【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は、遊技球を使用するパチンコ機やメダルを使用するスロットマシン等の遊技機のエレクトロルミネセンスランプを有するセルシートの裏面を遊技板の前面に一体に結合した電飾装置に給電線を接続する装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
パチンコ機においては、実開平4−50092号公報に開示されたように、遊技板の前面側に発光表示部としてエレクトロルミネセンスランプを備えると共に、遊技機の裏面側にドライバー回路を備え、このドライバー回路から発光表示部に電力を供給して、発光表示部を発光表示するようにした面発光タイプの電飾装置を用いることが考えられている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
この種の電飾装置において、ドライバー回路から配線された給電線をエレクトロルミネセンスランプに接続するには、市販又は専用のコネクタを使用することが考えられるが、コネクタが遊技板よりかなり突出するために、遊技板の機枠への設置を考えた場合、にわかに採用しがたいものである。

そこで、この発明は、給電線とエレクトロルミネセンスランプとの接続構造の簡素化を図り、品質信頼性を向上できる遊技電飾の電線接続装置を提供しようとするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
1つの発明に係る遊技電飾の電線接続装置は、遊技板と、遊技板の下縁から上方に窪むように遊技板の下縁に形成された切欠部と、切欠部の側および遊技盤の前面に開放されるように遊技板の前面に形成された四角形の溝と、遊技板の前面に結合されセルシートと、セルシートに設けられた発光表示部と、発光表示部より配線された複数の端子セルシートの下縁の裏面に並べて配置した端子部と、端子部の端子を露出するようにセルシートの裏面に設けられた四角形の凹部と、複数の端子と同数であり遊技板の裏面側から発光表示部の発光に必要な電力を供給する複数の導線を並べて絶縁被覆で被覆してなる給電線と、給電線における複数の導線を露出するために絶縁被覆の前面側が剥ぎ取られた端部と、保持具と、釘とを備えた遊技電飾の電線接続装置であって、遊技板とセルシートとが互いに結合された場合に、四角形の溝と四角形の凹部とが切欠部に開口したケーブル収容部を形成し、遊技板の裏面側から切欠部を経由して遊技板の前面側に回り込ませられた給電線の端部の導線がセルシートの端子の側に向くように、給電線の端部がケーブル収容部に下側より挿入され、給電線の端部における導線とセルシートの端子部における端子とが互いに前後方向に重ね合わせられて接続され、保持具がセルシートの前面に重ね合わせられ、複数の釘が保持具よりケーブル収容部を避けつつセルシートを貫通してケーブル収容部のまわりの遊技板に締結されて端子と導線との接続を保持したことを特徴とするこの1つの発明に係る遊技電飾の電線接続装置によれば、保持具が給電線の端部のケーブル収容部からの抜け止め防止を図ることができるとともにセルシートの複数の端子と給電線の複数の導体電気的な接続向上することができ、給電線が遊技板の裏面側から切欠部を経由して遊技板の前面側に回り込ませられたことによって、遊技板の前面にセルシートの結合された形態のゲージ盤が機枠に組み付けられる場合、給電線がゲージ盤と機枠との接触面間に挟まれるような不都合が解消できるこの1つの発明に係る遊技電飾の電線接続装置において、遊技板における溝の止端面と左右両側との連接角部には逃げ凹部が形成されれば、ケーブル収容部に給電線の端部が挿入された場合、当該端部の先端面を溝の止端面に当接させ、給電線の挿入止め位置を向上することができる。この1つの発明に係る遊技電飾の電線接続装置において、保持具におけるセルシートの側の面にはリブが設けられれば、セルシートの複数の端子と給電線の複数の導体の電気的な接続を適切に保持することができる。もう1つの発明に係る遊技電飾の電線接続装置は、遊技板と、遊技板の下縁から上方に窪むように遊技板の下縁に形成された切欠部と、切欠部の側および遊技盤の前面に開放されるように遊技板の前面に形成された四角形の溝と、遊技板の前面に結合されるセルシートと、セルシートに設けられた発光表示部と、発光表示部より配線された複数の端子をセルシートの下縁に横方向に並べて配置した端子部と、端子部の端子を露出するようにセルシートの裏面に設けられた四角形の凹部と、複数の端子と同数であり遊技板の裏面側から発光表示部の発光に必要な電力を供給する複数の導線を絶縁被覆で被覆してなる給電線と、給電線における複数の導線を露出するために絶縁被覆の前面側が剥ぎ取られなる端部と、かすがいとを備えた遊技電飾の電線接続装置であって、遊技板とセルシートとが互いに結合された場合に、四角形の溝と四角形の凹部とが切欠部に開口したケーブル収容部を形成し、遊技板の裏面側から切欠部を経由して遊技板の前面側に回り込ませられた給電線の導線がセルシートの端子の側に向くように、給電線の端部がケーブル収容部に下側より挿入され、給電線の端部における導線とセルシートの端子部における端子とが互いに前後方向に重ね合わせられて接続され、かすがいがセルシートの前面からセルシート端子部とケーブル収容部および給電線の端子を避けるようにセルシートを貫通してケーブル収容部のまわりの遊技板に締結されて端子と導線との接続を保持したことを特徴とする。このもう1つの発明に係る遊技電飾の電線接続装置によれば、かすがいが給電線の端部のケーブル収容部からの抜け止め防止を図ることができるとともにセルシートの複数の端子と給電線の複数の導体の電気的な接続を向上することができ、給電線が遊技板の裏面側から切欠部を経由して遊技板の前面側に回り込ませられたことによって、遊技板の前面にセルシートの結合された形態のゲージ盤が機枠に組み付けられる場合、給電線がゲージ盤と機 枠との接触面間に挟まれるような不都合が解消できる。もう1つの発明に係る遊技電飾の電線接続装置において、かすがいにおけるセルシートの側の面にはリブが設けられれば、セルシートの複数の端子と給電線の複数の導体の電気的な接続を適切に保持することができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
図6は第1実施形態を示し、この図において、10はパチンコ店の島に取り付けられる外枠とこれに開閉可能に装着された前枠とからなるパチンコ機の図外の機枠の内部に着脱自在に組み付けられるゲージ盤で、このゲージ盤10はデザイン図の描かれたセルシート1をほぼ方形のベニヤ板からなる遊技板2の前面の全域に一体に結合していて、セルシート1上に図外の発射装置から発射された図外の遊技球を遊技領域に誘導するバンド11、センタ役物12、風車13、始動口14、一般入賞口15、大入賞口16、アウト口17、多数の遊技釘18を取り付けてある。

前記ゲージ盤10の周縁のうちの下縁に設けられた電線接続装置4は、発光表示部19a〜19dの発光に必要な電力を供給するフレキシブルフラットケーブルのような給電線5を、遊技板2の裏面に設置された電源としてのドライバー回路20より、遊技板2の下縁に形成された切欠部2aを経由して、ゲージ盤10の前面側に回り込ませて、発光表示部19a〜19dに接続するようになっており、ゲージ盤10を機枠に組み付けた際、機枠の裏面に設けられた図外の賞球機構から機枠の前面に設けられた図外の上皿への賞球の図外の払い出し通路と干渉しない位置に、また機枠に設けられた図外の玉発射装置からバンド11の内部に区画されたゲージ盤10の遊技領域への遊技球の図外の発射通路と干渉しない位置に設置されている。

この実施形態では、図1〜3に示すように、電線接続装置4は、セルシート1と遊技板2との合わせ面間にケーブル収容部6を形成してあって、このケーブル収容部6に給電線5の端部5bを下側より挿入することにより、セルシート1の端子部1bでの複数の端子1c,1d,1e,1f,1gと給電線5の端部5bでの複数の導線5c,5d,5e,5f,5gとを前後方向に重ね合わせて接続する一方、給電線5をケーブル収容部6に挿入した際に、保持具としての保持片7をセルシート1の前面に重ね合わせて、複数の木ねじのようなねじ込み釘8を保持片7の左右端部に形成された皿穴7aよりセルシート1に貫通してケーブル収容部6まわりの遊技板2に締結することにより、保持片7が端子1c〜1gと導線5c〜5gとの接続及び給電線5のケーブル収容部6からの抜け止めを図るようになっている。

このケーブル収容部6は、セルシート1の裏面に形成された端子部1bと遊技板2の前面に形成された溝2bとにより、遊技板2の下縁に形成された切欠部2aの上側面に開放された角穴になっている。このケーブル収容部6の横幅D1は、給電線5の端部5bの左右の動きを規制し得るように、給電線5の端部5bの横幅D2とほぼ同一寸法に形成してある(D1=D2)。また、ケーブル収容部6における端子1c〜1gから対向壁面までの高さH1は、給電線5の導線5c〜5gとそれに裏打ちされた絶縁被覆5aとからなる端部5bの厚さH2よりも小寸法に形成してある(H1<H2)。

図4は前記セルシート1の端子部1bを裏返して示し、この端子部1bはセルシート1の定着用紙1aより図外の接着層を経由して図外の保護層までを除去した凹部1hを有している。この凹部1hの底面を形成する絶縁層の裏面(図4では上側面)上には、端子1c〜1gを、印刷にて左右方向(横幅方向)に等間隔を以て並列配置に形成してある。端子1c〜1gは、セルシート1の前記絶縁層に沿って凹部1hの止端面1iよりセルシート1の前記保護層と前記絶縁層との間に埋め込まれている。そのうちの1つの端子1cが前記絶縁層をセルシート1の前面側に突き抜けて発光表示部19a〜19dの共通電極としての図外の表面電極に接続しており、残りの端子1d〜1gは前記絶縁層の裏面に沿って延びて発光表示部19a〜19dの個別電極としての複数の図外の背面電極に個別に接続している。この凹部1hの横幅D3は図1に示すケーブル収容部6の横幅D1よりも大寸法に形成してあると共に、凹部1hの奥行きL3は図1に示す給電線5の端部5bの長さL2よりも小寸法に形成してある(D3>D1、L3<L2)。

図5は前記遊技板2の切欠部2aまわりを前面側より示し、遊技板2の前面には切欠部2a側に開放されたほぼ四角形の溝2bを切削加工により切欠形成してあり、この溝2bの横幅D4は図1に示すケーブル収容部6の横幅D1と同一寸法になっている。切欠部2aから溝2bの止端面2dまでの奥行きL4は図1に示す給電線5の端部5bの長さL2及びセルシート1の凹部1hの奥行きL3よりも小寸法に形成してある。また、溝2bと切欠部2aとの連接角部には傾斜状の案内面2cを面取りしてある(L4<L3<L2)。

この図5に示した遊技板2の前面(図5の上側面)上に、図4に示したセルシート1を裏返して接着剤3(図1参照)で一体に結合したことにより、図1のa図に示したケーブル収容部6がセルシート1と遊技板2との合わせ面間に形成される。この結合に際しては、図1に示すように、セルシート1の端子部1bの下縁が遊技板2の切欠部2aの上側面と面一となるように位置合わせを行うと共に、図2に示すように、セルシート1の凹部1hの左右側面が遊技板2の溝2bの左右側面より外側に配置されるように位置合わせをしてある。このセルシート1と遊技板2とを一体に結合するに際し、前述のように遊技板2にローラで糊付けを行うことにより、溝2bに接着剤3は付着していない。

図9〜11は第3実施形態を示し、図9に示すように保持具をセルシート1と遊技板2とを挟み付けるクリップ22により構成し、このクリップ22の相対峙する一対の挟持片22a,22bの先端には案内面22c,22dを形成してある。一方の挟持片22aは背片22eとの連接部より屈曲部22fまでの傾斜を明らかに形成すると共に、屈曲部22fより案内面22cまでを他方の挟持片22bとほぼ平行となる押圧面22gに形成してある。この押圧面22gと他方の挟持片22bとの対向間隔H3は、図10に示すように給電線5をケーブル収容部6に挿入して盛り上げられたセルシート1の前面より、遊技板2の裏面に重ね合わされた給電線5の外側までの寸法H4よりも小寸法に形成してある。(H3<H4)また、クリップ22の横幅D5は図1に示すケーブル収容部6の横幅D1よりも大寸法になっている(D5>D1)。案内面22cは一方の挟持片22aの先端部を外側に円弧状に湾曲形成してある。他方の案内面22dは挟持片22bの先端部を円弧状に面取りしてある。
