Claims (7)
- 適切に構成した装置において当初は自由に流動する出発物質(7、13)からフィルム状凝固物質(7、43)を製造するための方法であって、
装置の一部をなす連続的に移動する不活性ローラ(20)を、塗布ポイント(10)のところで、出発物質(7、13)でコーティングし、
ローラ(20)をコーティングしている出発物質(7、13)の厚さを計量装置(25)によって設定し、
コーティングされたローラ(20)が塗布ポイント(10)から離れるように乾燥装置(30)を通して物質層(7、23)を移動させ、この間、ローラ(20)は内部からも加熱され、かつ、
コーティングされたローラ(20)上へ直角に流れるように乾燥用媒質を乾燥装置(30)内で強制的に移動させ、そして
乾燥した物質層(7、43)がローラ(20)から引きはがされるようになるか、または、ローラ(20)から引きはがされる
上記の方法。 - ローラ(20)が一定の周速度で回転することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 回転ローラ(20)がリザーバ(12)内の自由に流動する出発物質(7、13)と接触し、濡れることによって自由に流動する出発物質を拾い上げ、そして過剰な出発物質(7、13)が計量装置(25)によってはぎ取られることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 流入する乾燥用媒質がローラ(20)に対して直角に向いた少なくとも2つのノズル(32〜36)を通って流れることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも2つのノズル(32〜36)から流入する乾燥用媒質の流量および/または温度が異なっていることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 自由に流動する出発物質からフィルム状の凝固物質を製造する装置であって、出発物質
を可動ローラに塗布する塗布ポイントと、ローラをコーティングしている出発物質の厚さを設定する計量装置と、塗布ポイントから離れて設けた、出発物質を乾燥させる乾燥装置とを含む装置であって、ローラ(20)が化学反応に耐性があり、物理的に耐久性がある金属材料からなり、かつローラ(20)の内部(21)に、ローラ(20)を内部から加熱する加熱空気を供給するのに使用できる加熱ガス開口部(24)が設けられており、かつ、乾燥用媒質をローラ(20)に対して直角に強制的に供給し、移動方向(5)に関して横方向に放出するハウジング(1、2)を含むことを特徴とする装置。 - 流入する乾燥用媒質がローラ(20)に対して直角に向いた少なくとも2つのノズル(32〜36)を通って流れ、移動方向(5)に対して横方向の個々のノズルの長さが、移動方向(5)に対して横方向のローラ(20)の長さに少なくともほぼ等しいことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の装置。
