【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は、壁下地に建築用パネルを複数連続施工する、施工開始部に使用する、スタート部材と壁構造に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、施工開始部に使用する、スタート部材には、特開平10−159299号公報に示す、次の様な技術が知られている。
a.被施工面に対して外装建材を順次に下側から上側に取り付け施工するに際して、
イ.該外装建材は、薄肉の金属製の表皮材の裏側に、ポリウレタン発泡体等の軽量の裏打材を固着し、更にアルミライナー紙等の裏面材を固着し、
ロ.該外装建材の下端部には、前側と後側との、下向きの突出部から成る嵌合凹溝が形成され
b.最下段の外装建材の下端部を上下方向に位置決めし、支持するスタータ金具を水切金具に取り付けるための取付構造であって
c.前記スタータ金具として、金属板材をU字状に曲げ加工して成り、下端部に該金属板材を上向きに曲げ返して成る支持部を備えて
イ.該支持部を、該外装建材の下端部の前側と後側の下向きの突出部との間に嵌合状態に係合させ、
ロ.スタータ金具の支持部に対して、表皮材をコの字形に折り曲げて、それを裏面材により塞ぎポリウレタン発泡体等を充填して成る、該外装建材の後側の下向きの突出部を、ほぼ厚さ方向に一杯に嵌め込むことで、

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来の技術には、次の問題がある。
a.建築用パネルの嵌合溝の奥壁を、スタート部材の嵌合片により支持する形態のものを用いるため、高さ方向に位置決めは可能であるが、
b.厚さ方向には、位置決め出来ずに、
c.特開平10−159299号公報の例では、スタータ部材の嵌合凹の隙間に対して、ほぼ一杯な厚みの建築用パネルの差込片を、嵌め込むことで、位置決めしているが、
d.この様な建築用パネルと、その部材は一般に、長尺品であり、その成形のバラツキや曲がり等は避けられず、
e.次のような嵌合不良の原因になり、
イ.差し込み困難や、
ロ.左右により嵌合状態のバラツキの発生等、
f.建築用パネルの差込片を薄くすると、
イ.厚さ方向には、位置決め出来ずに、施工後にガタツキが発生する。

【課題を解決するための手段】
この発明によるスタート部材は、建築用パネルの差込溝の最奥と、その差込片の先端との、前面基部に平行な方向の距離が、スタート部材の、嵌合片の長さの取付片方向の距離以上で、嵌合片と嵌合底とを合わせた、取付片方向の距離以下であり、壁面の厚さ方向の厚さ位置決め機能を持つスタート部材とする。

b.スタータ部材の嵌合凹の隙間に対して、ほぼ一杯な厚みの建築用パネルの差込片を、嵌め込むことは不要になり、
c.建築用パネルと、その部材は一般に、長尺品のための、その成形のバラツキや曲がり等による、次のような嵌合不良が回避可能になり、
イ.差し込み困難や、
ロ.左右により嵌合状態のバラツキの発生等、
d.施工後にガタツキが発生することもなく、建築用パネルの差込片を薄くする事が可能になる。

a.建築用パネルの差込後底と、スタート部材の嵌合片との接触個所と、建築用パネルの差込片と、スタート部材の嵌合底の接触個所との間に、空間を形成し毛細管現象による漏水を防止出来る。

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a start member and a wall structure that are used in a construction start portion for continuously constructing a plurality of building panels on a wall base.

[Prior art]
Conventionally, the following techniques shown in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 10-159299 are known as start members used in the construction start portion.
a. When installing exterior building materials sequentially from the lower side to the upper side on the work surface,
I. The exterior building material has a lightweight backing material such as polyurethane foam adhered to the back side of a thin metal skin material, and further a back material such as an aluminum liner paper adhered.
B. A fitting concave groove formed of a downward projecting portion on the front side and the rear side is formed in the lower end portion of the exterior building material; b. A mounting structure for positioning the lower end of the lowermost exterior building material in the vertical direction and mounting the supporting starter bracket to the draining bracket; c. The starter metal fitting is formed by bending a metal plate material into a U shape, and is provided with a support portion formed by bending the metal plate material upward at the lower end. The support portion is engaged in a fitted state between the front side of the lower end portion of the exterior building material and the downward projecting portion on the rear side,
B. Bending the skin material into a U-shape with respect to the support part of the starter fitting, closing it with the back material, and filling polyurethane foam etc., the downward projecting part on the rear side of the exterior building material is almost thick. By being fully inserted in the direction,
C. Therefore, while using the back of the fitting concave groove of the lower end portion by using the support portion,
d. As the draining metal fitting, using a metal plate made by bending,
I. A horizontal support step portion formed by bending a predetermined portion of the intermediate portion in the vertical direction forward and horizontally is formed on the draining metal fitting,
e. A starter fitting mounting structure in which the starter fitting is attached to the drainage fitting in a state where the support portion is placed on the support step portion.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The conventional technology has the following problems.
a. Since the back wall of the fitting groove of the building panel is supported by the fitting piece of the start member, positioning in the height direction is possible,
b. Without positioning in the thickness direction,
c. In the example of Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-159299, positioning is performed by fitting an insertion piece of a building panel having a substantially full thickness with respect to the gap of the fitting recess of the starter member.
d. Such a building panel and its members are generally long products, and variations and bending of the molding are inevitable,
e. Causes the following poor fitting,
I. Difficult to insert,
B. Occurrence of variation in the mating state depending on the left and right, etc.
f. If you thin the plug of the building panel,
I. In the thickness direction, positioning cannot be performed, and rattling occurs after construction.

[Means for Solving the Problems]
The start member according to the present invention has a distance in the direction parallel to the front base between the innermost groove of the building panel and the tip of the insertion piece, the length of the fitting piece of the start member. The start member has a thickness positioning function in the thickness direction of the wall surface, which is equal to or longer than the distance in one direction and equal to or less than the distance in the direction of the mounting piece, which is the combination of the fitting piece and the fitting bottom.
