Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a vehicle window regulator. More specifically, the upper and lower pulley brackets are fixed to a door inner panel so that a driving member and a wire, and a connecting member that connects the upper and lower pulley brackets and both brackets are assembled in advance. The present invention relates to a window regulator for a vehicle with a mounting module.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A vehicle window regulator is assembled to a vehicle door inner panel in order to raise and lower a window glass of a vehicle. An example of the window regulator is disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Registration No. 2578881.
As disclosed in the publication, the vehicle window regulator is a guide member extending in the vertical direction with a pulley fixed up and down via a bracket, a drive member having a wire drum and an electric motor, and wound around the wire drum and the pulley. And a glass support bracket fixed to the wire and supported by the lower part of the window glass.
[0003]
In the conventional window regulator, the guide member is fixed to the inner panel of the door, the driving member is fixed to the inner panel of the door, the wire wound around the drum is engaged with the pulley, and the glass support bracket is fixed to the window glass. It has an assembling procedure.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The conventional guide member needs to be a strength member that is supported by the door inner panel, that is, a strength member that receives the load through the wire and the pulley when the window glass moves up and down and transmits the load to the inner panel. A large cross-sectional shape and a large plate thickness contribute to an increase in the weight of the door.
[0005]
In addition, the conventional window regulator performs assembly work such as fixing the guide member to the door inner panel, fixing the drive member to the door inner panel, engaging the wire pulley, and fixing the glass support bracket to the window glass. Necessary and assembly work is inefficient, requiring many steps.
[0006]
Therefore, this invention makes it the subject which should be solved to eliminate the malfunction of the prior art mentioned above.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention basically fixes a pulley bracket, which is spaced apart in the vertical direction, to a door inner panel, along a traveling path of a wire engaged with the pulley, and both pulleys. A connecting member for connecting the bracket is provided, and technical means for supporting the driving member on the connecting member is adopted.
[0008]
By adopting this means, it is possible to assemble each part constituting the window regulator in advance and make the window regulator so-called modular easy to assemble.
In addition, the introduction of a new technical concept of fixing the upper and lower pulley brackets to the door inner panel has a cross section because the connecting member only needs to have a function of connecting both pulley brackets and holding the drive member for modularization. A thin plate with a small shape may be used, and the weight of the window regulator can be reduced.
The modularized window regulator is attached to the door by fixing the pulley bracket to the door inner panel and fixing the glass support bracket to the lower part of the window glass.
[0009]
The connecting member is disposed along the traveling path of the wire at a portion where the distance between the upper and lower pulley brackets is the shortest.
[0010]
According to the present invention, it has a mounting portion to the door inner panel and a main body portion located on the outer side of the mounting portion , and supports the pulley and / or the shoe on the outer wall surface of the main body portion. Upper and lower pulley brackets spaced apart from each other ; a connecting member having flanges directed to the door-in panel on both side edges and having both ends supported by the inner wall surface on the door inner panel side of the main body of the upper and lower pulley bracket; driving member was hold; wire that engages the pulley and / or the shoe upper and lower pulley bracket located on the side opposite the outer side of the person facing the flange of the drum is wound on and coupling members of the driving member; And a vehicle window regulator comprising a glass support member fixed to the wire and positioned between the upper and lower pulleys and on the outer side of the connecting member .
[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the window regulator 1 has an upper pulley bracket 2 and a lower pulley bracket 3 that are spaced apart in the vertical direction, and the upper and lower brackets 2, 3 are coupled by a connecting member 4.
The upper pulley bracket 2 includes a mounting portion 6 that is in contact with the door inner panel 5 and a main body portion 7 that is positioned in a direction away from the inner panel 5 via a stepped portion. A pulley 8 is rotatably supported on the outer side surface using a pin. One or more mounting portions 6 are provided, preferably at least two, and are fixed to the door inner panel using bolts and nuts.
[0012]
The lower pulley bracket 3 is also in contact with the door inner panel 5 and fixed to the door inner panel using bolts and nuts, and the mounting portion 6 'is separated from the inner panel 5 through a stepped portion. The body 9 is positioned in the direction, and a shoe 9 instead of a pulley is fixed to the outer surface of the body 7 '. At least two attachment portions 6 'are preferably provided.
[0013]
The end portions of the connecting member 4 are fixed to the mounting portions 6 and 6 ′ of the upper and lower pulley brackets 2 and 3 by a toggle lock caulking. The pulley bracket and the connecting member may be fixed by welding instead of the toggle lock caulking.
The connecting member 4 is a plate having a simple cross-sectional shape and is pressed, and the flanges on both side edges are directed to the inner panel 5 side.
The connecting member 4 extending in the vertical direction is fixed to the inner panel 5 side surface of the body portions 7 and 7 ′ of the pulley brackets 2 and 3, separated from the inner panel 5, and processed into a shape along the window glass. (See FIG. 3).
Since the connecting member 4 is basically required to have sufficient strength to connect the upper and lower pulley brackets 2 and 3 for modularization, the connecting member 4 may be light and simple in shape.
[0014]
The drive member 10 includes a housing 13 having a motor 11, a speed reduction mechanism, and a wire drum 12 as one aggregate. The housing 13 is coupled to the connecting member 4 by a toggle lock caulking or welding using a mounting bracket 14 (see FIG. 4).
A wire 15 is wound around the drum 12, and the wire 15 is engaged with the upper pulley 8 and the lower shoe 9. A glass support bracket 16 is fixed to a wire 15 between the upper pulley 8 and the lower shoe 9. The glass support bracket 16 is fixed to a lower portion of a window glass (not shown).
[0015]
By turning on the motor 11 and rotating the drum 12 forward or backward, the glass support bracket 16 is moved up and down between the top dead center shown in FIG. Can be taken selectively.
The movement of the wire 15 prevents the movement toward the inner panel 5 on the outer surface of the connecting member 4 and prevents adverse effects on other members.
Since the upper pulley 8 and the lower shoe 9 are attached to the outer surfaces of the main body portions 7 and 7 'of the upper and lower brackets 2 and 3, and the connecting member 4 is fixed to the inner surface thereof, the wire 15 and the outer surface of the connecting member 4 Can maintain a spaced relationship at regular intervals. In addition, since the flanges on both side edges of the connecting member 4 extend in the direction away from the travel path of the wire 15, there is no catch on the flange of the wire 15.
[0016]
As described above, the upper and lower brackets 2, 3 are fixed to the inner panel 5, both the brackets 2, 3 are simply connected by the connecting member 4, the driving member 10 is held by the connecting member 4, and the wire winding is performed in advance. As a result, the window regulator can be modularized.
[0017]
The modularized window regulator 1 fixes the mounting portions 6 and 6 ′ of the upper and lower brackets 2 and 3 to the door inner panel 5, and further fixes the mounting pieces 17 of the housing 13 preferably to the door inner panel 5. By doing so, it is possible to attach to the door. Next, the glass support member 16 may be fixed to the window glass. This mounting operation is easier than in the prior art, and since the respective members are assembled in advance, the respective members can be correctly arranged with respect to the door. This eliminates local excessive friction of the wire 15 and allows the window glass to be raised and lowered smoothly.
