Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a wiring substrate and an electrical junction box.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a wiring body in which an electric wire is laid on a wiring base, for example, a wiring body for an electrical junction box, is rotated by supporting an electrically insulating wiring base with a number of wire grooves formed by a rotating jig. And after sending an electric wire from a wiring head, moving a wiring head along the rotating shaft of a wiring base, winding an electric wire in a desired electric wire groove, wrapping around a wiring base, and wiring it like a one-stroke writing The electric wire is cut at a predetermined position based on the circuit design, and the terminal is connected to the electric wire at the predetermined position based on the circuit design (for example, see Japanese Patent Application No. 2000-18658).
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, the wiring apparatus for wiring an electric wire on the wiring substrate can correspond to various electric circuits having various wiring patterns by changing the wiring program and the terminal insertion program.
However, since the number of terminal grooves is determined in the above wiring substrate, it is not possible to cope with the case where the number of terminals used increases beyond a certain number, and a new wiring substrate must be used. was there. On the other hand, when the number of terminals is reduced, the wiring substrate has many unused portions and is wasted, and the size becomes excessive. Therefore, the electrical junction box manufactured using the wiring substrate is also unnecessarily large. There was a problem. Further, when the terminal is bent in a crank shape, there is a risk of buckling when connecting to a connector or the like.
[0004]
The present invention has been made in view of the above points. It is a first object of the present invention to provide a wiring substrate that can easily cope with an increase or decrease in the number of terminals, and an electrical junction box using the wiring substrate.
It is a second object of the present invention to provide a wiring substrate capable of avoiding terminal buckling and an electrical junction box using the wiring substrate.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the first object, in the wiring substrate of the present invention, an electric wire groove formed from an electrically insulating material, having a plurality of wings on the outer periphery, and in which the electric wires are accommodated in the plurality of wings. Is a wiring base housed in an electrical junction box, which is substantially formed on a concentric circle and is configured to rotate around the center of the concentric circle,
A connecting portion having the same shape for connecting a plurality of the wiring bases is provided on both end faces,
The connecting portion has a configuration in which a connecting projection and a connecting recess are formed point-symmetrically with respect to the central axis.
[0006]
Preferably, the plurality of wire grooves form terminal grooves in a desired wire groove.
In order to achieve the second object, the wiring substrate of the present invention is formed of an electrically insulating material, has a plurality of wings on the outer periphery, and the plurality of wings accommodates an electric wire. This is a wiring substrate in which a large number of wire grooves are formed substantially concentrically and a large number of terminal grooves are formed, and a reinforcing plate for reinforcing a terminal attached to the terminal groove is attached.
[0007]
On the other hand, the first, in the electrical connection box of the present invention for achieving the second object, a wiring body formed by wired wires on the wiring substrate, than it was to become a configuration accommodated in the case .
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment according to the wiring substrate and the electrical junction box of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIGS.
The wiring substrate 1 is molded from an electrically insulating synthetic resin such as polypropylene (PP), polybutylene terephthalate (PBT), or nylon, and has a main body 1a and a plurality of wing portions 1b as shown in FIGS. is doing. The wiring substrate 1 is rotated with the axis Ax as the rotation axis during the wiring work. In consideration of connecting a plurality of wiring substrates 1 described later, it is preferable to form the wiring substrate 1 symmetrically in the vertical direction or in the left-right direction so that the connecting direction is not mistaken.
[0009]
In the main body 1a, wing portions 1b are formed along the longitudinal direction at four radially outward positions on the outer periphery. The distances in the radial direction measured from the axis Ax are set to be substantially equal in the four wing portions 1b. And in each wing | blade part 1b, the electric wire groove | channel 1c (refer FIG. 2) in which an electric wire is accommodated is located on the substantially concentric circle centering on the axis | shaft Ax with a predetermined pitch along a longitudinal direction. Are formed in large numbers. As shown in FIG. 2, a large number of terminal grooves 1 d (see FIGS. 1 and 2) are formed in the numerous wire grooves 1 c so as to straddle each wire groove 1 c and have different positions between the adjacent wire grooves 1 c. Further, as shown in FIG. 3, the wiring substrate 1 is formed with a cutting groove 1f in the longitudinal direction for inserting a wire cutting cutter between the upper and lower adjacent blade portions 1b. And as for the main body 1a, the connection protrusion 1g and the connection recessed part 1h used as a connection part are provided in the end surface of the longitudinal direction both ends. As shown in FIG. 1, the connection protrusion 1 g and the connection recess 1 h are formed at point-symmetric positions with the axis Ax as the axis of symmetry.
[0010]
The wiring substrate 1 configured as described above is attached to a rotating jig (not shown), and an electric wire supplied from a wiring head (not shown) is wound around the axis 1x while rotating the body 1a as indicated by an arrow. In accordance with the wiring pattern thus obtained, an electric wire is laid out in a desired electric wire groove 1c to form a wiring body.
However, when the number of terminals increases as the number of circuits increases, for example, as shown in FIG. 3, three wiring substrates 1 are connected and used. At this time, as shown in FIGS. 4A and 4B, the wiring substrate 1 to be connected is engaged with the connection protrusion 1 g of one wiring substrate 1 with the connection recess 1 h of the other wiring substrate 1. Then, the connection recess 1 h of one wiring substrate 1 is fitted with the connection protrusion 1 g of the other wiring substrate 1.
[0011]
Here, the wiring base 1 is not limited to the form shown in FIGS. 4A and 4B as long as it can be connected to the other wiring bases 1 at both ends in the longitudinal direction. Can be used. For example, the connecting portion may be a connecting protrusion 1i and a connecting recess 1j as shown in FIGS. 5 (a) and 5 (b). That is, the connected wiring substrate 1 is rotated by being pressed from both ends with a rotating jig. For this reason, the connected wiring substrate 1 does not move in the direction along the axis Ax. Therefore, the connection protrusion 1i and the connection recess 1j are sufficient for the purpose of connecting the wiring substrate 1 with such a simple structure.
[0012]
The three wiring substrates 1 connected as described above are attached to a rotating jig (not shown) and, as shown in FIG. 6, while rotating the main body 1a around the axis Ax as indicated by an arrow, The supplied electric wire 7 is wound and wired in a desired electric wire groove 1c according to a preset wiring pattern. And a wiring body is manufactured by arranging the electric wire 7 to the wiring base 1 in this way.
[0013]
At this time, in the three connected wiring bases 1, the plurality of wire grooves 1c are located substantially on concentric circles. For this reason, if the wiring head 6 is arranged at a certain distance from the wiring substrate 1, it will not interfere with the wiring substrate 1. Accordingly, the wiring head 6 can wire the electric wire 7 into a desired shape by using the electric wire groove 1c only by moving it while changing the speed in one direction along the axis Ax of the wiring substrate 1. There is no need to make contact with the substrate 1.
[0014]
Moreover, since the three connected wiring bases 1 are pressed by both ends with a rotating jig and rotated, the connected wiring bases 1 do not move in the direction along the axis Ax. Moreover, since the three wiring bases 1 are fitted by the connecting projections 1g and the connecting recesses 1h shown in FIGS. 4A and 4B, they do not move in the direction orthogonal to the axis Ax. For this reason, even when a plurality of wiring substrates 1 are connected, the wiring work can be performed smoothly and quickly as in the case of a single wiring substrate.
[0015]
Therefore, when the wiring substrate 1 is used, a wiring pair can be manufactured easily corresponding to an increase or decrease in the number of terminals.
And the wiring body manufactured by arranging the electric wire 7 as described above cuts the electric wire 7 at the cutting groove 1f according to a preset wiring pattern.
Next, the reinforcing plate 8 is attached using the cutting grooves 1f above and below the wiring substrate 1, and the press contact terminal 4 and the joint terminal 5 (see FIG. 7) are attached to the terminal groove 1d at a predetermined position to connect to the electric wire 7. .
[0016]
Here, as shown in FIG. 7, the terminal 4 is bent in a crank shape. For this reason, when the wiring body is housed in a case to form an electrical connection box, the terminal 4 may be buckled if the terminal 4 is not strong enough to be connected to the external connector. The reinforcing plate 8 is disposed for reinforcement in order to avoid such buckling of the terminals 4. In this way, the reinforcing plate 8 is applied just to the horizontal portion of the crimp terminal 4 that is bent in a crank shape, and the terminal 4 is supported, so buckling of the terminal 4 is avoided. it can. Next, as shown in FIG. 7, the wiring body in which three wires are connected and the electric wires 7 are wired is housed in a case 11 having an upper case 12 and a lower case 13, and the electric connection box 10 shown in FIG. Manufactured.
[0017]
Thus, the electrical junction box 10 uses the wiring body corresponding to increase / decrease in the number of terminals. For this reason, since the electrical connection box 10 does not need to use an excessively large wiring body, it can be made an appropriate size without waste by an appropriately sized wiring substrate.
Here, as shown in FIG. 8, the upper case 12 and the lower case 13 are connector housings in which the end portions of the press contact terminals 4 are accommodated in the upper portion of the main body 12 a and the connectors (not shown) are attached and connected to the press contact terminals 4. A plurality of 12b are formed, and engaging portions 12c and 13c that are detachably engaged are formed at positions corresponding to each other on the outer periphery.
[0018]
In the above-described embodiment, the case where three wiring bases 1 are connected has been described. However, the number of wiring bases 1 to be connected is not limited to three, so long as it can be attached to two or a rotating jig. Four or more may be connected.
Moreover, the electrical connection box 10 may have a fuse housing in which a fuse is mounted in addition to the connector housing.
[0019]
【The invention's effect】
According to the first and second aspects of the present invention, it is possible to provide a wiring substrate that can easily cope with an increase or decrease in the number of terminals, and an electrical junction box using the wiring substrate. In addition, according to the first and second aspects of the present invention, there is provided a wiring base that can attach a terminal to a terminal groove and connect it to an electric wire, and that can reinforce the terminal with a reinforcing plate, and an electrical junction box using the wiring base. can do.
