Description
Claims (3)
- 培地基材と、栄養材を混合して水分調整して得られる混合物に、アミラーゼとグルコシダーゼを添加して室温で栄養材の酵素分解を行い、栄養材の多糖が分解され、単糖になる途中の低分子量の物質であるオリゴマーが生成されていることを特徴とするキノコ栽培用培地。
- 前記オリゴマーは、低分子αグルカン、及び低分子βグルカンであることを特徴とする請求項1記載のキノコ栽培用培地。
- 培地基材と、栄養材を混合して水分調整し、前記水分調整された混合物にアミラーゼとグルコシダーゼを添加し、室温で栄養材の多糖を分解し、単糖になる途中の低分子量の物質であるオリゴマーが生成されたキノコ栽培用培地で栽培することを特徴とするキノコの栽培方法。
