Description

【0001】

[Technical field to which the invention belongs]
The present invention relates to a concrete cutter used for forming grooves and slits for cutting concrete floors and walls (hereinafter simply referred to as “walls”) or for piping work or seismic reinforcement work for walls . It relates to the assembly method to the rail .
[0002]
[Prior art]
FIG. 1 shows a concrete cutter of this kind, a rail 1 fixed to a wall or the like, a base 2 that is movably mounted on the rail 1, and a wheel-like shape that is detachably attached to the base 2. The base 2 is composed of a blade and a blade cover 3 covering the blade, and the base 2 travels along the rail 1 by sandwiching the rail 1 up and down with a pair of rollers 4 arranged at the front and rear (left and right in FIG. 1). The feed is performed by rolling a pinion on a rack attached to the rail 1, and the base 2 is provided with a motor 5 for rotationally driving the blade, and a feed motor unit for rotationally driving the pinion. M is removably attached.
Details of the blade and its mounting structure are disclosed in Patent Document 1.
[0003]
At the time of construction, first, the rail 1 is fixed along the cutting portion, and then the base 2 is mounted on the rail with the rail 1 sandwiched between the rollers 4 by inserting between the rollers, and then the blade is attached. The blade cover 3 is attached as disclosed in Patent Document 1, and then the base 2 is inserted along the rail 1 from the end of the rail so that the base 2 can be mounted. As shown in FIG. 4, it is necessary to secure at least a space larger than the base width B.
When the space of the base width B could not be secured at the end of the rail, the base 2 was attached to the rail 1 and then fixed to the wall or the like.
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 9-300340
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
If the space corresponding to the base width B cannot be secured at the end of the rail, it is necessary to assemble the base 2 to the rail 1 as described above and then fix it to the wall or the like. It is heavy and difficult to work alone.
[0005]
An object of the present invention is to provide a method for assembling a concrete cutter in which the base can be assembled after the rail is fixed even when the space corresponding to the base width cannot be secured at the end of the rail. And
[0006]
[Means for solving problems]
According to the present invention, a pair of rollers or wheels (hereinafter simply referred to as “rollers”) that sandwich the rails by shifting the positions in the longitudinal direction of the linear rail are provided at appropriate intervals along the longitudinal direction of the rail. The present invention relates to a method of assembling a concrete cutter to a rail having a base that runs along the rail while the rail is sandwiched between rollers, and a wheel-shaped cutter that is removably assembled to the base and is driven to rotate by a motor. In the invention according to claim 1, after tilting the base and inserting the rail end between the pair of leading rollers, etc., the inclination of the base is returned to the horizontal while moving between the leading rollers along the rail. The base is assembled to the rail by inserting and pushing the rail end between a pair of subsequent rollers,
In the invention according to claim 2, with the base tilted and the top roller or the like lifted on the rail, the subsequent roller or the like is first inserted into the rail end and moved, and the leading roller or the like reaches the other rail end. In this case, the base is tilted back to the horizontal position, the leading roller or the like is applied to the other end of the rail, and the base is assembled into the rail by inserting it in the opposite direction and pushing it in as it is .
[0007]
As shown in FIG. 2, in the conventional example in which a pair of rollers 6 is provided without shifting the position, if the distance c between the rollers 6 and the thickness d of the rail 7 are the same, the base 8 is the rail 7. Can be inserted only from the direction of the arrow parallel to the base, and a space of the base width B is required at the end of the rail so that the base 8 can be inserted in the lateral direction, but the upper and lower rollers sandwiching the rail 7 as shown in FIG. If the positions of the rollers 6 are shifted from each other in the longitudinal direction of the rail, the distance d ′ of the rollers 6 increases (d ′> d). Therefore, as shown in FIG. The rail ends can be inserted between the equal 6 and the space b required for the rail ends can be made smaller than the base width B. D "After inserting the end of the rail between the leading rollers 6 and so on, moving the leading rollers 6 along the rails 7", the base 8 is returned to the horizontal position. An upper roller 6 or the like is placed on the end of the rail (FIG. 5) and is directly pushed into the rail 7 in the direction of the arrow.
[0008]
In the invention according to claim 2 , as shown in FIG. 6, in a state where the leading roller 6 is lifted and supported on the rail 7, the subsequent roller 6 is inserted into the rail end first, and the state is left as it is. Then, it is moved along the rail 7 to the other rail end. When reaching the other rail end and the lower roller 6 of the pair of upper and lower rollers 6 is disengaged from the rail end, the base 8 falls down and the upper roller 6 engages with the rail end (FIG. 7). ). When the base 8 is pushed in the opposite direction in the direction of the arrow in FIG. 7, the rail 7 is sandwiched between the pair of front and rear rollers 6 as shown in FIG. In this case, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, spaces b2 and b3 are required at both ends of the rail 7, but b2 + b3 <B, which is smaller than the base width B.
[0009]
According to the concrete cutter of the present invention, as described above, the base can be tilted and assembled to the rail by any method, and the space on the side of the rail end required to attach the base to the rail is reduced. can do.
[00 10 ]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
FIG. 8 shows the base of the concrete cutter according to the present invention. In the figure, the same structure as that shown in FIG.
In the base 2 shown in FIG. 8, the pair of front and rear rollers 4 are linearly arranged diagonally so that the distance between the upper rollers 4 is narrow and the distance between the lower rollers 4 is wide. It is arranged in a trapezoidal shape with its position shifted in the longitudinal direction of the formed rail .
When the base 2 of this embodiment is assembled to the rail 1, it can be assembled by any of the methods shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 or the methods shown in FIGS.
[00 11 ]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, it is possible to assemble the base after fixing the rail even if there is no space corresponding to the base width at the end of the rail by tilting the base and attaching it to the rail. Even if it is not necessary, it is not necessary to fix the base to the rail in advance, so that even one person can perform the assembly work.
