dried, so it can be used more cleanly Become.

The invention according to claim 2 is a glove suitable for water work or the like because intrusion of water or the like through the glove part and the arm cover part is prevented in addition to the effect of the invention of claim 1.

In addition to the effect of the invention of claim 2, the invention described in claim 3 prevents movement of water and the like flowing toward the opening end side, so that when gloves are used upward, the arm side of water etc. Convenience is good because the intrusion is prevented.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an external shape of a glove that can be put on a hand and a part of an arm according to the first embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a sectional view taken along the line II-II shown in FIG. It is an expanded sectional view.

Referring to these drawings, a glove 11 is composed of a glove part 13 that covers a hand, and an arm cover part 14 that is integrally connected to the glove part 13 and covers a part of the arm. It is integrally formed with a synthetic resin sheet. The opening end 16 of the arm cover portion 14 has a flexible and shape-retaining property such as a wire having a diameter of about 2 mm, the end of which is folded inward and covered with vinyl over the entire circumference of the folded portion. A rod-shaped body 20 is inserted. In this embodiment, the folded end portion of the arm cover portion 14 is fixed to the inner surface side of the arm cover portion 14 with an adhesive. A loop body 19 made of a string or the like is attached to a part of the inner surface side of the open end 16.

The shape of the arm cover portion 14 is such that the open end 16 is wider than the glove portion 13 side (about 1.5 to 2.0 times in the flat state) compared to the conventional one shown in FIG. It is configured. Therefore, when the rod-like body 20 attached to the opening end 16 is deformed into a ring shape, the opening end 16 of the arm cover portion 14 forms a large circular glove mouth 17 as shown in FIG. Thus, this state is maintained.

FIG. 3 is a schematic perspective view showing a wearing process of the glove shown in FIG. 1 in use.

Referring to (1) of FIG. 3, the glove 11 is in a state before being worn, and corresponds to the diagram shown in FIG. In this state, since the rod-like body 20 attached to the opening end 16 is deformed into a ring shape as described above, the glove mouth 17 has a large circular shape. Therefore, it is not necessary to widen the end of the arm cover part 14 with the other hand unlike conventional gloves, and the hand 22 can be easily inserted into the arm cover part 14. Further, the glove mouth 17 is considerably larger than the glove part 13 side in combination with the trumpet shape of the arm cover part 14. Therefore, even when the sleeve 23 is quite thick in winter, the hand 22 can be easily inserted into the arm cover portion 14 together with the sleeve 23.

Next, as shown in FIG. 3 (2), the hand 22 is completely inserted into the position of the glove part 13. Even in this state, the hand 22 can be easily inserted into the glove part 13 without being affected by the sleeve 23. In this state, since the glove mouth 17 is considerably larger than the outer periphery of the sleeve 23, a large gap is formed between the opening end 16.

Next, as shown in FIG. 3 (3), the rod-shaped body 20 attached to the open end 16 is twisted so as to eliminate the gap between the sleeve 23 and the open end 16 from this state. Since the rod-shaped body 20 has flexibility and shape retention as described above, it is easily deformed by applying a force so as to be twisted, and the deformed state is maintained. As a result, the gap between the sleeve 23 and the open end 16 is extremely small. The arm cover portion 14 is also deformed along the sleeve 23 along with the deformation of the opening end 16 portion. Since the open end 16 can be easily deformed along the sleeve 23 in this way, there is no possibility that the arm cover portion 14 slides down from the sleeve 23 when the glove 11 is used.

When the glove 11 is removed after use, the rod-like body 20 attached to the open end 16 is deformed by applying a force from the state shown in FIG. 3 (3) to the original state. As described above, since the rod-shaped body 20 has flexibility and shape retention, such deformation is extremely easy. When the opening end 16 is deformed to the state of (2) in FIG. 3, the glove opening 17 is greatly opened with respect to the sleeve 23, and the gap between the sleeve 23 and the opening end 16 is increased.

Then, the hand 22 may be pulled out of the glove 11 while holding the tip of the glove part 13 with the other hand. At this time, since most of the arm cover portion 14 is separated from the hand 22 and the sleeve 23, the gloves 11 can be easily removed with little resistance when being pulled out.

FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing a state where the glove shown in FIG. 1 is dried after use.

Referring to the drawing, since the glove 11 is integrally formed of a water-resistant sheet, it can prevent water from entering, but the glove 11 is likely to be moistened during use. Therefore, after use, the rod-shaped body 20 is deformed so that the opening end 16 is in a large ring shape, and the glove 11 is hung on the hook 26 or the like via the loop body 19 attached inside the opening end 16. . In this state, the glove mouth 17 of the arm cover portion 14 is greatly opened upward, so that moisture generated on the inner surfaces of the glove portion 13 and the arm cover portion 14 passes through the glove mouth 17. Thus, evaporation is promoted and the inside of the glove 11 is easily dried. In order to widely open the inside of the glove 11 to the inside of the fingertip, it is preferable that the mounting position of the loop body 19 is on the extension line on the back side of the hand that covers the middle finger of the glove part 13.

On the other hand, in the conventional glove 61 as shown in FIG. 7, for example, even if a part of the opening end 66 is sandwiched and suspended by a clip or the like, the glove mouth 67 does not open sufficiently wide, Drying of moisture is not easily promoted. For this reason, it is often used again in an unsanitary state. However, with the glove according to this embodiment, the internal drying after use is promoted, so that the use can be repeated in a comfortable state at all times.

FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing the external shape of a glove to be put on a hand and a part of an arm according to the second embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 6 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of the VI-VI line shown in FIG. It is.

With reference to these drawings, the basic configuration is the same as that of the glove according to the first embodiment, and therefore, differences will be mainly described here.

In this embodiment, a gather tape 28 (tape width 30 to 35 mm) is attached to the entire circumference in the circumferential direction on the outer surface side of the end portion of the arm cover portion 14. Of the base fabrics on both sides of the attachment portion of the gather tape 28, one base fabric 29 extends in the direction of the glove portion 13. The gather tape is preferably nylon, polyester, or vinyl material that is water repellent, waterproof, or laminated on the back. The same effect can be obtained by using a frill tape instead of the gather tape. As described above, the gathered tape 28 is made of a tape-like cloth that has been subjected to water repellent processing or waterproof processing. Therefore, when the glove 11 is used in the upward state, the water that flows down to the opening end 16 side through the arm cover portion 14 is blocked by the base cloth 29 of the gather tape 28. Accordingly, when the glove 11 is used for water work or the like, it is possible to prevent water from entering the sleeve portion that protrudes outward from the arm cover portion 14, thereby further improving usability.

By the way, the gather tape plays the role of preventing water intrusion through the arm cover part 14 as described above, but it is possible to make a highly aesthetic glove by printing the base fabric itself. It becomes.

In each of the above embodiments, the rod-shaped body is continuously attached to the entire circumference of the opening end of the arm cover portion. However, the rod-shaped body may not be continuous, and the circumferential direction of the opening end It may be attached to a part of. Further, although the rod-shaped body is made of a metal material such as a wire, it is needless to say that other materials may be used as long as they have flexibility and form retention. And although the rod-shaped body is attached so that the edge part of an arm cover part may be wound, you may comprise so that a rod-shaped body may be integrally molded in the state embedded at the time of integral molding of a glove.

In each of the above embodiments, the glove has a shape that covers up to a part of the arm, but it can be similarly applied to a glove that has a shape that covers up to the upper arm.

Furthermore, in each of the above-described embodiments, the arm cover portion has a shape that is largely open with respect to the glove portion side, but it may be open in the same degree as a conventional glove.

Furthermore, in the second embodiment described above, the rod-shaped body and the gather tape are each attached to the opening end of the arm cover part, but a combination of them is attached to the arm cover part. Also good.

Furthermore, in each of the above embodiments, the glove is intended for a work glove formed by integral molding of rubber, vinyl or the like, but it goes without saying that it can be similarly applied to a glove for other uses made of other materials. .

Furthermore, in each of the above-described embodiments, the loop body is attached to the inner surface of the arm cover portion, but the loop body is not necessarily required.
